Hotel a 4 stelle in Prefettura di Berat, Albania

Service was definitely the highlight at Gega Hotel. The staff were fantastic and really friendly. Our room was ok, but it looked different from the photos and description. There was no fridge, but when I pointed this out, the staff provided one. We did have issues with the aircon, though, which couldn't be fixed. However, our stay was comfortable and the breakfast was amazing. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Hotel bello, ben situato. Personale estremamente amichevole e utile. Una buona colazione e ristorante. Il terreno è anche un servizio di lavanderia.

很奇怪的一家酒店。到了後前台有個不會英文的大伯，入住是通過他遞過來的電話和某男子英文溝通。這時來了個管家一樣的大媽，説入住時間三點，房間沒好，我説預訂確認書入住時間是七點到十二點。她又打電話給一女的，電話裏女性英文問了預訂訊息和姓名讓那人把鑰匙給我。一頭霧水，去房間時發現很多房間都打掃好了。酒店建築挺新，內部也算乾淨，設備還行，就是電梯小，住頂樓能聽到電梯機械聲直到半夜。酒店離長途汽車站很近，離老城兩三公里，衹是方便一早趕車的人。
