Il giudice Frank è un buon hotel nella città, un hotel di 4 stelle, una carta di credito al piano di sopra, più sicuro, può essere portato a un ritardo unico, non come l'hotel di Boston.Il corridoio al secondo piano per comunicare il Mercy, è molto conveniente comprare qualcosa di piccolo.In generale, buono.

設施：常規四星級酒店設施，感覺比國內的萬麗要好，酒店設施不算新，風格有點像國內麗思卡爾頓，但維護的較好。房間也很大。我們住的最高樓層，視野也不錯。
衞生：房間很乾凈。
環境：酒店地理位置很好，就在州政府辦公廳這裏，旁邊是個大商場，商場的停車庫停一整夜20美金，價格也能接受，整潔安全。住在這裏吃飯方便。商場一樓的cheese factory營業到晚上十點多，晚到的朋友不怕沒飯吃。不帶早餐的話也可以去商場一樓的麪包店吃早飯，選擇多樣也不貴。
服務：前台服務態度好，笑臉相迎，沒感受到什麼歧視。

Siamo rimasti delusi dal nostro soggiorno. Quando abbiamo prenotato, abbiamo specificamente selezionato ”vista sull'acqua” e la camera era pubblicizzata come dotata di 2 letti ”queen”. Sebbene forse entrambi fossero tecnicamente veri, ci siamo sicuramente sentiti derubati. La vista che avevamo era in realtà nell'atrio dove tecnicamente si poteva vedere l'acqua attraverso una finestra che attraversava tutto l'atrio, a poche centinaia di metri di distanza. I letti potrebbero essere stati più grandi che pieni ma erano almeno 6” meno di un tipico letto queen size da 60”. Dato che abbiamo pagato un extra per la vista non ci è sembrato che valesse il prezzo. La stanza fuori da quel contesto era carina, ma non aveva acqua in bottiglia o caffè in omaggio e al momento del check-out ci è stato detto che era dovuto al Covid in qualche modo, il che non aveva senso per noi. Anche le pareti erano piuttosto sottili e sembrava che qualcuno stesse tirando lo sciacquone proprio accanto a me mentre ero a letto. Nel complesso era pulito e il personale era gentile ma non era quello che ci aspettavamo per $700/notte.

Our access to Internet was non existent for one day...as, apparently, bad weather plays havoc on Internet/ wifi. Also wish they had more options for breakfast....I may have overlooked, but do they have a brochure re local restaurants/ activities. We were there for brothers birthday and concert so additional activities were not a requisite.
We' d stay there again but further discuss the ” upcharge” for ” stuff” we were either not going to use .

Stayed here for two nights to attend my brother’s graduation ceremony. Very conveniently located right across from the mall and Kennedy Plaza, was very easy to get around the town. The hotel has a rich history and the renovation is done really well, would highly recommend for people to stay for an eventful occasion. Staff were nice but too slow and short staffed. Had to wait long for check-in and check-outs, so plan ahead. Would definitely stay here again if we visit providence in the future.

Check-in was smooth and professional, and the front desk team immediately set the tone—warm, efficient, and genuinely hospitable. After a long day of travel, it was refreshing to be greeted by people who clearly care about guest experience. Throughout my stay, every interaction felt consistent: friendly, attentive, and proactive without being intrusive. Whether it was a quick question, a request, or simply passing staff in the hallway, the level of professionalism and kindness was noticeable. It’s rare to see that kind of consistency across an entire team, and it made the stay feel effortless.
My room was spotless, quiet, and extremely comfortable. The bed and linens were excellent, and I slept better than I expected. I also appreciated the small details—well-maintained amenities, a clean bathroom, strong water pressure, and a layout that felt functional and relaxing. It’s clear that housekeeping takes pride in their work.Fully maintained and had a calm, polished feel. Common areas were clean and inviting, and the overall atmosphere felt both upscale and comfortable. I also appreciated how safe and organized everything felt, especially during busy periods. The breakfast/restaurant experience was excellent—fresh, well-presented, and a great start to the day. The service was just as strong as the rest of the property.The location was also a major plus—convenient and easy to navigate, with everything I needed close by. It made the entire trip smoother.
Overall, this was one of the better hotel experiences I’ve had in a long time. Thank you for delivering a stay that felt genuinely high-quality from start to finish. I’ll absolutely be returning the next time I’m in Providence

UUtente ospiteThe hotel was very clean, super nice rooms, comfortable mattresses. The beds are VERY high so a step stool would be so helpful for getting in and out. Just something you could slide beneath the bed. Also there were no spoons or stirrers or napkins, if you wanted to make coffee in the handy kitchenette area. And it would be very nice to have at least one comfortable chair in the room if you want to sit with a cup of tea or coffee - otherwise you have to climb up and sit on the bed, or on the not-so-comfortable, but handy, bench at the foot of the bed.
