Hotel 3 stelle a Batu

Amore la villa, pulita e molto bello, amare il design e la posizione anche, il personale è stato molto utile e veloce rispondente, è tranquillo da lontano dall'autostrada, 3 camere da letto e 3 bagni integrato le nostre famiglie per soggiornare, Tutti puliti anche le strutture come Karaoke & cucina sono molto soddisfacenti (perchè devo installare l'attrezzatura Karaoke un po '), la piscina non è grande ma piuttosto divertente, l'aria condizionata è un plus, è necessario. Riposiamo bene e ci divertiamo, tutti soddisfatti spendiamo tempo felicemente, quindi dimenticamo di prendere foto 😅.

La villa è bella. E 'raffredda e tranquilla. soggiorno confortevole. Raccomanda per le coppie. La cucina ha tutti i suoi utensili, un buon frigorifero di dimensioni, forno, forno a microonde e forno. In realtà abbiamo cucinato quando ci siamo fermati. Come pioveva, non potevamo fare bbq all'aperto. Grazie per la torta di matrimonio che la gestione della villa ci ha fornito!! ❤️🥰 Amo l'intera permanenza.

localizzazione strategica, camere pulite, Per il cibo, non c'è un buffet ogni giorno, quindi dipende dalla persona che resta, se non ci sono molte persone, il cibo sarà consegnato alla stanza, non corrisponde il prezzo della stanza è circa 500rmb più / notte, e quando il buffet o l'affidato in informazione mattina o notturna, chiama la stanza, quindi si disturba davvero il resto, soprattutto la posizione del telefono è sulla tavola della TV, non vicino al letto, quindi, se c'è una chiamata telefonica, si deve stare davanti alla TV, Quindi, avanti e indietro, e non è molto efficace.

The property is comprised of a small kitchen, with a worn non-stick pan and pot, and utensils, with two gas stoves, a worn small rice cooker, a microwave, and a minifridge. Worn means the non-stick coatings have been abused, which is typical of Indonesia, as no reads the instruction/care manuals of anything. The microwave vents are on its left side, and was positioned against the wall where the vents were blocked - relocating the microwave to the right side resolved this issue. The water gallon has a manual pump, and has to be relocated to occupy the stairs for use. There is no table for eating. The stairs has a low roof protrusion that you will hit your head on if not aware. There is a hidden door on the lower floor next to the kitchen to a cold-water shower and toilet, of which the wooden door is positioned next to the shower has smells of mold. The side of the kitchen bench is positioned adjacent to the window with a small uncovered gap, which there is signs it is impossible to clean. The TV was configured for headphone mode, which caused a static noise, I've changed it for speaker mode, and that has resolved the issue, and the TV looks and sounds great. There is also a fan and a couch on the lower floor. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one with an elevated queen bed and with aircon that is quiet and cool, and the other room with a fan and two single mattresses, and there is an upstairs bathroom with toilet and shower. The shower upstairs water only lasts for 5 minutes, then requires what seems like a minimum 2 hour break - we don't know how much break it actually needs, as we only get hot water once for 5 minutes in the morning, and once for 5 minutes in the evening. We have tried to contact the property several times about this, and there has been no resolution, just responses to amount to ”adjust your expectations to not expect more hot water”. Overall, the place has enough of a kitchen to cook and store food, is exceptionally tidy sans the poorly designed gap between the kitchen bench and the window, and sans the poorly designed wooden door next to the shower on the lower floor. However, there is no functional hot water if you are more than 1 person, of which multiple people are the target market of this property.

Location seems ok the front of the hotel and public areas are almost spotless rooms on 2nd floor dua lantai have small balcony with 2 seats and a table 😀 great the room we booked had ac hot and cold water small tv connected to satellite the ac was not that good and actually heated the room regardless what setting i put it 16c cool the shower head was blocked so didn't work i reported both the problems to front desk the actually fixed it so that was good the staff can speak English. As for going bed me and my mrs notice ants emerging from near bathroom area and under the bed this episode was odd lasted 2 hours then restarted again about 7am we had no food in the room seems to happen after use of the bathroom shower as we was here for 1 night it was pointless complaining my advice always bring a can of bygon with you to low cost hotels warning they don't have elevator in the hotel so not a good idea for older people or disabled they have a nice pool area .in your room no fridge as for the tv set up you have start it up yourself saving grace is that they have wifi 😀 .the breakfast was ok glasses was very small like mouth wash cup smsll 4 of those glasses make a small decent glass of juice

Queen Villa Batu is ok. Couple of minor issues with mosquitoes, no gas available for cooking and bathroom could do with some deep cleaning, Wifi is spotty at times. Otherwise a nice stay, spacious and convenient location in a small security estate. Pity the booking inconvenience with Trip for this villa, sought alternate for future stays in Batu.

Location is great however you cannot get views of the mountains if you are staying on the first floor. You can get yo alunalun batu by foot which is great for dinner and snacks in the evening. Great breakfast is also available and accessible by foot from this hotel.
