**Absolutely fabulous gem of a hotel – we’re already planning our return! ** Sono quasi riluttante a cantare le sue lodi troppo forte se non riusciremo a ottenere una prenotazione la prossima volta, ma non posso semplicemente raccomandare l'Oceano abbastanza alto. Questo posto è un stand assoluto. Dal momento in cui arrivate, il servizio è eccezionale. L'equipaggio è caldo, molto attento, e veramente accessibile – ogni membro ci ha fatto sentire come ospiti apprezzati piuttosto che solo un'altra prenotazione. Essi anticipavano le nostre necessità prima di chiedere, e nulla era mai stato troppo difficile. Dopo aver scoperto ogni altra opzione nella zona, abbiamo finito di mangiare laggiù le due notti del nostro soggiorno perché era senza dubbio il miglior trovare intorno. Il menu offre una fantastica selezione, tutto è cucinato fresco per ordinare, e ogni piatto che abbiamo provato è stato eccellente. Le porzioni sono generose, ma perfettamente giudicate – così tanto che purtroppo non potevamo sgridare in un dessert, anche se il menu sembrava ogni tanto tentante come le principali. L'hotel è stato decorato con gusto e cura reali in tutto il mondo.La nostra stanza è stata incredibile – fresca, moderna e incredibilmente accogliente, mentre ancora si sente confortevole e domestico. È un cambiamento così rinfrescante dalle solite offerte di fronte al mare stanche e graziose; il team ha chiaramente gettato il cuore e l'anima in creare un posto che si sente sia elegante che veramente confortante. In generale, The Ocean is a superb find – one of those rare places that ticks every box and leaves you smile from check-in to check-out. We will definitely be back next time we're in the area. A Perfect Day at The Bedingfeld Arms! What a truly wonderful experience! From the moment we arrived, The Bedingfeld Arms delivered exactly what we were hoping for—and more. Nestled in a charming location, it felt like a gentle escape into the countryside, with just the right mix of warmth and ease. The food was absolutely delicious—fresh, well-prepared, and beautifully presented. We lingered over our meal, not wanting it to end! The rooms were just what we needed: cozy, comfortable, and thoughtfully appointed. It was so lovely to wake up refreshed and step out into such a peaceful setting. While some might wish for a slightly more “posh” or traditional pub feel—Tom did miss the classic old-world touches like dark walnut floors and the scent of oak smoke in the air—we both appreciated the light, airy ambiance and modern comfort. It’s clear The Bedingfeld Arms has found its own style, and it’s working beautifully. Altogether, it was a delightful, cheerful, and refreshing day, and we’re so glad we chose to spend it here. Un accogliente benvenuto da Mike, che gestisce l'impianto. La nostra stanza era chiamata Tesoro delle Broads. E' stata ben decorata, un grande bagno moderno con doccia pioggia sopra la sua parte superiore. Abbiamo mangiato la sera e anche se non avevamo prenotato prima dell'arrivo e erano stati prenotati completamente Mike non aveva alcun problema di trovarci una tavola con una grande vista dei Broads. In futuro, saremmo sicuramente tornati.L'atmosfera del pub è rilassata ma molto professionale. Credo al capo. Il giorno in cui siamo arrivati, si è tenuto un matrimonio, ma questo non ci ha causato problemi di rumore e ci è piaciuto guardare da lontano! Tutto il personale e Mike non potevano fare abbastanza per noi e ci fu offerta una partenza tardiva che amichevolmente accettavamo. È una vergogna che non potevamo rimanere più, ma una buona scusa per tornare! Grazie Mike e per il vostro servizio eccezionale. Che splendida esperienza abbiamo avuto. Mark & Gail Noi...

Hotel moderno con lobby e grande ricezione.Situato vicino allo stadio di calcio di Norwich City e alcune camere si guardano alla pitch che è divertente per i fan del calcio! C'è un grande parco al dettaglio lungo la strada e si trova a circa 10 minuti a piedi dai ristoranti, pub che guardano il fiume e poi solo pochi minuti più avanti alla stazione ferroviaria principale . Le camere sono dotate di un'ampia camera e di un'attrezzatura utile, compresa una seccatrice per capelli, un'attrezzatura per tè e caffè, un pannello di ferro e di ferro. Il ristorante ha servito una cena ma purtroppo il cibo non era di alta qualità rispetto al resto dell' hotel .

Beautiful hotel not far from city centre. Staff were lovely and welcoming. The room was large, with twin beds put together, which was unexpected with one duvet over both. I did expect separate twin beds, but it was ok. The hotel itself is full of history, including a knight. I called him Gerald. I would love to have been there longer than the one night so I could fully explore the hotel. We did not use the spa, and again, I would have loved to. We are likely to go back to fully experience what the hotel offers. Parking was easy, with plenty of spaces. Breakfast is buffet style plenty to choose from. No one shows you around just go and help yourself. We look forward to going back.

absolute must with children. stayed here to go to bewilderwood the following day and wow... so set up for kids, the food the lay out also had cheeky swim night before. brilliant *******

Questa è la nostra seconda visita come famiglia al Cromer Country Club. Questa visita avevamo esteso l'invito ai nostri genitori. Abbiamo tutti goduto il nostro soggiorno di 4 notti. Questo posto è brillante e ospitato per le famiglie. Abbiamo un bambino di 9 mesi. Ci siamo chiesti un appartamento vicino alla strada, così potremmo avere facile accesso per un pram. Questo è quello che hanno fatto. Personale amichevole. Il ristorante serviva per il nostro bambino e il cibo era delizioso. È possibile camminare alla costa con comodità. L'appartamento è stato pulito, aggiornato e accessibile per la nostra famiglia. Sicuramente raccomandaremmo e andremmo di nuovo.

Stayed in the Dukes Head hotel- Kings Lynn to meet with friends the day before a wedding. The hotel itself is located well in the centre of town and on first look in good condition around the outside and the lobby. Our room on the other hand was not great. The shower was leaking, the floor not cleaned. The worst of it was being placed next to the lift, the noise was ridiculous, like having a tv on full volume all throughout the night. I noted this to reception and no apologies or acknowledgement to the issue seemed to sync in. I would not recommend staying at this hotel at all.

Looks a little run down outside and quite dated inside. We spent one night in a twin room which was reasonably clean however i would suggest they upgrade the mattress protectors. Nice little complementary tray with water, tea coffee sugar and biscuits. Staff on reception were very friendly. We didn't eat in the restaurant so can't comment. Overall stay was good.

The summer room is a small cosy unit attached to the main house with a separate entrance. It's about 30 minutes's walk to the city centre. We preferred not to walk the quiet streets after dinner to get back to the flat. There are a lot of parking options and it's a flat rate of 3 to 4 quids after 5 pm to the next day.
