Cqme per il compleanno dei miei partner e tutto era perfetto; bella stanza e personale erano così amichevoli

Had a very pleasant stay as the room was large, spacious, internet was easy and good, bathroom clean (except that the toilet bowl was located too close to the shower creating an unbalanced seating posture), staff very friendly and polite and rooms were cleaned promptly. However do take note that bathrobes are only available to those occupying suites, with no exceptions.  Breakfast spread was acceptable and what Adimulia did well was to top up and replenish food even nearing to the end of the breakfast service.  Overall, recommended for a pleasant experience. 

Karibia Hotel is located near the Kesawan area (the old city of Medan), making it easy to explore nearby attractions on foot. There are also plenty of artisan cafés around. If you’re here on a weekend, you can catch the car-free day event at Merdeka Walk, just a 5–10 minute walk from the hotel. Upon entering the lobby, you’re greeted with a pleasant scent that gives the hotel a luxurious vibe. The breakfast spread is quite good, featuring mostly Indonesian cuisine. The only downside is that there’s no smart TV. So if you’re planning a staycation and prefer to just stay in the hotel, it might not be ideal as there isn’t much to do; no swimming pool and no smart TV.

Ho avuto una esperienza amarevole di soggiornare in questo appartamento. Per le cose buone: l'appartamento è strategicamente situato vicino al centro della città, la camera è spaziosa con tutte le attrezzature di base. Tuttavia, ci sono 2 cose sgradevoli. Prima di tutto, non c'è unità non fumatori, eccetto per i tipi di camera di alta definizione. Ho entrato in un'unità con l'odore di fumo residuo, probabilmente da un ospite precedente. La mia camera era di fronte a una giornata stradale, e ogni rumore rumore dalle auto/biciclette modificate penetrava la stanza come se non ci fosse una finestra da iniziare. Non c'era un'orecchia che l'appartamento poteva fornire, anche se non era il primo feedback che hanno ricevuto da ospiti precedenti, e non potevo dormire tutta la notte. Ho prenotato 4 notti e immediatamente lasciato dopo la prima notte. Il servizio era piuttosto decente, ma il servizio clienti cercava di usare un purificatore d’aria per assorbire l’odore del fumo e cercava di trasferirmi in altre stanze senza alcun vantaggio a causa di un simile problema di rumore.

Here we also booked non smoking rooms, at arrival we got one non smoking room only. We need to accept one smoking room. We did not accept and they said they have one more non smoking room but different floor. We accept this without knowing the danger of different floor with the kids. We stayed at 4th floor and children at 3rd floor. The things is kids got un easy during the night and wanted to go to us but the lift is only accessible for 3rd floor. They are in Panic and we were in Panic too. We call reception to ask help and instead of coming to help children they asked children to come down to the lobby reception than they activate 4th floor lift. Breakfast is moderate Service not desirable/standaard Hotel 3 / 4 stars small room. Not friendly atmosphere may be because we are the same like them Indonesian There is no attitude between hotel and guests

Good and nice hotel. Up graded free of charge. Counter staff fMas Eko very friendly and helpful, Adryan Tahar, kitchen staff at Restaurant cook up a great breakfast for 2 mornings.Overall a nice stay..room is very nice and clean.

This was my 6th nights stay with separate subsequent bookings due to unknown situation of our mum's conditions who was in nearby hospital. Everything of this hotel was good and convenient, especially the staffs. Not using the other facilities in the hotel at all apart from sleeping and breakfast.

Il colazione dell’hotel era pulito e bello. Tuttavia, dopo l’ispezione, mi guidava verso l’edificio posteriore, ma il quartiere stesso sentiva male. Quindi non ero sensibile a questo, così ero soddisfatto e ben utilizzato in varie strutture.
