Il mio soggiorno alla Chiesa Sophia di Mercure Harbin Central Street dal 16 al 19 ottobre è stato davvero eccezionale. Sono stato particolarmente colpito dal professionismo e dalla cortesia dimostrati dall'equipaggio di ricezione dal caldo benvenuto all'arrivo e dal processo efficace di check-in al loro grazioso addio all'uscita. La loro notevole attenzione ai dettagli ha reso il mio soggiorno estremamente confortevole e piacevole, lasciando un'impressione duratura dei elevati standard di ospite dell'hotel. Ringrazio sinceramente l'intera squadra per la loro dedizione e consiglio molto questo hotel a chiunque cerca un soggiorno raffinato e un servizio eccezionale a Harbin.

Great location, right in front of the old street. Therefore it's noisy if open the windows. Hotel is hot during winter. Their central heater is set too high. Need to open the windows to cool the rooms but too noisy can't sleep at night. Rooms are old though. But the services provided from the front desk, concierge (海哥）, housekeeping （孙爱芳） are the best customer service I ever had!

It was definitely a super pleasant stay, with sleek room design, tea set and delicious tea to prepare yourself in room, and strong water, good ventilation toilet. Staff was really friendly and helpful and show genuine care when talking to guests. Breakfast was good too, and am glad it was like the usual hotels that breakfast ends at 9… this hotel allows breakfast till 1pm. Bummer that it was winter hence no air condition is available and it was actually quite warm at times, and with window opened the main road is a little noisy and when wind blows, the door rattles and quite noisy. But overall I would return again if I am back in Harbin

Although I just stayed for 1 night the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room is very huge and comfy. They do provide complementary breakfast. The scenery view from the hotel is also very nice

Отель новый, чистый. Все просто отлично. Завтрак хороший, большой выбор блюд. Номер просили на максимально высоком этаже, но нам дали только 9 этаж, наверное все зависит от стоимости номера. Пару минусов все же было: чтобы подключиться к Wi-Fi, пришлось спускаться на ресепшн. Так же, заявлены при бронировании халаты, но их не было. Нет места для курения, приходилось с 9 этажа спускаться на улицу, благо лифт быстрый. Оценку снижать не буду, все равно все здорово.

The person that I communicate from WeChat till I get moment I stepped into the hotel room, I would like to say thank you for making my journey to Snow Town a smooth one. He even offered me to tried out some activities while on the way to the hotel. When i arrived at the hotel, I was quite shocked to see that the pictures posted inside the social media is exactly the same as the one I see.

L'hotel è pulito e ordinato. Ci sono snack e bevande self-service nel bar della hall. La posizione dell'hotel è ottima. La stazione della metropolitana è di fronte all'hotel , il che è molto conveniente. Le ragazze e i ragazzi alla reception sono molto entusiasti, educati e premurosi e meritano un elogio.

Hotel eccellente a Harbin. Situato sopra un centro commerciale e al di sopra della Wanda Plaza. Il personale è stato molto utile e la camera è grande (solo guardate le foto). Il colazione era stile cinese standard ma ci adatta. Ci sono molte opzioni alimentari intorno se si ammala il colazione dell'hotel. Si prega di notare che, perché questo è un ufficio e un blocco alberghiero, quindi ci vorrà un po' prima che l'ascensore raggiunga il vostro livello durante le ore di picco.
