This hotel is very convenient, with many delicious restaurants and shopping centers nearby. It’s the best choice for a vacation, and it also offers free parking. The hotel rooms are average, but the price is affordable.

L'hotel è situato accanto alla stazione Kanayama (Sottostrada, JR, Meittesu) che è molto conveniente. Molti ristoranti nelle vicinanze. Il personale è amichevole.

Although it’s a three-star hotel, it is a great hotel for one to three people to stay in. The hotel is nice and quiet, most rooms come with free breakfast buffet coupons (which are limited but still nice enough) and the beds are quite big. The wifi works quite well and the rooms are big enough for three. I’m not sure if there are conjoining rooms, but it they will be recommended for families of four and above. There aren’t many guests in the hotel, and most of them are businessmen. The hotel is also at a convenient location—there is Lawson in front of it, a 7-11 behind it and a Family Mart northeast of it(across the street). It is a short walk of 3min away from JR Nagoya Stn. Some bad things about the hotel are that the TV’s programs are all in Japanese, and even the CNN is translated into Japanese, so I recommend you use your phones or tablets to watch the shows you like. There also isn’t a window and the aircon is quite weak, so it gets stuffy sometimes. However, apart from that, it is quite an enjoyable stay!!

It was an excellent hotel to go for before an early flight the next day. It's literally in the same terminal as the international airport and a leisure walk to check in. Boy, i will glad I made the choice. The new wing was an absolute delight with beautiful sea views, newly renovated rooms, and carpeted flooring. They have clever storage spaces enough for 2 big luggages to be opened fully. We paid for their sumptuous breakfast. Best to book with breakfast included in room, if you have a choice. They have a wide selection of Japanese and western choices. Amenities wise, they had generous supplies of Pola in sachets to take from counter. They are really superb quality. And shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are from Pola too. Last minute shopping and food You'll be spoilt by choices with so many popular food joints to choose from. And best of all, there is Drugstore for last-minute shopping and food souvenir shops selling popular snacks from New York Perfect Cheese to Sugar Butter sands. There is no need to queue, and it's tax-free.

This hotel is a bit dated but has a classic antique ambiance to it. It took me some hours to learn how to operate the toilet 😅 but I finally figured it out. The young lady, I forgot her name, helped me with understanding the thermostat.. as she was the only one who spoke some English the evening I arrived. But she was very helpful. Bed was comfortable. Shower was warm and had good water pressure! Hotel was convenient to subway station and buying tickets. Also convenient to nearby local eateries.

Unbeatable location. 1-min walk covered walk from all Nagoya public transport. You got all kinds of cuisines in the shopping mall underneath. Lovely view from the room. Relatively more spacious than normal Japanese hotel. If you are a family of 3-4 with young kids, highly recommend the twin room. The breakfast buffet is with good choices and taste. Reasonable priced. Definitely stay again in next visit. No doubt.

Good value with exceptional service We were extremely satisfied with the services and had a delightful experience in that hotel. Our package included room, breakfast and dinner. Due to a minor traffic incident, we were unable to meet our dinner time of 6:00 pm. We contacted the hotel and they kindly accommodated us and provided attentive service. We were deeply touched by their care and consideration. The assistance to report of the traffic incident to the local insurance company was unexpectedly smooth with the help of the staff. The language proficiency of the staff was impressive, as they efficiently resolved language-related issues we faced. Furthermore, the traditional charm of the hotel exceeded our expectations and added to our enjoyment - good value. We will recommend the hotel to others and look forward to visiting again in the future. Special thanks to Ms. Oromo Rie, Mr. Toyama, and the staff responsible for our meals.

Our family of 5 booked the room with an open air bath this January 2025. We definitely enjoyed our stay. The bath was warm and nice despite the windy and cold weather. The room/s were beautiful, the view of Ise Bay (especially at sunset) was spectacular, and the food was great, especially the dinner. The staff were really accommodating and nice, they even helped us book a taxi to the airport after we checked out. For those traveling to Shuku Kaifuu by public transportation, I recommend giving them a call before checking in so they could arrange a pick up service from Utsumi (train) station.

Se sei stanco di piccole camere d'albergo in Giappone dove non puoi aprire il bagaglio, questo hotel è una scelta fantastica. La tariffa di parcheggio è ragionevole rispetto ad altri hotel a cinque stelle (1,800 yen per entrata), e gli spazi di parcheggio sono abbastanza spaziosi per un 4WDmolto conveniente! L'atmosfera dell'hotel abbraccia un bellissimo stile giapponese Zen, e si sentirà il momento in cui si entra. La vista della città di Nagoya è stupenda, e la posizione è perfetta diretta da diversi negozi e vicino a tutte le famose attrazioni. Intende assolutamente restare qui per la prossima visita a Nagoya!

房間類型還OK，在日本算蠻大的18平方，衞生有點差，浴室還有殘留的毛髮，床單也有點起球，細看的話也能找出來細小的毛髮，這一單挺影響心情的，前台服務人員很一般，日本的服務禮節沒有做到位，很一般，不如東橫酒店，要不是有停車場免費的，不會考慮下次了。還有就是空調真的很不給力，陰雨天會顯的很悶，房間裏沒有換氣的設備。
