I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Imperial Hotel and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The service throughout our stay was exceptional. The staff was attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist with any requests or questions we had. They truly made us feel like valued guests and their genuine hospitality was greatly appreciated. Another great aspect of the Imperial Hotel is its convenient location. Being within walking distance of the beach is a huge plus for those who enjoy spending time by the ocean. It's wonderful to have the opportunity to easily access the beach and enjoy the beautiful surroundings without having to travel far. The proximity to the beach adds an extra level of relaxation and enjoyment to the overall experience at the hotel. Overall, my family and I had a fantastic experience . The combination of a delicious breakfast, excellent service, and clean accommodations made our stay truly memorable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a top-notch experience.

The Boathouse is a bar/restaurant with Wedding & Conference facilities plus a large free car park all in a most idyllic location on Ormesby Broad. They have 4 double rooms upstairs where we stopped for two nights En Suite Room. In reviewing hotels we look for the extra touches which say a lot for the owners. Quality towels, heated (controllable) towel rail, air con with easy to understand adjustment, quilted toilet rolls, shaving mirror, nice toiletries, tea/coffee with biccies, flat screen TV with text & sub titles enabled, safe, hairdryer, ample drawers & wardrobe, comfy bed with bedside drawer unit & light, windows which open fully & the “piece de resistance” a combined shoe horn & clothes brush. To top it all the bathroom has a sensor light to prevent stumbling round in the dark looking for the light switch. All in evidence at The Boathouse. Bar/Restaurant. There is a well stocked bar and our experience of breakfast & dinner was top notch. There was a comprehensive menu , food came quickly, was hot and well presented. We couldn’t believe the size of the breakfast. We have attached some photos

A little far of a walk from the clubs but not too bad. The desk man seemed a bit grumpy, whoever has good customer service. I called up several times with questions and they were always very nice over the phone. They have a 24hr front desk so, perfect for late check ins. However, early in the morning the cleaning crew tried to get in my room (but I had the top latch on, so they kept banging the door open and shut in attempts to take it off), and I had to get up to let them know I was still there. I was then told that in the system it said I had checked out an hour prior.

La bella vecchia casa era in condizioni impeccabili. La nostra camera da letto, vista sul giardino e i campi, era grande e arria. Il letto era più grande di grande e incredibilmente comodo! Due sedie confortevoli erano anche molto lussuose di leggere il giornale dopo un giorno di visibilità occupato! Fresh e ripetutamente, grande bagno, anche!! Il menu del colazione aveva tutto su di esso, dall'inglese pieno alle uova scrambled e salmone! Più frutta fresca, succo di galore. Più una tazza di frutta riempita ogni giorno nella camera da letto! Tutti bellamente presentati da una bella e utile ospite! Non poteva colpire il nostro soggiorno!

Le foto mi ricordavano un campeggio di vacanza in un mercato, ma è lontano da questo. L'appartamento che abbiamo soggiornato era molto buono valore e ben arredato con tutti gli attrezzi di cui avete bisogno per rimanere. Molto pulito e bellissimo decorato. La maggior parte dei posti è salita in collina alla reception e si prega di preparare i loggi/appartamenti. È disponibile una piscina e un giardino e è più per il soggiorno più lungo di quello overnight. Il personale è amichevole e utile. Il solo problema è il check-in alle 4:00, che è molto tardi se si sta per una notte. L'alloggio è molto più grande di una stanza hotel, quindi richiede più tempo, ma sarebbe utile se potesse essere le 2:00. Hanno un ristorante, ma se si mangia altrove si deve essere in grado di salire la collina fino al vostro appartamento, il che significa essere fuori dalla zona di comfort.

Il bagno era disponibile dalle 6 alle 10 con nessun prenotazione che era bellissimo. Il palazzo era pulito, il giovane ricevitore era sempre così sorridente e utile. Il colazione era delizioso e il bar lounge era grande. La zona del giardino era bella, il campo da golf era bello.

I had an excellent stay for two nights for work. The receptionist was excellent - welcoming, friendly and informative. The food was good for evening meals and lots of choice for breakfast - both hot and continental. All staff were very friendly throughout the hotel. The room was two single beds and comfortable. The air con in the room was a god send as temperatures outside reached 30 degrees. Pretty good location for the airport and about a 10 minute car journey into town. I walked it in an hour on an easy route. Would stay again.

Hotel, accoglienza e bar molto bellissimi con le aree di accoglienza con un bel pavimento marmo. La nostra camera era bellissimi alcuni aspetti un po 'dato e il pavimento era molto scorretto. La maggior parte certamente non ha influenzato il nostro tempo. Parcheggio grande e in una posizione brillante a pochi passi dai negozi, dai bar e dai ristoranti.

Benvenuto, il signore sul desk ha un grande servizio al cliente. La camera doppia è stata fantastica. - È un sacco di spazio. Era un odore forte che proveniva dal bacino dopo ogni utilizzo. Il sedile del bagno era inclinato e tenuto in cima con due serrature. Questi sono i nostri unici fallimenti.

Molto bel hotel. Ci sono stati un bel paio di giorni. Quando siamo arrivati, ci sono stati dati una stanza di aggiornamento. Ci siamo fermati in una suite molto comoda e piacevole. Il cibo in un ristorante era buono, anche se avevamo cena solo una volta. Il bagno era un bel trattamento, soprattutto godeva la stanza a vapore.
