Hotel a 4 stelle in Sumatra Settentrionale, Indonesia

Hotel opened in 2023, still consider new and in good condition. Room is clean and spacious. Breakfast is nice and variety desserts to choose. Good location, Sogo is within walking distance. Overall comfortable and enjoyable trip.

Ho prenotato una stanza migliorata, ma la stanza era vecchia e cadeva separata. Erano anatre che mi scaldavano nel letto, non c'era acqua calda, il colazione era fredda. L'AC non sarebbe fredda, quindi eravamo molto caldi durante la notte. La bagno aveva gli occhi di qualcuno, quindi mi ha fatto pensare che i puliziari non stanno facendo un buon lavoro. In generale, l'hotel non valeva il costo.

We are happy!!!!! The staff so kind and soft spoken.. we love the view… Masha Allah.. so beautifull.. event we stay at standard room, we also can get the beatiful view of Danau Toba.. the breakfast was delicious.. this is the first time im going to Indonesia and i can eat all the food.. excellent.. i also like the tour package for free…keep it up..next time if i going to danau toba again, i will stay at waterfall inside Taman Simalem Resort..in Shaa Allah

Abbiamo soggiornato qui per 3 notti. Ci siamo stati qui qualche volta prima. L'hotel mantiene la sua ospitalità, il caldo e la cortese ricezione dei clienti. E 'stato molto facile da controllare e da controllare. Il personale dal desk front to household was friendly and warm. There are little things that should be pay attention to such as the menu for breakfast.. Although the spread is good but there should be some variations/changes. Grand Sakura Hotel is an acceptable budget-friendly option in Medan, especially considering the price point, but the property is showing its age and could benefit greatly from renovations. The room was functional but extremely dated. Furnishings and fixtures feel old, and the overall atmosphere lacks the freshness that many travellers would expect today. The television is very basic, and several channels are blurry, making the in-room entertainment experience quite limited. One positive aspect is the lobby, which is well presented and has a pleasant scent, creating a good first impression upon arrival. Unfortunately, the experience doesn’t quite continue into other areas of the hotel. Breakfast was one of the weaker points of the stay. The selection was minimal, and there wasn’t anything particularly memorable or standout among the offerings. It gets the job done, but don’t expect much variety or quality compared to other hotels in the same category. The gym was also disappointing. It is essentially a very small room with around five pieces of equipment, several of which appeared to be broken or poorly maintained. Calling it a full fitness centre would be an overstatement. Overall, Grand Sakura Hotel offers reasonable value for money if you’re simply looking for an affordable place to stay in Medan. However, with some refurbishment and better maintenance of its facilities, the hotel could significantly improve the guest experience and better justify its position in the market.

Il soggiorno generale è buono ma le strutture come la tovagliola da bagno è sbava e colore bianco svanito, nessuna tovagliola faccia n piccolo tovagliolo. il colazione è davvero “local indonesiano” stile . Ho ordinato servizio in camera per cena e il suo buon 👍. Stavo a terrazza e la vista è bella a notte.

Friendly staff, clean and comfortable bedding. There are night markets and a big shopping mall in a walking distance.

This is my first time staying here, and I must say the room is incredibly cozy and pleasant. With 3 elevators available, it's super convenient and saves you from any long waits to move between floors. Plus, it's conveniently located near Starbucks, APJ, and Genk Steak. So convenient!

Conveniently located from the train station (though we used Grab). Loved the availability of WatsApp with the hotel, they responded promptly. Despite 1 set of toiletries for 2 guest, seemed a little silly. The housekeeper are always very kind to provide more when requested. Excellent masseuse at the Spa on L2. Breakfast buffet is sumptuous though the 'top up' is slow after 9am. Centre point Centre shopping mall is just right behind the hotel.. with variety of f&b, shops & korean supermarket.

È il nostro terzo soggiorno nel 2026 😀😀. Tutti i dipendenti dell'hotel sono eccellenti. Questa volta abbiamo scelto di rimanere a Rm 1615, purtroppo era troppo caldo il giorno e l'aria condizionata non poteva farlo al livello necessario, quindi abbiamo chiesto di sostituire un altro posto per le prossime 2 notti, poi tutti erano molto buoni come al solito. La colazione era ancora molto buona e con una varietà di scelta. Naturalmente, ho solo mangiato quello che ho scelto. Non prendendo più molte immagini, tutte le immagini erano già nella mia precedente recensione 😀😀
