Hotel 4 stelle a Taizhou

This hotel deserves to have a perfect 10 out of 10 rating, and I don't understand why it doesn't have that because it is perfect. The pictures do not do it justice because it is luxurious and it gives luxurious treatment. It is beautiful, very clean, and has everything you need for your stay. The food is so delicious that if the chefs adopted me I would let them, just so I could eat their food everyday. The entire staff including the owner which we were lucky enough to meet is so warm and kind. I'm not sure how much the owner is there but he was there the entire time we were there and would attend us himself when he could. We had our own butlers who were fluent in English and were so communicative with us and anything we needed they would quickly attend to it. The owner also speaks some English himself. I wish I was as fluent in Chinese as they all are in English. The location is also perfect because it is near all the scenic areas and the towns because it's just a very short Didi ride away.The rooms are beautiful and luxurious. I could go on and on about how wonderful this hotel is, but if you get a chance you must experience it for yourself. This is one of the absolute best hotels I have stayed at and I am so glad I got to stay here for our first China visit.

Questo è il nostro secondo soggiorno qui e abbiamo avuto una splendida 6 notti. Questo è ancora il miglior hotel che abbiamo mai soggiornato e abbiamo prenotato 5 stelle in tutto gli Stati Uniti, Hawaii, Giappone, Europa, ecc. Il design estetico è un giardino di zen impeccabile con il più bel pozzo di koi. Il personale (Xiao Zhang, Xiao Yang, Ding Ding, Xiao Chen) è tutto estremamente gentile e utile con molti volti familiari dal nostro soggiorno l'anno scorso. Mio marito ha fatto uso della sala di tè per le riunioni di lavoro statunitensi alle 4 e mi hanno fatto nutrire il pesce di 4 anni di età, mentre la strada circostante è molto festiva con grandi ristoranti a pochi passi. Tiantai è anche un luogo fantasticamente scenico, con molti templi vicini. Abbiamo in programma di prenotare un altro soggiorno qui l'estate prossimo!

L'esperienza in hotel è stata fantastica! Il personale della reception è stato cordiale e professionale, ha gestito pazientemente il check-in e ha persino migliorato la nostra camera con attenzione. Good location for getting taxis to main tourist attractions. Room was spacious and very clean. I took advantage of a Trip package, which included free buffet and a cocktail, as well as train station pickup (up to 5pm). Actually, was able to use the pickup as a departure to get me to the train station after I checked out, but that wasn't clear on the TRIP promotion details. The buffet looked good, but I arrived at 7:30pm and most of the food was gone, so get to the buffet early. However, the team actually recognised this situation and brought me out a sizzling pork chop meal, so in the end I had a great meal.

The hotel is good enough if you want something affordable but also near the airport. We booked a family suite for 3 people so it was quite spacious, but the aircon wasn't working well at first. We had to call the hotel's staff twice to help us fix it or arrange it. The hotel itself is quite old, there's not much guests in it. The elevator at the time we went was not working well, we had to take the stairs which smelled old and dirty, and also had to report to the hotel staff to speed up the maintenance. We had working elevator in a couple minutes later, but it was rushed and was only newly set up, so the floor was uneven. The hotel smelled old and smelled like cigarettes. The staff was mediocre. They did gave us an extra fan in case we still feel hot, since the aircon took time to cool up.
