Hotel a 5 stelle in Sumatra Settentrionale, Indonesia

This hotel is well situated near Ferry Terminal. The hotel room is clean and the service is good. The breakfast has a variety of choice from western, local and Asian cuisine. They give us complimentary cake for our honeymoon trip. That is so thoughtful and great service.

La stanza è preziosa. La posizione è giusta con una passeggiata verso i negozi e un buon ristorante vicino. Il personale è amichevole. Abbiamo anche la scatola di pranzo quando lasciamo l'hotel super presto al mattino (pagammo per colazione ma abbiamo il volo delle 8:00).

Il jacuzzi, la stanza a vapore e la piscina sono un po' ingoiati, ma la palestra è enorme e il bagno è bello. La stanza stessa era davvero comoda e ben mantenuta. Inoltre, l'hotel è solo a 5-minute passeggiata dal DeliPark Mall Medan, che è un enorme centro commerciale. In generale, rimarrei qui se avessi visitato Medan di nuovo in futuro.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel and were extremely satisfied with the overall experience. The room was very clean and well-maintained, which made our stay comfortable from the moment we arrived. The hotel is conveniently located along one of the main roads in Medan city, making it easy to get around and access nearby attractions. The reception staff were very professional and efficient during check-in and throughout our stay. The concierge service was truly top-notch—friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist whenever needed. One of the highlights of our stay was the excellent coffee served in the lobby. They use ”Ophir coffee”, and it was honestly some of the best coffee we have ever tasted. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Medan.
