Friendly and serviceminded staff, good and quiet location, just across bridge from town centre. A lot of nice details such as entertaining bar with great cocktails - look for the champagne button! Polaroid camera with service to send pictures to family and friends. Well equipped, clean and good size designer rooms with comfortable beds. Exceptional breakfast, to everyones liking. Did not try SPA facilities. «We wll be back»

Abbiamo prenotato per due notti tramite Booking. Al momento della prenotazione ho richiesto una culla in quanto ho un bambino di 4 mesi. La culla c’era ma la stanza che mi è stata data era nell’edificio adiacente a quello principale e per arrivarci c’erano delle scale. Scale che ho dovuto fare più volte al giorno con il passeggino. Ho fatto presente sia al check in che al check out il problema e al check out mi è stato detto che la prossima volta posso prenotare un’altra tipologia di stanza, sita nell’edificio principale. Peccato che il prezzo sia molto superiore. E comunque per due notti abbiamo pagato 290 euro, mica poco. Inoltre la stanza (numero 9) affacciava su un cortile interno molto brutto da vedere e rumoroso alle 7 di mattina. Segnalo inoltre che se la stanza viene prenotata direttamente tramite il loro sito, si ha uno sconto sul parcheggio adiacente. Noi poveri mortali che abbiamo prenotato su Booking invece abbiamo parcheggiato oltre il ponte difronte ad un prezzo comunque conveniente. Alcune note positive: ottima posizione dell’hotel e buona colazione. Per riassumere: mi aspettavo di più da un 4 stelle, servizio non all’altezza.

Plus points - the location is good and the rooms are a decent size with decent facilities Minus points - the staff friendliness was a bit hit and miss - some where great, some not so helpful. The room service was a bit patchy - one day no towels, another day tea and coffee not replenished. The parking was also not ideal - I booked this hotel because it had hotel parking. I arrived around 10pm and was told the car park was full and I'd have to find somewhere to park myself either on the road outside or search the internet for a car park close by! Not really what I wanted to hear having travelled for around 12 hours - fortunately there was one remaining space fairly close which was a relief. We were lucky for the remainder of our stay that we managed to get a space in the undeground car park. If you do get a space the car park is really good - well lit, modern and easy to park with good room for each parking space. Overall our stay was ok.

For those who are travelling by car and passing Graz in Austria this is a perfect location to make a stop over for a night. The hotel is next to the runway to continue next day. In general during our travel we have stayed in many hotels in different countries and I can say that this is the cleanest hotel we stayed. Everything were spotless. Breakfast very good not many things, but products that everyone eats nothing is going to waste😅. Staff is very friendly and welcoming always tries to help you. We stayed in the room 103 and can say very nice room got everything you need 🥰 I am suggesting this hotel to everyone who is travelling. Also, there is an airport next for the Hotel FYI .

Location ottima, l'hotel è a due passi dal centro, ma è comodo alla stazione e all'aeroporto. Parcheggio in loco a pagamento con accesso diretto alla reception. Camera ampia con arredo essenziale, cassaforte, minibar, grande doccia. Colazione buona, rapporto qualità prezzo niente male, l'hotel è sicuramente da consigliare per chi viaggia per lavoro, ma, considerando che siamo praticamente in centro, può essere una valida opzione anche per chi vuole scoprire Graz e viaggia per piacere.

La catena NH utilizzata solitamente per lavoro, offre in questa città una posizione invidiabile che lo pone ai vertici anche per il turismo. Stanze confortevoli ed insonorizzate benissimo, canali italiani alla Tv . Garage al piano seminterrato convenzionato con l’Hotel ( € 18/giorno contro gli €/36 standard) che ne fa una comodità indiscussa per chi arriva in auto. Colazione di livello superiore e caffè Nespresso gratuito nelle camere con macchina inclusa ( idem per il the). L’hotel da direttamente accesso pedonale alla Karmelitan Platz (centro storico) mentre dalla parte posteriore da accesso ad un magnifico parco ove fare del footing o godersi il verde comodamente seduti sulle numerose panchine o sorseggiare qualche bevanda nei tipici chioschi dentro al parco.

本來想住在哈爾施塔特的，但那裡沒找到合適的住所，就訂了這家酒店。雖然是此行程中最貴的酒店，但沒有讓我們失望。酒店坐落在湖邊的山坡上。我們的房間位於湖邊，出門就是草坪與湖景，每個房間門口有兩把椅子和一個小桌，還有一個躺椅，天暖和的話可以在這裡邊喝咖啡邊曬太陽邊欣賞美景，冬天嘛還是算了。房間裏有做飯設施和餐具，想自己做飯的話可以提前買好食材。早上推開房門，晨霧繚繞的湖景真是美呆了。早餐食品很豐富。停車位不少，最遠的位置離房間也不算太遠。

The hotel was located very close to the main railway station., just about 5 minutes walk away. The hotel looked very new and most facilities looked like new. Nevertheless the standard room assigned to me was quite small.

Ho alloggiato in questo hotel per poco più di una settimana durante un viaggio di lavoro. Ho trovato l’hotel molto pulito, confortevole ed elegante. La posizione è sicuramente un punto forte: vicina alle principali vie di comunicazione per poter raggiungere facilmente l’hotel in auto, ed allo stesso tempo vicina al centro per potersi spostare a piedi. Colazione ampia e di qualità. Unico appunto: nonostante la regolazione della temperatura nella camera, durante le ore serali si percepiva un caldo un po’ eccessivo.

Strange hotel, great location but not much to it . No bar in the actual hotel, it's on on the front, in a separate hut on the street. The rooftop pool is ok but no bar to order drinks. The room we had was pokey, the double bed was tight to the wall on one side so that person had to climb to the front of the bed to get in & out (several rooms like this so reception staff say) Our error for not checking on the room size but having stayed all over Austria we have never had a room so small, Paying £200 per night it's a joke! Won't be coming back, lovely resort though and friendly helpful staff....
