RRandomstuffsgWe had a great stay at Hotel Granada Bukit Indah! It’s super convenient—just a short walk to AEON Mall and close to plenty of cafes, shops, and even Sutera Mall is just a short drive away. We stayed in Room 918, which had a lovely view and was spacious and clean. We really appreciated that the room wasn’t carpeted—it feels fresher and is actually our preference too. Service was prompt and friendly; we requested an extra pair of slippers and they brought it up quickly without fuss. The buffet breakfast was decent, with a good enough variety to start the day. All in all, a solid stay for the price and location—would definitely return.

DDaniel Wee2Questa è stata la mia prima esperienza al St. Giles nella Mid Valley. Volevo provare qualcosa di diverso dai soliti hotel del centro città. Questo hotel è ideale per coloro che sono interessati allo shopping, ai ristoranti e alle attività ricreative, con un cinema convenientemente situato all'interno del centro commerciale. La mia intenzione era principalmente quella di cenare e rilassarmi. L'hotel è pulito e situato proprio all'interno del grande complesso commerciale, offrendo un concetto di soggiorno. Le camere sono leggermente più spaziose rispetto a quelle del centro città. Una differenza notevole è che non forniscono acqua in bottiglia gratuita per motivi ambientali. Tuttavia, offrono un barattolo di acqua disinfettata per la comodità degli ospiti, consentendo loro di riempirsi presso un distributore di acqua situato fuori dal piano dell'hotel. Ho semplicemente usato il bollitore per far bollire un po' d'acqua nella stanza e lasciarla raffreddare. Sono stati forniti la maggior parte dei prodotti da bagno, ad eccezione del rasoio mancante. Nel complesso, è stata un'esperienza piacevole e piacevole. La colazione offriva una buona varietà di cibi da gustare al 6 ° piano.

BBikerDoc2nd time booking this property. It’s a good, convenient place to stay while exploring the area. Breakfast is decent, rooms are clean and most importantly for those on a budget, it will not break the bank. I go with my kids so i always bring snacks with me, further bringing cost down.

BbelieveinmiraclesI had an exceptional stay at Four Points By Sheraton Desaru. The staff were courteous and attentive to our needs. They were always smiling and greeting us, no matter what time it is. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and equipped with all modern amenities. The gym, sauna and swimming pool were working well. The gym has good machines. Housekeeping was awesome and catered to all my requests. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the quiet environment ensured a restful sleep. We had a breakfast buffet and it was delicious with a lot of variety. The location was not too bad —walking distance to a mall, restaurants and shops. There was a shuttle bus service to the beach and we took it. The reception staff also helped us with taxi service to JB town and were very helpful with our queries about Desaru. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking quality, comfort, and excellent service!

KKakjaibooked as a leisure while attend our bestfriend wedding at setia tropika, but we had an accident within 30mins to arrive at the hotel. kami sangat berterima kasih kepada cik apple, kerana keikhlasan dan empati yang ada pada cik apple. kami sampai agak awal dari eta sepatutnya, saya clueless sebab suami di highway tunggu insurans company untuk uruskan kenderaan kami, saya dan anak dihantar ke hotel oleh strangers. saya cuba nasib tanya cik apple, boleh ke kami check in awal .. cik apple semak kekosongan, dan yeay kami dibenarkan untuk naik ke bilik kami lebih awal🥹. dekat situ separuh kerisauan saya dah hilang .. sebab saya risaukan baby saya.. group of our friends datang and make it a bit ”kecoh” 🤣, saya beritahu kepada cik ”lelaki” maaf yaa bising sikit .. cik ”lelaki” tuh cakap tak mengapa ni masih terkawal😂😂😂. btw saya lupa laa nama cik”lelaki” ni, saya terpaksa extend lagi 1 malam sebab kawan kawan saya tak kami balik ke kl dengn public transport. cik”lelaki” ni uruskan hal hal saya dengan sangat cekap. terima kasih saya ucapkan, actually semua staff polite! tak kedekut dengan senyumannnn, tak JUDGY, tak buat kami rasa janggal. heeee, goodjob jugak untuk housekeeping dan BOH staff fr the goodfood🥰

LLimThe room air con is not fantastic. The bed sheets and pillows got stains The lift to the floors is not so clean and have an odour. The lobby is warm even with 2 small ceiling fans. The spa only 1 person working that day & could not accommodate more guests. But very friendly and helpful staff and meet my needs asap. Overall below my expectations of a resort spa hotel.

