Great location, amazing staff. The size of the rooms are extremely large . Breakfast is amazing as well. Areas to improve : there is an ironing board, however none of the electrical plug points in the room support the plug of the iron box

I highly recommend booking a high floor room or suite, as the ulsoor lake is given its full justice from such a vantage point. The view and facilities are truly beautiful. The breakfast buffet is expansive and delicious, however the interior design gives off a cozy and comfortable yet chic vibe that puts you at ease contrary to the usual overstimulating and loud atmosphere of most breakfast buffet service. The one negative moment I had at check, as I had been trying to contact the property’s front desk for two days asking for a possible early check in, I even tried the their cool iPhone messaging feature, however all my messages went unanswered. When a friend of mine was finally able to reach the front desk they told her such a request was subjective to type of guest or room. This is certainly not the best phrasing. I was surprised that when I finally did arrive, and through out my stay the front desk was always manned by atleast 4 helpful attendants so I was a bit disappointed knowing my calls and messages went unnoticed. Perhaps there was a wedding requiring all hands on deck as it is the season. Anyway I would recommend the Conrad for anyone’s trip to Bangalore, family and business men alike.

Много путешествую с семьей останавливалась в разных отелях 5 звезд, но таких завтраков не встречала нигде. Персонал очень приветливый, отзывчивый, уборка в номере каждый день, чистота. Очень красивый парк, приятно совершать прогулки днем и вечером. Царство орлов -можно наблюдать с балкона как парят орлы.

Hotel location and product itself good. Service staff all good except front desk. All carried attitute. Not willing to help, provide wrong information and never feel sorry for their mistake. They should learn from your F&B, housekeeping and concierge to be hospitable. From the time check in till out everyday sure got issue with Front desk moody staff. They are very good in covering issues. Amin from front desk was good and settle the issues smoothly but no point if he being the only one. Hope management could take action by sending them for trainings

Hotel bellissimo con splendide decorazioni e camere. Il personale all'ammissione potrebbe essere un po' più amichevole. Adverti una navetta all'aeroporto ma in realtà ha bisogno di pagare 11.800 rupee per un viaggio - abbiamo un Uber.

The hotel is nice & clean. I got room with race view which is nice. Swimming Pool is on the top of second building which have main restaurant, spa and fitness in that building too. Spa and salon here is using outsource which is great too. R-Bar for evening cocktail also great with variety of beer, wine and whisky.

L'hotel raccomandato dal professore indiano 🇮🇳, che ho consegnato con me questa volta. La stanza 434 è buona per il panorama della piscina.Sento sempre che la progettazione della stanza non è ideale.Non è molto comoda dopo essere entrato.Non ci sono molte opzioni per la colazione e il buffet notturno.Questo prezzo non si sente al buon prezzo

Rooms are ok but old. Booked rooms with breakfast but was told at reception we don’t have breakfast included. Had to show her our bookings in the apps. This left a sour note to our stay. However the breakfast was really good South Indian food. Best breakfast we had throughout our 11 nites stay out in 5 hotels.
