Hotel a 4 stelle in Stiria, Austria

Die Einrichtung im Zimmer im Stxle der 70er ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Die Wände im Zimmer die nicht verpachtet ist und Risse gat, soll glaub ich so sein. Wird sicher Vielen so gefallen, meines war es nicht. Schon gar nicht bei einem Grand Hotel.

In generale, ci sono persone che vivono al piano di sotto che possono sentire saltare.Il panorama è bello e il ristorante è buono.Il bagaglio è leggermente inconveniente a piedi sulla montagna e guida meglio.

We booked this hotel at the last minute after a change in our itinerary. It was the most affordable option in the area, so we didn't have particularly high expectations. To our surprise, it exceeded them in every way. We are a family of four and booked a one-bedroom apartment. Both the bedroom and living room were spacious, with plenty of room for everyone to move around comfortably. The apartment also had a well-equipped kitchen with a good selection of appliances, cookware, and cutlery. After eating out for many days, we were craving something different, so we picked up a few ingredients from the supermarket and cooked a simple but delicious dinner ourselves. The hotel is located on top of a mountain, and I imagine a room with a view would be an amazing bonus. Unfortunately, because of our last-minute booking, we could only get a room facing the back. That said, it was very quiet, and everything else about our stay was excellent. The reception staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional throughout our stay. Sadly, we didn't have enough time to enjoy the hotel's facilities, such as the sauna and swimming pool. We only stayed for one night before continuing with our trip, which was a real shame. We hope to come back in the future and stay a little longer next time.

Location is extremely convenient, approx 3-5mins walk from the Graz main station. Good if you have many belongings or luggages Service was average - hotel staff told us to wait 10mins before she could check us in due to them filming a tiktok video. But it took a total of 30mins wait - I believe that could be improved as it was already 20mins past checkin time The room was overall clean but the layout of the toilet can be improved. Water could easily leak and flow out of the bathroom even door there's a door Food was not bad, selection was apt and service staff were quick to clear plates

The location is perfect. Close to Altstadt and other sightseeing spots. Lots of good restaurants nearby. The staff are nice and helpful. Just that cleanliness can be a bit better. And you have to order room service one day before, otherwise room service will not come.

«Il mio soggiorno alla fiera di Plaza INN Graz è stato molto piacevole. L'hotel è moderno, pulito e di alta qualità. Le camere sono confortevoli, il personale amichevole e l'atmosfera complessivamente molto piacevole. Posso comunque raccomandare l'hotel».

Atrakcyjna lokalizacja, duży parking, ładny widok na staw, nowoczesność, wygodny pokój i czystość. Z minusów drogie śniadanie i dodatkowo płatny parking.

L'hotel è situato proprio al centro, con tutto a piedi. Ci sono una grande palestra e una bella sauna (senza piscina), le camere sono spaziose e moderne. Il personale è sorprendente, ci siamo sentiti benvenuti in ogni momento. La colazione è molto buona, il ristorante è aperto anche alla vigilia di Natale. In generale, consiglio molto l'hotel. Un consiglio: Il parcheggio vicino è costoso: è meglio utilizzare il P&R gratuito che è ~30 min per autobus.
