Germania: hotel con parcheggio nella provincia di Sassonia-Anhalt

The location of the hotel is good. The room is large and the bed huge, and very comfortable, although I would rather have had 2 single beds as was travelling with my son. The bed only had one pillow and one single duvet despite the booking was for 2 people. We found another pillow and duvet in the wardrobe but I do feel the room should have been set up for 2 people. The free drinks in the fridge was nice, but the fridge was not cold, there was also no way to open the drinks but we asked at reception and they provided a bottle opener. The shower in the bathroom was broken so you had to hold it to shower as it did not stay in the holder. The bathroom was clean but did smell damp. There was chilled water, sweets and pastries to help yourself to at the reception. The check out was midday which is great but it was rather a shock at 11.55am when just finishing packing in the bedroom someone tried to enter the room with no knocking or warning, this really is not acceptable.

Easy to find, descent hotel withnwarm hispitality, but breahfast need ti be enlarge. Will come again if travel to wernigerode

A comfortable stay in the centre of the city and with affordable on-site parking, though the car park is quite small there is plenty of free on street parking and the area felt very safe for leaving your car parked on the street. The staff were very friendly and accommodating and the room was a good size. There are vending machines in reception and the prices were very reasonable for a hotel, with a bottle of beer only €2.50. The city itself doesn’t offer a great deal but from the hotel is only a short walk to the Dom and many of the sights.

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt im Regio Hotel Schanzenhaus in Wernigerode. Die Lage war sehr schön. Es war sehr ruhig dort , in einer Sackgasse direkt an der Schanze. Dadurch haben wir sehr gut geschlafen! Von dort konnte man gleich super Spazieren gehen. Die Zimmer waren sauber, die Betten bequem, sogar einen Wasserkocher mit Gläsern und Teebeutel waren im Zimmer. Das Frühstück war wirklich sehr gut. Es gab nicht nur Continental, sondern unter anderem auch Antipasta, Rührei ,kleine Frikadellen usw. mehr als wir Erwartet hatten. Die Mitarbeiter ob an der Rezeption oder im Frühstücksbereich sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir waren dort 3 Tage über Heiligabend, werden im Frühjahr bestimmt nochmal einen Kurzurlaub dort machen. Ich kann dieses Hotel nur weiterempfehlen. Mfg Elke Schmidt

La posizione ideale per il vostro soggiorno nel centro di Wernegerode. Un passo facile al castello, alla stazione ferroviaria principale e a vapore Brockenbahn, nonché a tutti i locali caffè e ristoranti. Il personale è amichevole e utile, anche se non si parla in inglese, quindi spruzzate il vostro tedesco prima di viaggiare. La colazione è abbondante e di prima classe, le camere sono confortevoli con belle bagni e c'è un frigo in ogni camera. Il Wi-Fi è eccellente. Rimarrò qui per il mio prossimo viaggio a Wernegerode.

I stayed in room 2. There was not a microwave oven, nor a water cooker. No shampoo, no cup. There is a refrigerator, and the TV set is modern. The interior was not only clean but also very beautiful and large. If you close the windows, noise was not so disturbing. The tram station Wasserturm is nearby to reach the Marktplatz.I arrived on Sunday and had to make a phone call to the manager. The check-in time is from 17 to 20 p.m. If you speak German, there would not be a serious problem.

Отличный отель с очень удобным расположением рядом с железнодорожным вокзалом и в пешей доступности от достопримечательностей. Просторный номер с функциональной мебелью очень понравился Обслуживание в отеле и еле было на хорошем уровне.

Es war ein sehr schönes Hotel mit einer sehr guten Lage in der Nähe vom Bus- / Zugbahnhof und von hier aus gab es eine super Anbindung in alle Richtungen, die man dank der Hatix Gästekarte komplett kostenlos nutzen konnte. Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber und auf Wunsch wurde dieses auch täglich gereinigt:). Man konnte Morgens schon ab 7 Uhr zum Frühstück gehen, wo man ein gutes Angebot zum Frühstücken bekommen hat. Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub ubd bedanken uns auch beim Regiohotel Team :)

Buona posizione quando si va a camminare per il fragolo. Il personale è molto gentile. La colazione è deliziosa. Mi sono colpito la testa sulla barra sopra il letto, che è ad un'altezza sfavorevole. Manca il personale. Purtroppo, le persone che stanno ricevendo sono sempre altrove, è un peccato. Ho già lavorato in hotel e conosco quanto sono i proprietari/amministratori disgustosi. Quindi, per favore, assumere più persone. Se il padre ha ospiti tutto l'anno, non sarebbe un problema.
