I am how genuinely happy my recent stay was at The Loom. From the moment I arrived, everything felt thoughtful, welcoming, and exceptionally well-run. Check-in was smooth and professional, and the front desk team immediately set the tone—warm, efficient, and genuinely hospitable. After a long day of travel, it was refreshing to be greeted by people who clearly care about guest experience.  Throughout my stay, every interaction felt consistent: friendly, attentive, and proactive without being intrusive. Whether it was a quick question, a request, or simply passing staff in the hallway, the level of professionalism and kindness was noticeable. It’s rare to see that kind of consistency across an entire team, and it made the stay feel effortless. My room was spotless, quiet, and extremely comfortable. The bed and linens were excellent, and I slept better than I expected. I also appreciated the small details—well-maintained amenities, a clean bathroom, strong water pressure, and a layout that felt functional and relaxing. It’s clear that housekeeping takes pride in their work.Fully maintained and had a calm, polished feel. Common areas were clean and inviting, and the overall atmosphere felt both upscale and comfortable. I also appreciated how safe and organized everything felt, especially during busy periods. The breakfast/restaurant experience was excellent—fresh, well-presented, and a great start to the day. The service was just as strong as the rest of the property.The location was also a major plus—convenient and easy to navigate, with everything I needed close by. It made the entire trip smoother. Overall, this was one of the better hotel experiences I’ve had in a long time. Thank you for delivering a stay that felt genuinely high-quality from start to finish. I’ll absolutely be returning the next time I’m in Providence

Pros: The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Complimentary tea and coffee were a nice touch. The breakfast was delicious, and interestingly, it worked like a regular restaurant where you get a bill and hand over the voucher you received at check-in. The location was great. Cons: They said construction noise would only continue until 5 PM, but I heard several loud, machine-like noises well past 8 PM. I almost asked to change rooms, but the noise eventually died down so I let it go. Also, there were two bottles of water in the room, but unless you’re a Hilton Silver member or above, they charge $3 each. If I had other options, I probably wouldn’t stay here again.

L’a/c nella stanza non funzionava, e dovevo essere pronto per un evento. Era in quel giorno negli anni ottanta e la stanza si trovava sul piano superiore così caldo. La manutenzione è venuta a risolvere, ma ci è voluto un po’ di tempo per sbattere e raffreddare la stanza. Quella notte, quando sono tornato, ho girato la TV, apparentemente le batterie remote sono morte, e non ho potuto cambiare canale o spegnere la TV, dovevo chiamare la manutenzione di nuovo a mezzanotte. Non c'è pressione idrica, mia figlia non lava i capelli per le due notti che eravamo li', perché avrebbe dovuto prenderla per sempre. Ho anche affittato una seconda stanza per mio figlio e sua moglie; essi arrivarono dallo stato per essere pronti per un evento, e la loro stanza non aveva alcuna sede di lavoro; essi dovevano chiamare la manutenzione, per poter essere pronti; e erano in ritardo per l’evento. L'hotel non è situato nel centro della città, quindi non si aspetta di camminare da nessuna parte, eccetto il ****** che è lungo la strada. Molto troppo costoso.

The hotel was very clean, super nice rooms, comfortable mattresses. The beds are VERY high so a step stool would be so helpful for getting in and out. Just something you could slide beneath the bed. Also there were no spoons or stirrers or napkins, if you wanted to make coffee in the handy kitchenette area. And it would be very nice to have at least one comfortable chair in the room if you want to sit with a cup of tea or coffee - otherwise you have to climb up and sit on the bed, or on the not-so-comfortable, but handy, bench at the foot of the bed.

Vive in hotel per più di una settimana. Il hall dell'hotel è molto bello. C'è un elicottero antiquato che è stato fermato. Il primo piano della mattina c'è caffè per comprare sandwich. Il sapore è ancora OK.La posizione geografica è buona. Ci sono negozi di parcheggio intorno, non lontano dal fiume Providence, e il fiume è arrivato. Ma il senso generale della casa non è molto buono. Un giorno l'intero hotel non ha acqua calda, due giorni non ha dato la stanza di pulizia.

Avevo un bel tempo all'Hotel Viking. Personale molto amichevole. La cena era molto buona. Camera molto pulita. Solo in basso è il servizio della cameriera è ogni altro giorno. Per quanto paghi, si aspetta ogni giorno di servizio.

Siamo rimasti delusi dal nostro soggiorno. Quando abbiamo prenotato, abbiamo specificamente selezionato ”vista sull'acqua” e la camera era pubblicizzata come dotata di 2 letti ”queen”. Sebbene forse entrambi fossero tecnicamente veri, ci siamo sicuramente sentiti derubati. La vista che avevamo era in realtà nell'atrio dove tecnicamente si poteva vedere l'acqua attraverso una finestra che attraversava tutto l'atrio, a poche centinaia di metri di distanza. I letti potrebbero essere stati più grandi che pieni ma erano almeno 6” meno di un tipico letto queen size da 60”. Dato che abbiamo pagato un extra per la vista non ci è sembrato che valesse il prezzo. La stanza fuori da quel contesto era carina, ma non aveva acqua in bottiglia o caffè in omaggio e al momento del check-out ci è stato detto che era dovuto al Covid in qualche modo, il che non aveva senso per noi. Anche le pareti erano piuttosto sottili e sembrava che qualcuno stesse tirando lo sciacquone proprio accanto a me mentre ero a letto. Nel complesso era pulito e il personale era gentile ma non era quello che ci aspettavamo per $700/notte.
