Hotel a 4 stelle in Contea di Oslo, Norvegia

For our stay, we booked a studio apartment at The Sweet. The room was lovely and kitchenette was well-equipped. We were able to cook meals there over the days of Christmas when most restaurants and shops were closed. The location is a little outside of the center- nice and quiet but easy to access public transit. My biggest issue with this hotel was that communication was very… odd. As the booking notes, I called the hotel in advance to schedule my check-in. When my call was answered, I told them who I was and that I was calling to schedule my check in (for a time when the booking said check in is available). I was told no one would be at reception at that time (3pm on Dec 23) and they would text me instructions for how to check myself in. Then she confirmed my phone number and asked for my email address, but when I started to give it, she said, “oh, that’s ok. We can’t use email anyway”. Odd. Before getting off the phone, I had her confirm that I would receive a text the next day with instructions to check in. Our train arrived around 2pm in Oslo and we still hadn’t received a text, so we waited at the train station thinking perhaps they would send the text right at 3pm since that was the time I had requested. At 3, I still hadn’t received anything, so we called the hotel again. A different employee answered from the one I had spoken to the day before. I gave my name and explained that I was calling because I had scheduled check in the day before but hadn’t received the information to check in. The employee asked where I was and told me that there were people staffing reception to help us check in, which I thought was odd because the previous employee told me no one would be there. When we got to the hotel, we rang the bell and got into the building, but reception is apparently in the basement- there is only a very tiny sign that says this- so we missed it and I called them again. A man came up with our keys and got us set to go. We got into our room and it was lovely! About 5 hours later, I got a call from Trip saying that the hotel is trying to contact me because they are wondering why I hadn’t checked in and they don’t have a way to get in touch with me. I was sitting in the hotel room when I got this call. I told the Trip representative that I was checked in and it was fine for her to give my phone and email to the hotel. I know the communication elements have taken up a huge portion of my review and I know they are not the end of the world, but I want to share them because I believe it would be quite simple to avoid situations like this in the future and make the guest experience that much more pleasant at The Sweet. We greatly enjoyed our stay at the hotel overall and thoroughly enjoyed exploring Oslo!

Nel complesso, il mio soggiorno è stato piacevole. Nonostante un piccolo intoppo con la prenotazione della camera che ha ritardato il check-in, ho apprezzato l'impegno sia della reception dell'hotel (in particolare di Jordan) che del rappresentante di Trip (Nico) nel risolvere tempestivamente il problema. La camera in sé era piuttosto essenziale, ma la posizione superba e la deliziosa colazione hanno più che compensato il disagio. Tornerei sicuramente e soggiornerei di nuovo presso Clarion Hotels.

Questo bellissimo hotel a favore della famiglia si trova in alto nelle montagne occidentali di Oslo centrale. Arrivare là con il trasporto pubblico implica prendere la linea di metropolitana più alta del mondo per circa 25 minuti, e poi camminare su un passo di collina. La ricompensa una volta che si ottiene c’è un edificio principale intorno al patrimonio norvegese, e una splendida vista sul fiord sotto. Ci siamo trasferiti in una stanza di famiglia. Il design del lobby è contemporaneo e invitante, mentre la decorazione dell’antico edificio evoca Disney Frozen. Abbiamo soggiornato in altri sei hotel Scandic in Svezia e in Germania, e questo è il nostro preferito.Abbiamo pranzo sulla terrazza esterna e i pasti per bambini sono molto competitivi. La salada di barbabietola era forse un po' piccola, ma il salmone e la rosa sul sourdough erano deliziosi. Neanche il colazione era deluso. Ho visto altri recensori lamentare il salto dalla fermata della metropolitana. A ciò dico: Benvenuti in Scandinavia! Ecco perché la gente guarda in forma. Scrivete in più al ricevitore che ci ha aiutato con una richiesta vicino a mezzanotte. Mi piacerebbe tornare di nuovo.

