Hotel a 4 stelle in Heilongjiang, Cina

La ospitezia del personale era molto buona ... Il tempo era freddo, ma avevano cuore caldo che ci salutava ogni volta che entrammo o uscimmo. non parliamo cinese e Zhu ci ha sempre accolto e ci ha aiutato quando abbiamo avuto domande. E la posizione dell'hotel è magnifica. È possibile camminare intorno alla St Zhongyang o andare in qualsiasi parte di Harbin con facilità.Le camere sono grandi, pulite e con letti confortevoli.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, I was treated with great hospitality by all the staff. On my first day at the restaurant, I mentioned that I am Muslim and avoid pork. What impressed me the most was that on the following days, the staff remembered my preference and proactively recommended which dishes were suitable for me. That level of attentiveness made me feel truly welcomed and cared for. The location of the hotel is also very strategic, making it easy to get around and explore the area. I would especially like to thank Mr. Lin and all the reception staff for taking such good care of me and my family. They were always helpful, responsive, and ensured that all our needs were met. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Xin Yuhang, il dipendente che lavora all'Hotel Sun Castle Resort è molto bello, utile e amichevole, ci aiuta con le difficoltà che abbiamo avuto durante il nostro soggiorno. A causa delle barriere linguistiche, era paziente nel tradurla a noi e nonostante la folla che lo ha fatto entrare e fare impegnativo, si occupava di una per l'altra con classe, professionalità e aiuto di ogni persona. La mia ragazza e io abbiamo goduto il nostro soggiorno in questo hotel e vacanza a Harbin. Grazie mille per aver fatto del nostro soggiorno una grande. Lo apprezzeremo 10/10

This is the best hotel anyone could have hope for, amazing staff, the room are super cozy and the shower is amazing, plus with great locations. we are actually sad to leave the room here, for sure will come back next time!

Ambiente: la posizione è buona, il parcheggio è conveniente, e molti parchi circostanti. Servizio: servizio di ricetta con pazienza, entusiasmo e attenzione, aiutami a aggiornare il tipo di camera.Il colazione è molto buono. Anche alle dieci, le cose sono ancora tutto. Alcuni di noi forniranno sempre la fornitura nel ristorante. Non ci saranno mai dei rifiuti freddi dopo. Questo è stato perfetto per molti hotel.Spero che la prossima volta il condizionamento del aria condizionata si scaldi un po', e tornerà.

Grande spaziosa camera vicino a Zhongyang Da Jie (Centro Street).È anche vicino al bus aereo n. 3 dall'aeroporto. A l'aeroporto la stessa posizione in opposto strada. La stanza è abbastanza calda (controllabile) nonostante il -20 gradi Celsius. Il personale è molto attento, e mi ha visto il viso tagliato dalla rasatura, che mi ha dato tessuto e bastone con iodio. Se si intende ordinare la consegna con Alipay mini widget usato, non richiede il numero locale. L'hotel utilizza un robot per consegnare alla vostra stanza! Interessante! La stazione di metro sulla linea 2 è a poche strade e vi porta alla stazione di metro sulla stessa linea - evento del mondo della neve e del ghiaccio. E' a poche strade lontano da famosi monumenti come la Chiesa di St. Sophia e vicino a quella è la popolare kläd-家 dove vende vestiti invernali molto conveniente e buoni! Grazie per l'ospitalità!

Hotel is about 8-10min walk from the bus drop off area. Staff were polite, attended to my request promptly. We booked the family room which can accommodate 7 of us, however there were only 2 towels plus 2 disposable towels provided in the room. The hotel staff provided us with more towels upon request. The room was clean and tidy. There were 2 double beds which fit 4 of us, while another tatami bed barely fit the other 3 of us (wished it was bigger tatami), but it is just for one night, so it was alright. The room equipped with a big window which facing the Main Street, which is a plus point, great morning and night view of snow town from the view! Breakfast was great! A lot of variety and it was delicious. The hotel even gave us free frozen foods as supper. There were free 泼水成冰 activities provided by the hotel too. Overall the stay was great.

We had an amazing stay here. The place was clean and comfortable, and even though it was freezing outside, the room was cosy and just the right amount of toasty. Xiao Wang was so friendly and helpful during our stay too. She arranged a pick up for us from the train station when we arrived and guided us throughout our stay. We mainly went to ski and Xiao Wang gave solid recommendations on where to ski, helped us to secure tickets and even arranged for transportation to and fro the ski venue. Food-wise, there is a restaurant in the basement of the hotel which was convenient for us to have our meals at. I would strongly recommend this place!

La mia stanza puzzava di sigarette, nonostante fosse un piano non fumatori. Il personale delle pulizie ha cambiato lenzuola e cuscini come richiesto. I gestori sono stati molto disponibili, un uomo mi ha aiutato a portare la mia borsa della spesa e a mandarla in camera quando mi ha incontrato al piano principale. Vorrei fare i complimenti alla signora Amy Xu che mi ha aiutato a prenotare un taxi, dato che non ho una scheda telefonica locale. Le sono grato per il suo aiuto.

So, from the day that I booked, this, I was issued a concierge who contacted me through the application called WeChat. We communicated quite a bit he checked on me daily all the way up to the day of our trip and he actually took the bus to meet us at the gate. This gentleman took care of us the whole time we were there in the service was excellent. If I had to complain about something, it would be the language barrier.  Prepare yourself to spend some extra money because all the rides and everything inside of Snowtown cost additional money but your concierge that’s provided by the hotel can help you choose what activities you want to do.  So this hotel is located inside China Snowtown. The best way to get there from Harbin is to take the train to Yabuli and then hire a driver to the snowtown. From there you will have to buy a ticket to snowtown and get on a very short bus ride to the main area.
