Có một số trục trặc ban đầu lúc nhận phòng đã xảy ra, nhưng nhân viên đã phục vụ rất tốt với thái độ chuyên nghiệp và thiện chí nên mình rất hài lòng. Phòng đẹp, sạch sẽ. Hơi xa trung tâm 1 chút nhưng vị trí cũng dễ di chuyển

La stanza è pulita, comoda e ben attrezzata. La stanza era come la foto: mobili moderni, comodità con letto con mattress eccellente, piombo di alta qualità. La stanza ha tutto quello che ti serve: aria condizionata, TV, tè e set di caffè, e la stanza era un tug!!! È importante sapere: visitare la piscina comporta il pagamento di 160 - Sono migliaia di dong. Vorrei ringraziare il proprietario dell'appartamento Kevin, che non solo ci ha offerto un alloggio confortevole, ma ha anche aiutato a organizzare un crociera sulla baia di Halong e ha prenotato un trasferimento anticipato al nostro prossimo punto di viaggio. Grazie mille per questo!

This hotel is with well arranged service, nice staffs and supportive managers. I stay in the sea view room, nice view and spacious room

Remote location in new complex, not much things or eateries around. We booked the honey moon suite which was nice with the round bed but not enough hot water at night to fill the bathtube. Nice view of the bay from rooftop.

I stayed at this hotel because I am familiar with Novotel in Jakarta, Indonesia. I got a 10% discount by using Trip Coins. I really enjoy es my stay at Novotel Ha Long Bay. 1. The room is extremely spacious. I would say that 3 people moving around would be no problem at all. The bed is also large. 2. The amenities are superb, I got all I need and some of those are eco-friendly items. 3. Not only the bedroom, the bathroom is spacious too. Wow! 4. The staffs are humble and understanding. At first I requested a late checkout until 12.30, yet I changed it to 13.00 because I just got back from my friend’s wedding. Furthermore, they always helping me order Main Linh taxi. 5. Squeaky clean!!! I love clean property!!! Unfortunately, there is no bidet. Indonesians use bidet daily. There is no option a of Halal food, yet it is okay, that is just common in Vietnam. Overall, my experience was impressive to the point I even take photos for the purpose of reviewing how good this hotel was.

Le camere sono standard e pulite, situato vicino alla strada del cibo. Ho soggiornato di nuovo qui durante un viaggio d'affari. Le strutture sono buone, e il colazione è bello. Importante è la vista sono molto bella!

Come here with my friend, a good location to enjoy mountain , and also the price is very affordable, quite recommended to stay here for budget travelers.The room is huge and comfortable, especially the bed, god it’s so goood!

Very good hotel. The reception staff was extremely nice and helpful. We had a lot of questions because we had an emergency new planning in Hanoi and they answered all our concerns . The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was correct.

The hotel service was excellent and staff was friendly. Enjoyed the night stay at the hotel. As also walking distance to Halong bay seafood area and theme park. For the price, the room is worth and good! Thanks! Nv get to swim but pool abit out of place. Other den that it’s good! 😊
