Hotel a 4 stelle in Stiria, Austria

My stay at the Wiesler Hotel went beyond my expectations. I booked the tiny room because I am not fussy about having a big room. When I entered the room I was disappointed because the bed was above ground level and that it's a no no for lumbago sufferers, such as I. The size was actually quite decent, certainly no 'tiny' at all, and so was the bathroom but the bed put me off. I walked down to the reception desk, and I asked for an upgrade. I told the senior gentleman at the desk (could he be the general manager or even the owner?) that I did no like the bed without footboard. He was most understanding and he issued 2 keys for me to check and to choose from the Comfort bedroom and the Grand bedroom. I chose the former -the bed had a proper footboard, legs and headboard. He offered me to stay at the Grand for the same price of the Comfort, I was very pleased by the kind offer but I said that I was happy to go for the Comfort. As he insisted I accepted the Grand bedroom, which has the size of a one-bed apartment. The location is spot on: it's right in the city centre with views to the river Mur in front. I had the buffet breakfast in my last day too and I highly recommend it if you enjoy a good quality and varied breakfast. I've tried the local red wine too at the bar in the lounge, which was excellent and at a surprising low price- after all this is Austria! The decoration of the rooms aren't the typical you find in a 4 stars hotel with history and the curious eye has seen in the lobby's beautiful colour lithographs that the hotel has changed its style a few times over the last century. But it won't put me off to stay back tat the Weisler next time I am in Graz.

I dettagli sanitari non sono disponibili, c'è un capello radice sulla testa (il prezzo non è un po'piu' costoso di altrove, ma non ha notato questa piccola cosa, e'molto deluso).Scrivere un letto grande ma in realtà sono fatti di due letti singoli.C'è un personale strano nella reception. In generale, ci sono persone che vivono al piano di sotto che possono sentire saltare.Il panorama è bello e il ristorante è buono.Il bagaglio è leggermente inconveniente a piedi sulla montagna e guida meglio.

Wir hatten Apartment 37 für 5 Personen, weil wir eigentlich aus 3 verschiedenen Familien waren , kann ich dieses Apartment nur weiterempfehlen 😄 mit 2 separaten Schlafzimmer , Badewanne und Wc , Dusche mit Wc und Schlafsofa im Wohnbereich, natürlich auch eine kleine Küche . Küchenausstattung ist für uns eigentlich der einzige Kritikpunkt, unserer Meinung nach zu wenig Besteck und gute Küchenmesser für 5 Personen.Wir haben halt immer die Gabeln und Messer gleich abgespült. Rezeption sehr kompetent, höflich und hilfsbereit!!!! Hallenbad und Sauna auch in Ordnung und eigentlich nie überlaufen. Auch ein großes Lob an die Reinigung , war wirklich top sauber !!! Können Alpine Club nur empfehlen

Prenotazione semplice e semplice. Molto pulito e relativamente nuovo hotel. Molto competente, carino e precursore. Colazione buffet- semplice tutto quello che il cuore desidera, il suo occhio sguardo e richiede il mago del colazione. Veramente molto consigliare. Ci si rivolge ad altre visite urbane austriache, alla prenotazione Riproduci Harry's Home Hotel.

Location is extremely convenient, approx 3-5mins walk from the Graz main station. Good if you have many belongings or luggages Service was average - hotel staff told us to wait 10mins before she could check us in due to them filming a tiktok video. But it took a total of 30mins wait - I believe that could be improved as it was already 20mins past checkin time The room was overall clean but the layout of the toilet can be improved. Water could easily leak and flow out of the bathroom even door there's a door Food was not bad, selection was apt and service staff were quick to clear plates

Bella e pulita camera, abbastanza spaziosa e sufficiente per due persone. Il negativo era che non era chiaro che dovesse pagare un ulteriore 20+ euro per persona per colazione (che abbiamo rifiutato) e che le voci nel minibar non sono gratuite (suppusero così tanto che non ho consumato nulla, Tuttavia, non ci sono stati prezzi elencati sulle voci, quindi non rimprovero nessuno che si presumesse che fossero complimentari).

La posizione era ideale, a soli 20 minuti a piedi dal centro storico e a 2 minuti a piedi dal centro fieristico di Graz. La colazione offriva un'ampia scelta ed era di buona qualità; Tobias ha soddisfatto ogni nostra richiesta al ristorante. Tutto il personale (receptionist e addetti alle pulizie) è stato gentile e molto disponibile. Nonostante l'hotel si trovi su una strada trafficata dai tram, l'isolamento acustico era piuttosto buono e abbiamo trascorso notti tranquille. Abbiamo trovato facilmente parcheggio sul lato opposto della strada, che fortunatamente era gratuito durante il fine settimana. Tornerei sicuramente in questo hotel se dovessi visitare Graz in futuro.

Frühstück sehr gut. Personal im allgemeinen auch sehr gut, bis yu einer Frau am letyten Tag, eine Asistin, unfreundlich. Ich bewundere mich, warum es um kurz nach 10.00 heute, d.h. am letzten Tag, noch nicht 12.00 Uhr, wo man noch kein check out macht und Koffer usw. runter holen muss, ist das Zimmer gleich gesperrt. Ich konnte nicht ins Zimmer rein. Ich glaube, das hat die Frau gemacht, denn bei meinem deutschen Kollegen war es nicht passiert. Sonst andere personalien sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Very nice location. Our room was facing the main road but there are no noises coming in. The noise camcellation is good! The room is spacious and classy! The parking is easy and it ia 15 Euros per night. We had some issues with heating in our room and the staff gave us more blankets, but in the end the room wasn't as cold as we thought. Overall, satisfied with our stay.

I really loved the hotel. Amazing location, you can take a bus or walk to all places you need. There are lots of supermarkets around and you can buy food. My room was clean , new and really comfortable. WiFi was working perfectly. Breakfasts are good. The front desk was working fine! All workers were helpful, kind and friendly. I will definitely stay again next time. Highly recommend!
