Hotel a 4 stelle in Sumatra Settentrionale, Indonesia

La stanza era molto comoda. La stanza era spaziosa e pulita, che lo rendeva molto piacevole. Anche se c'era un club al piano superiore, il rumore non mi ha davvero disturbato. Il colazione era anche buono e piacevole.

I stayed here with my family during our holiday in Medan. Although the hotel is a bit old, it has its own charm. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of options. Traveling with a young child, we especially appreciated the nice swimming pool, which made our stay very enjoyable.

We are happy!!!!! The staff so kind and soft spoken.. we love the view… Masha Allah.. so beautifull.. event we stay at standard room, we also can get the beatiful view of Danau Toba.. the breakfast was delicious.. this is the first time im going to Indonesia and i can eat all the food.. excellent.. i also like the tour package for free…keep it up..next time if i going to danau toba again, i will stay at waterfall inside Taman Simalem Resort..in Shaa Allah

Abbiamo soggiornato qui per 3 notti. Ci siamo stati qui qualche volta prima. L'hotel mantiene la sua ospitalità, il caldo e la cortese ricezione dei clienti. Some guests have reported issues like noise (especially from air conditioning units), occasional maintenance problems, and inconsistent service at the front desk. The facilities are also quite basic, so don’t expect anything luxurious. Overall, Grand Sakura Hotel is a good budget-friendly option if you’re looking for a simple and convenient place to stay in Medan. It’s best suited for short stays or travelers who prioritize location and value over luxury.

Good family hotel but it is above a complex not your regular ground floor hotel. Food variety is good. Convenient location and around 30mins from airport without traffic. So plan the trip if you are booking and staying here

This is hotel was rebranded from Radisson to aiho .. still good condition... The checkin process also excellent.. within 5 minutes I can go straight way to my room.. the only problem is they only have 2 elevator.. sometimes in of that not functioning due to maintenance service..

Questo hotel rappresenta un valore eccezionale per soldi, con camere di qualità e servizi eccezionali. Ho soggiornato 3 notti nell'aprile 2026, e ho una vista meravigliosa sul 8° piano. Questa visita è stata una combinazione di business e piacere. Il colazione ha una serie di opzioni, che si occupano di cucina per i gusti occidentali e indonesi, ma sarebbe bello se il latte fosse refrigerato, come con altre proprietà del gruppo Marriot a Bal. Il centro commerciale è situato a 5 minuti a piedi dall'hotel, e l'hotel dispone di un supermercato lungo la strada e di un supermercato molto grande. Il centro commerciale è molto vicino a un centro commerciale, ma può raggiungere facilmente con un taxi per circa 2 dollari in 10 minuti. Tuttavia, la altezza del desktop non era davvero appropriata e non è sufficiente per il lavoro di business. Tuttavia, ho completato la maggior parte del lavoro nella sedia a rotelle con le mutandine per il laptop. Excelente gamma di canali TV tra cui BBC e CNN. Un bucket di ghiaccio costa 50,000 IDR. Things I like: The bed, shower and cozyness of the room. Water supply (hot water) and air circulation in the bathroom - closet have no smell at all, As well as the fact that they provide a free parking space for the guest who brings car, Things I love: Breakfast menu...... more than enough options, all of those foods I ate are delicious (If not super delicious), Provision of drinking water with a water dispenser As well as the staffs hospitality - top notch... Things I dont really like: TV program, nothing interesting for me and not useful at all Too less power outlet and the fact that there is too small table for the kettle and water bottle.....

The Hotel is super good .. Everything are amazing.. But we face a scamming that we opened our safe to arrange some documents and cash then the housekeeping team arrived to cleanup … So i let them enter the room for cleaning but I didn’t close the safe since we are in the room in that time. The safe located inside the closet the one you can walk in .. After they finished the cleaning We find 200 USD from our cash in the safe .. The cleaning team put the new laundry bag right on the top of the safe (in that time it was open) and now body noticed us that the safe is open …!!! I submitted a complaint to the front office of the hotel …!!! And i I described the cleaning staff to them exactly, and who was the person who entered the wardrobe containing the safe...!!! They said they would investigate the incident, and after two days they contacted me again saying they had questioned the cleaning staff, who denied taking anything from our safe...!!! And of course, we didn't find anything... which is obvious because no one would confess in this way without being pressured. And here's the question: why didn't the cleaning staff warn us that the safe was open when they went in to put the new laundry bag on top of it?