UUtente ospiteWe recently stayed at Lotus and booked a double-story room, which was spacious and well-equipped, though not luxurious. The room had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and being on the fifth floor, we had to take the lift, which honestly felt quite old and a bit scary — it could use an upgrade. The staff were very welcoming and friendly, which added a positive touch to our experience. At check-in, we had to pay a deposit of 100 ringgit in cash, so it’s good to be prepared for that. There are three or four restaurants on the property with nice menu options, but breakfast was quite chaotic. The hotel didn’t seem prepared for the large crowd, with long queues at the coffee and egg station, and very few available seats. It felt like a tour group had arrived, but no one was managing the situation, making breakfast quite stressful. On a brighter note, the swimming pools are nice, and there are plenty of family-friendly activities, making it a good choice for guests with children. The on-site shop is also convenient and well-stocked. Around the pool and by the shore, there are sun loungers available — they are simple rather than luxurious, but they do the job. Overall, Lotus offers good value, especially for families, but some areas — especially crowd management and certain facilities — could use improvement.

UUtente ospiteWe headed to R&F link bridge from CIQ-City Square mall right after we were informed check-in is available around 2pm+.  We were quite disappointed with the long walk with breakage of the link bridge due to RTS construction works ongoing. The long climbs of stairs down then up to the continuation link bridge is rather a hassle especially for guest who carries luggage as we have seen along the way. Luckily we only carried light backpack as we only stay for one night. The procedure of checking in to R&F Princess Cove is rather simple by following a step-by-step instruction via WhatsApp. The unit assigned to us is at B1-1 Block on the 33rd floor. It was right after the rain stopped when we reached. There is a broken-handle window along the corridor hence not properly closed.  The heavy rain has actually poured onto the corridor flooring and we almost slipped as we didn’t see the patch of water. The unit assigned to us was according to our request (away from lift, non-smoking & high floor).  The unit we should say, is well maintained, clean and really nice!!! The only flaw is that the seaview is not as expected (only a slant opening seaview perhaps). The only bedroom ceiling light cum fan is great. However, the bedroom entrance downlight electrical point is tied to the ceiling light cum fan which the entrance downlight can’t be switched off when the fan is in operation during sleep….anyway, we turned on the aircon thereafter in order not to be affected by the glaring bedroom entrance downlight. Even there are 2 pillows each, they are rather too soft and we couldn’t sleep well.  Apart from the above, we enjoyed very much at the Living and Kitchen areas where we watched TV drama & having our meals. The next morning while heading out to walk around the premises, a pale stale stink smell from the rubbish chute on our level can be smelt while waiting for the lift to go down…… The exterior environment of R&F Princess Cove (phase 2) is comfortable especially on the 8th floor where gardens, swimming pool, gym, viewing deck, jogging track and link bridge to R&F mall are resided. One thing to praise is that R&F Princess Cove has friendly, nice security guards and staffs who have communicated via WhatsApp, thumbsup!  Overall we think it is good to stay provided the CIQ to R&F Princess Cove link bridge is complete.

Zzenn80Host YQYH sent Whatsapp messages 3-4 days in advance to let us know the check-in information. They have been kind. Amenities are provided. Cleanliness can be improved though. For travellers walking from JBCC to R&F, do note that there is a little construction of the overhead bridge and needed to go down and up again to reach there. We stayed in Phase 2 which needed a bit of walking compared to phase 2 buildings. Both myself and the boys slept throughout the night but not my husband. The beds are the firm type. Overall, the experience was okay for me.
