Hotel a 5 stelle in Prefettura di Kyoto, Giappone

Vorrei sottolineare che il parcheggio sotterraneo è davvero un vantaggio di questo ottimo hotel. Oltre alle dimensioni, è facile parcheggiare grazie all'ascensore che offre accesso diretto al piano della camera. Ci sono tornato perché è davvero uno dei migliori hotel di Kyoto in cui ho soggiornato, con un'ottima colazione, in particolare il pane tostato appena sfornato.

Everything was superb with the one exception, for an onsen hotel that have one of the selling point, in room onsen bath, the water was just regular hot water, why would I need to stay at an onsen hotel with in room onsen bath if any bathtub with hot water would do? Trip.com site did not specify that it wasn’t hot spring water. But luckily there was a better room with actual hot spring water supplied to the room available for upgrade, so I spent the extra to make my stay absolutely perfectly memorable.

Il ristorante Sekki è un hotel standard di 5 stelle. I servizi di Sekki sono cattivi soprattutto la ragazza giapponese e il cuoco non ha indossato una maschera mentre andava in cucina e usciva dalla cucina, che ci ha resi molto incomodi.

Camera grande, pulita e moderna. Anche le terme in loco sono fantastiche, dato che non tutti gli hotel di Kyoto offrono questo servizio. Trovandosi a Gion, ci sono molte attrazioni turistiche nelle vicinanze e anche molti ristoranti. L'hotel è piuttosto accogliente, quindi a volte la hall può sembrare un po' angusta, soprattutto quando ci sono molti ospiti. La colazione a buffet è abbondante e variegata.

Per nove anni, l'hotel è ancora ben mantenuto. Nessuno è debole nei ristoranti e nelle strutture di stanza rispetto al grande hotel di Kyoto (appartenente al gruppo di Japanese Airlines).La posizione è tranquilla, un po'di distanza dalla metropolitana, non più di 1200 yuan da zona commerciale e JR. C'è un hotel familiare a tre persone alla porta, il pesce e la carne di bovino sono molto buoni.

From the moment you walk in, you know you're in for a wonderful stay. When I first arrived, I noticed a sign that said, ”Quality over Quantity.” At first, I thought it was a bit unusual, but by the end of my stay, I completely understood what it meant. This isn't a typical chain hotel—it's family-owned, and that personal touch is evident in every detail. From the pleasant scent throughout the property to the modern, high-tech features, everything was thoughtfully designed. The rooms were spectacular, and every aspect reflected quality. The bathroom was spotless, the towels were plush, the sheets were incredibly clean and smelled fresh, and all of the amenities were top-notch. What truly set this hotel apart was the hospitality. Every morning and afternoon, the staff greeted guests with a warm smile as they came and went, making the experience feel welcoming and personal. I highly recommend this hotel. The owners and staff clearly take pride in creating an exceptional experience, and it shows in every detail. It was an amazing stay from beginning to end, and I would gladly return.

La stanza sembrava molto vecchia, soprattutto la moquette scura, che appariva sporca. Non ho osato sedermi direttamente sul divano; ho dovuto usare un asciugamano usa e getta che mi ero portata. Ho trovato una grossa formica sul mobiletto accanto alla TV. I servizi igienici erano pessimi: c'erano due rubinetti per il lavandino e il water era molto rumoroso. Di tutti gli hotel in cui ho soggiornato durante questo viaggio – Kobe, Kyoto e Osaka – questo hotel di Kyoto è stato il più caro e quello con la peggiore esperienza. Non ci tornerò.

Everything was good except the service in hotel restaurants, which was exceptionally bad: 1) breakfast: waited for food for 40 mins, reminded the server 2 times - still nothing; 2) bar: a too long wait for a cocktail. the server said that as apology said cocktail won’t be in included in the bill… but it was there; 3) afternoon tea: told the staff that I dislike dairy products, but have no allergy. So, for example I can eat most sweets, but not the ones with a strong taste of mascarpone cream. In the end they gave me just a plate of fruit and when I remninded them of the above they… did nothing ) I stayed at this hotel and had afternoon tea there last year too - everything was fine then. All of the above are 3 different restaurants inside the hotel, so I wouldn’t recommend going to any restaurant there. In all other aspects except services related to food the hotel is good.

Questa è la seconda parte del mio soggiorno a Kyoto nello stesso hotel. Tutto ciò che ho scritto nella mia ultima recensione si applica anche a questo soggiorno. È stato comunque incredibilmente confortevole e rilassante. I servizi e l'ospitalità sono stati ottimi. La navetta per la stazione di Kyoto è stata molto comoda. Consiglio questo hotel a chiunque soggiorni a Kyoto.

Viaggiando con i miei genitori, ho pensato che fare colazione e cena in hotel sarebbe stata una soluzione comoda, ma in realtà sconsiglio vivamente di prenotare la cena. Non c'è praticamente niente da mangiare. Ho prenotato una camera all'ottavo piano (un piano che si affaccia su un altro piano), e tutto ciò che riuscivo a vedere era il tetto; non c'era alcun panorama. Non prenoterò mai più in questo hotel.
