Aveva un piacevole soggiorno per 1 notte , la posizione è eccellente, il personale era tutto molto amichevole e il colazione era un bel modo per iniziare il giorno, sicuramente consiglia per la posizione e servizio amichevole soprattutto per la famiglia con bambini piccoli

This hotel is like 5 star , check in fast , the staff service so good. The room clean and new because just renovation , beside this hotel has fast food kfc. Recomended to stay

Rooms were quite spacious. There is no swimming pool or other facilities like in a hotel. There is a nice 24hr restaurant on site. Location is close to Medan train station which can take you to the Kuala Namu airport. Podomoro mall which is a very exclusive mall is just walking distance from the suites. The suites are well maintained despite looking slightly dated. Centre Point which is across the road from Medan train station is a good place to explore for some local food. This is a great choice if you are looking for space and a good locatiion.

No hot water in the shower, a little bit seems dirty/ broken in the bathroom and it doesn’t give the feeling of real luxury, but for this price I think it’s very good still. You have a restaurant which is open 24/7 with friendly servers. The pool is shared by hotel guests with people who pay for usage of the pool, looks clean enough. Staff helped to bring luggage to the room. The location of the hotel is good, it feels a little bit less developed around the hotel tho, but there is a nice mall nearby, maybe 5 minutes with the car.

I stayed in many 5 star hotels and this is one he best The staff is very attentive and polite, much more than in other countries It is exceptionally clean and everything is just perfect. I originally booked for 2 days and ended up staying 5 The buffet is very large with many options but mostly is Asian foods which I do not eat. They have an egg station to cook to order I strongly recommend this hotel if you come to Medan

It is a pleasant and beautiful resort.Picturesque environment, a good stay for family and children. Food are varieties and scrumptious. Staffs are friendly and helpful. It is a senior friendly place. Toilet is clean.
