Ho soggiornato in questo hotel con mia moglie e due figli durante un soggiorno di una notte a Kawaguchinko all'inizio di febbraio. Posizione: L'hotel è ragionevolmente lontano dal lago Kawaguchinko, ma non era un problema, ma ci ha dato una vista molto migliore sul Monte Fuji. Ci ha benedetto visitare un giorno con cieli chiari e abbiamo una vista fantastica sulla montagna dal balcone. Pulizia: Ovunque andassimo all'hotel era pulito, compreso il caldo primavera. Servizio:Il ricevitore era utile e parlava inglese ragionevole.Abbiamo chiesto alcuni articoli aggiuntivi per i nostri figli che la custodia non portava tutto correttamente. Servizi: ci è stato piacevolmente sorpreso che ci fosse un Onsen all'hotel, come non sapevamo. Era pulito e sembrava molto nuovo. Il colazione era un po' deluso, ma era relativamente economico, quindi non mi lamentavo. In generale: questo è stato un bel hotel a un prezzo ragionevole. Mi piacerebbe rimanere qui di nuovo. La vista dal balcone vale la pena di soggiornare da sola.

It is a resort tucked away from the busy Kawaguchiko station area, yet convenient to go to the station for sightseeing buses thanks for the hotel shuttle bus. Please check the shuttle schedule on the hotel website. We really enjoyed the beautiful hotel garden and trails by the lake outside the hotel. You can also rent bikes from the hotel with minimal fees and ride around the lake. The buffet breakfast has variety of both Japanese and western options. We had dinner in the hotel too since there is no restaurants in the vicinity. The food is fine but pricey. The onsen is nice. I am not sure it is hot springs water though. Overall it is a very nice hotel and we had a relaxing day here.

Lovely property in a great location. You’re slightly more off of the beaten track but the tourist bus stop is right out front of the hotel. Great being right by the lake. Amazing room, massive for just me. There’s no shower in the room just a toilet but the onsen was lovely and you can shower in there. Older property also be aware those with accessibility needs the hotel is up quite a steep slope/numerous stairs and then when inside there’s no lift so I had to carry my luggage up and anyone with mobility issues would struggle as I believe all the rooms are on the first floor and that’s after tackling the way up to the hotel. Staff were lovely, can’t comment on dinner or breakfast but a great traditional ryokan stay.

Watching the sunrise over Fuji-san in the quiet morning light, soaking in the onsen with a view I’ll never forget, and sharing traditional meals that felt like art — these are the moments that stay with you. Grateful for the stillness, the hospitality, and the kind of memories that settle deep in your soul.

Molto buon colazione sia varietà e gusto. Belle onze, brame libere alla notte, crema di ghiaccio libero. Devo pagare per il parcheggio. Un po' lontano dal centro commerciale e dai ristoranti.

Un bel hotel Onsen con strutture calde in edificio. Prenota questa stanza come era la poca che era vuota. Le camere sono limitate il sabato. La mia stanza è al terzo piano e è vicino alla sala da pranzo. Condividiamo il corridoio è piuttosto rumoroso fino a circa le 9:00. Solo dopo cena e pulizia è fatto il rumore si aggiunge. Se sei uno che dorme presto, prenota altri piani e non questo. Onsen è buono con l'interno e l'aperto. La mia camera è spaziosa e dispone di un bagno. Il bagno non ha docce, solo un bagno. I servizi e le strutture sono un po'vecchio, ma ancora in generale un posto pulito.

The stay was awesome and the staff are very kind and helpful, providing very clear information to all the servives and activities we can do. We were welcomed with complimentary snacks, drinks and even wine after check in. And there is also a complimentary ramen supper available, which feeds our empty stomach after a whole day. The coffee and hot chocolate is also availavle 24 hours complimentary. There is also different onsen theme available, private and public which we had tried out all. Do note on some of the rules when using the onsen. The breakfast is very good and tasty. We had our first Japanese style breakfast and tried the local Hotou and 纳豆 as well. Location wise is slightly outskirts from the Fujikawaguchiko station but there is shuttle bus available for transfer. However, we drived but didn't had the chance to take the shuttle bus. Parking wise a lot of spaces available so that's not a worry. Ultimately, the best of the best is the Mount Fuji voew from our balcony and there is also onsen available in the room. Overall, we had a very good stay and would recommend for anyone who would like a good and comfortable stay. 5 star service.

La porzione di tè pomeridiano è moderata, dando alle persone una sensazione di pasto leggero, e la cena è un intero pasto occidentale. Ho anche mangiato cibo occidentale per colazione. Perché ci sono camerieri ad ogni tavolo, non c'è nessun inconveniente. Anche la sorgente termale è piena di divertimento, non c'è nessuno dentro e puoi trascorrere del tempo stravagante. Si consiglia a chi ama le sorgenti termali di provarlo una volta. Puoi anche andare e tornare dalla sorgente termale lo stesso giorno con il pranzo!

Their attention to detail and personalized service truly set this villa apart. One of the highlights of my stay was the private onsen (hot spring) available at the villa. Soaking in the warm waters was a truly rejuvenating experience. Overall, Villa Yumefuji Kawaguchiko exceeded all my expectations and provided me with a truly unforgettable stay. I highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a luxurious and authentic Japanese experience in Kawaguchiko.”