Numa has a superb and user-friendly app that makes check-in and check-out a breeze. You can also request a late check-out or add other services directly through the app, though these come with additional charges if you choose to use them. The room itself was brighter and spacious — we booked a larger version of the standard room. It even came with a washing machine, which we were really excited about since it was the only property during our trip that had one. Unfortunately, it didn’t have a dryer function (or perhaps we might have missed it), so drying our clothes after washing was a bit of a challenge. The distance from Oslo Train Station was manageable, but do take note that if you’re carrying big or heavy luggage like we were, the pavements leading to the property can be quite tricky to navigate. Overall, it was still a good and comfortable stay.

Mio marito stava soffrendo di dolore durante il viaggio, cercando di chiedere una matrigna di sicurezza con la ricezione. La bella signora della ricezione ha risposto con una risposta molto gentile e rapida e ha contattato la custodia della casa.Quando sono tornato all'hotel, la custodia della casa ha già trovato una soluzione per risolvere il problema e ha lasciato un buon messaggio come sotto. Vorrei ringraziarli per il loro aiuto.

Un hotel di una catena alberghiera dai colori vivaci, a 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria centrale, che rende gli spostamenti in treno estremamente comodi. La colazione era fantastica, con salmone e formaggio norvegese marrone a volontà 🧀. Anche il servizio nel complesso è stato molto buono. Gli unici aspetti negativi erano le camere piccole e i servizi relativamente essenziali. C'erano parecchi europei e americani che soggiornavano lì. Nel complesso, un soggiorno molto soddisfacente 👍👍

オスロセントラル駅横に位置するAmerikalinjenは、市内中心部にあり観光にも仕事でもとても利便性の良い立地にあります。ノーベル平和賞晩餐会会場の市庁舎までは、徒歩で15分もかかりません。是非訪れてみてください。またとてもサービスの行き届いた歴史がある由緒正しきホテルです。館内、室内共に装飾、インテリアを見るだけでも素晴らしい。レストランのお食事も素晴らしく、ホテルのお水は世界で販売している程、安心で美味しいお水です。チェックアウトの日が早朝だったのですが、ホテルのスタッフの方がサーモンのベーグルサンドや果物、ドリンクをボックスにして用意して下さいました。素敵な滞在でした。ノルウェーを再訪する際には、また是非とも宿泊したいホテルです。

A parte le dimensioni ridotte della camera singola, tutto il resto era semplicemente fantastico. La colazione, in particolare, è stata una delle migliori che abbia mai fatto. Era molto varia e tutto era presentato alla perfezione (tranne l'insalata, un po' deludente). Sebbene la colazione venisse servita tardi nei fine settimana, c'era un'opzione per chi prenotava la colazione alle 17:00, anche se non erano disponibili piatti caldi. Era assolutamente perfetto.

Hotel incantevole dotato di gadget fantasiosi come luci che cambiano colore, servizi molto carini, in particolare adoro la lozione per il corpo. La camera è pulita e la colazione è molto buona, anche il personale è molto gentile. Altamente raccomandato! Una possibile sfida sarà che potrebbe essere soffocante/caldo durante l'estate, ma per noi va bene ad aprile.

Sicuramente una zona più trafficata della città, ma ci è piaciuto essere nel mezzo. Dalla finestra si potevano vedere e sentire le fontane del parco. C'è un piccolo balcone al secondo piano, dove è stato fantastico sedersi al tramonto sorseggiando il delizioso vino bianco offerto dall'hotel. Le stazioni ferroviarie sono facilmente raggiungibili a piedi e, in generale, la posizione è ottima per raggiungere a piedi tutti i luoghi che volevamo visitare. I letti erano molto comodi e abbiamo dormito benissimo! La colazione del mattino era fantastica e l'atmosfera era molto piacevole! Non riesco a credere alla postazione dei succhi freschi e agli shot salutari... l'America deve migliorare le colazioni in hotel.
