This hotel in Kyoto’s Higashiyama district blends Japanese charm with modern luxury. My room was spacious, clean, and comfy, with a great bed and soaking tub. The staff were friendly and helpful, arranging my private onsen and offering a free shuttle to Kyoto Station (20 minutes away). It’s near Higashiyama Station and Gion, yet peaceful. Breakfast was delicious—Japanese and Western options—and the tea-themed onsen was a highlight. The gym’s solid, but I loved the garden more. It’s not central, but the shuttle compensates. Parking’s 2,000 yen/night. A luxurious, authentic gem—9/10, I’d stay again!

La scelta più corretta per il mio viaggio a Kyoto durante le vacanze del Primo Maggio è soggiornare in questo hotel. La posizione è ottima, proprio accanto a Kyoto Takashimaya a circa 6 minuti a piedi da Kamogawa e dalla stazione di Kyoto. Prendere un taxi costa circa 1.300 yen. Sono particolarmente grato all'hotel. Poiché non sono riuscito a prenotare la stessa camera quadrupla familiare in tempo, l'hotel mi ha spostato nella stessa grande camera gratuita. This hotel is conveniently located in a good neighborhood. Walking around the area is very comfortable. Close to a lot of good restaurants. The hotel is very well taken care of, very clean and functional. Lots of good design details and good privacy with security doors that require keycard to open. The breakfast is very good. Good combination of veggies, fruit and cookies for buffet selection, and you can also order a main dish like noodles and toast. Good room size and comfortable bed. I will highly recommend it to my friends.

Highly Recommended Stay in Kyoto I would like to strongly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Kyoto. The staff demonstrate exceptional professionalism and hospitality. In particular, I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Miss Yuki, who assisted us with our check-in and kindly introduced many wonderful sightseeing spots and activities in Kyoto, as well as to Miss Tsai, a ********* staff member who supported us during check-out with great warmth and care. Their thoughtful service truly reflects the welcoming spirit of Kyoto and the hotel’s commitment to excellence. I am genuinely impressed by the quality of the team members who bring guests happiness and satisfaction through their dedication. They truly deserve recognition and applause for their outstanding service. Our two-night stay was far too short, and we are already looking forward to returning in the near future.

È un raro hotel in Giappone che sia grande e abbia buone strutture! C'è la macchina del caffè a capsule, per me un must! Anche l'ambiente circostante è molto buono, puoi fare esercizio la mattina... Ci sono due opzioni per la colazione, giapponese e occidentale. Io preferisco il cibo occidentale, quindi ho scelto il cibo occidentale per due giorni, perché un giorno era un buffet combinato, e ho anche provato il loro cibo giapponese, che dovrebbe essere buono. Ciò che conta sono gli ingredienti e gli standard di qualità. Inoltre anche il servizio è buono! Il cameriere mi ha mandato in camera ed è stato molto gentile e mi ha detto alcune precauzioni; anche il personale che ha riordinato la stanza è stato molto attento! Il difetto è che il Wi-Fi è relativamente debole, quindi ho utilizzato sostanzialmente il traffico dati.

L'hotel ha un'ora di bere gratuita, 3-6 p.m. Il giorno in cui si è lasciato la casa era appena pioggia. Quando è arrivato il tempo di partenza, il bidello può pagare un bicchiere di tè, perché il tempo libero non è arrivato.Un po'di dispiacere, anche se ha vissuto due giorni, non ha goduto il servizio gratuito di bidello. This was one of the most beautiful hotels that we stayed in anywhere. It's beautiful! Lobby friendly staff were wonderful. Like most hotels in Japan they don't offer any accommodation in terms of late checkout, but it was a beautiful hotel. Nonetheless. The garden the grounds were great. It wasn't close to very much, but if you take a cab it's about 5 minutes from anything that you'd want to see as a tourist. Thank you for the time and the memories

A very satisfactory choice. Travel with parents and stayed four nights and royal park. Located near to subway kalasuma station, a good choice to explore Kyoto. Room is spacious compared to most of hotels in Kyoto, also is clean and quiet. Impressed by the breakfast where you can choose set menu between Japanese and American styles. Delicate dishes. It has a lounge where you can enjoy afternoon teas and happy hour. The public bath is a must go-to place after a long way during the day.

Meglio di quanto mi aspettassi. L'apparecchiatura non è nuova, ma la manutenzione e la pulizia sono buone. Le cose accompagnate sono l'ultima. Sento che l'interno dell'edificio e della stanza, compresa l'ascensore, sono molto profonde. Il panorama della finestra è buono, è il compleanno, quindi sono felice di vedere l'oriente e il sole.
