FFRISOExcellent room, excellent location and atmosphere of the hotel.
Staff however, too often, go according to the 'book', and find it hard to think and improvise on the spot. It's as if they are under trained. When checking in there is no need to ask the guest to fill info on the iPad. You have this info, to stay in touch, already. Don't burden the weary traveler with trivial nonsense. If the sun shines, finally after weeks of grey and rain, and a guest sees the patio with tables in the sun, and this guest wants to have tea in the sun outside in the patio, this has to be a possibility. Don't say, well it's not the season so it's closed, it doesn't make sense, you're a top hotel, not the vander Valk. Improvise, think on your feet, explain that he is welcome to sit there and that his tea will be brought out, but it might take a few minutes longer. This way the guest feels listened to and that the moon is even possible.
The kitchen is incredible, the food is wonderful. Last evening I had dinner at the Jansz., two ladies working, were very kind, helpful and attentive, they understood the delicate balance between asking how things are going and leaving the guest alone. I want them to know i appreciate them. Please extend my gratitude to them. Also the Asian looking lady who worked during breakfast this morning, was excellent. Please let her know as well. Finally, the staff at the entrance - getting cabs etc. - are great. Some of the male staff are too - in Dutch, popy yoopy. I am your guest and not your friend. That's all, and that's enough.

La camera executive sul lato sinistro del Book in realtà ha solo un ascensore dedicato ai dirigenti. Non è niente di speciale.
Quando lasci Lift, avrai una tasca piena di mele da trasportare.
La camera executive dispone di uno snack bar gratuito, ma non ci sono snack. È possibile prendere gratuitamente due bottiglie d'acqua dal frigorifero.
In generale, l'ufficio del maggiordomo è pulito e la posizione è appena a sinistra della stazione del tram, che dista circa 10 minuti.
È prevista una tassa comunale aggiuntiva da pagare al momento del check-in. È uguale al costo del servizio. È diverso da quello mostrato su trip.com. Puoi ottenere un rimborso in monete di viaggio dopo averlo segnalato a trip.com.

HHypnose阿姆斯特丹華爾道夫。位置沒得説，就在紳士運河邊，一幢老錢歐洲的房子。離幾大博物館1.2-1.5公里，走路20分鐘以內（三層運河和每走幾步就有可愛小橋以及岸邊巧克力一樣的小房子讓路程更加短了）。服務一流，早餐非常好，煙燻三文魚啊火腿啊都是自己做的，口味很好，但是客房餐就一言難盡了😭；客房衞生也是絕對標準，淺白色衞生間的地面上、浴缸、淋浴間、枱麪、任何地方都找不到一絲不潔，打掃衞生的服務員依然是那麼神出鬼沒（和香港東京的高級酒店們一樣）；洗浴是整全套大瓶裝伊索，直接擺那；基本就是除了貴沒毛病～下次來阿姆斯特丹還會再考慮住。

UUtente ospiteI hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my disappointment regarding our recent stay at your hotel, which we chose based on its high ratings and positive reviews.
During our two-night stay with my family, we were shocked to experience a theft of our entire luggage from our BMW X7, parked right outside your hotel, on the night of April 17th to 18th. The security footage clearly shows multiple instances where the car alarm was triggered as thieves broke the windows and stole our valuables and suitcases.
As residents of Belgium and professionals in architecture, we frequently visit Amsterdam for work. This is the first time we have encountered such a situation, and we were dismayed that throughout the night, neither hotel staff nor the police reached out to us to ensure the safety of your guests.
Had I known that such an incident could occur, I would have undoubtedly chosen another hotel. I feel compelled to share this experience through various review platforms to inform potential guests about the security issues at your establishment.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. I hope that steps will be taken to improve the safety and security for your guests in the future.

Ho soggiornato tre notti e la stanza non era servita durante il mio soggiorno. Qualcuno mi ha fatto saltare la porta alle 5 del giorno prima di andarmene e mi ha chiesto se avessi bisogno di pulire la stanza. Mi sono rifiutato come avevo fatto tutto il giorno e dovevo rilassarmi.

La qualità dei servizi è buona ma non ai livelli del passato
Le prime stanze che abbiamo ricevuto hanno un cattivo odore che abbiamo chiesto di cambiare. Nessun problema con la nuova stanza
Ciò che abbiamo notato negli ultimi anni è che alcune parti dell'hotel e delle camere necessitano di alcune ristrutturazioni/rinnovi.
Da considerare un 4 stelle anziché un 5 stelle

There's great pretence in ”trying” to serve and assist/help in anything (from restaurant reservations to car park ticket validations) - it's all one big farce! The only commendable thing was the buffet breakfast - that's the only plus point.

UUtente ospiteOttimo hotel. Servizi eccellenti. Posizione eccellente, proprio nel centro città. Nessun parcheggio gratuito, 50 euro al giorno. Il servizio alla reception è eccellente. Qualcuno ti darà la bottiglia d'acqua immediatamente mentre entri e esci. Quando fai il check-in per la prima volta, c'è qualcuno che ti aspetta al tuo piano fuori dall'ascensore per accompagnarti nella tua stanza. Il ristorante è una stella Michelin. Ci sono molte scelte in camera per caffè e tè. Il bagno è eccellente. Ci sono una sauna a vapore nella zona doccia e ci sono due soffioni. C'è una vasca idromassaggio. C'è una TV a scomparsa alla fine del letto. La stanza è splendidamente decorata. Consigliamo vivamente questo hotel, soprattutto se hai un evento speciale da festeggiare.

UUtente anonimoThe room is spacious and hotel is in a quiet location. It’s good for a relax or business trip but not recommended for Executive Room. I booked an Executive King room with lounge access. There was no executive counter or express checkin and check out for Executive room guests. I am sad that my executive room was on 5/F whilst the executive lounge is located on 22/F. The lounge provided very limited of food during breakfast, tea and evening cocktails. The coffee machine was broken and food was out of stock frequently. I pre-paid my hotel accommodation, the staff confirmed that during my check-in but they asked me to pay my room during my checkout. It took me some time to talk to manager and settle it.
