Hotel a 5 stelle in Giava Orientale, Indonesia

Il servizio è stato eccellente; è il miglior hotel di Surabaya. Il centro commerciale al piano inferiore è molto comodo e si può persino fare shopping da Pop Mart e acquistare Labubu (un popolare articolo di moda per bambini). È stato probabilmente l'hotel più economico e al tempo stesso più soddisfacente in cui ho soggiornato durante tutto il mio viaggio in Indonesia. Ci tornerò sicuramente.

We stayed at Grand Mercure Malang Mirama for our honeymoon for 3 nights and 4 days, and honestly, it was one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had. My wife absolutely loved everything about this hotel, and so did I. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. We were welcomed by Wike from the front office, and she truly made our stay extra special. She was always smiling, respectful, kind, and very helpful throughout our stay. She even offered us free activities and vouchers, which was such a nice touch. The biggest surprise was that we got upgraded to the Executive Suite, the highest room category in the hotel. Huge thanks to Wike for making our honeymoon unforgettable! The room itself was unbelievable. Beautiful views, a huge living room, separate bedroom, and an amazing bathroom with a bathtub overlooking the view. Everything felt luxurious and very comfortable. Since it was our honeymoon, the room was also beautifully decorated and we were welcomed with a fruit basket, which made us feel really special. Breakfast was another highlight. The variety was insane so many options that we honestly didn’t know what to choose. Everything we tried was delicious. One thing that really stood out was the staff. I’ve traveled quite a lot, but the service here felt different. Every single staff member we met smiled, greeted us warmly, checked if everything was okay, and helped immediately whenever needed. You can really feel the genuine hospitality here. We also received a complimentary photoshoot from the hotel, which was such a lovely experience. The photographer was great, and we even got a printed photo in a frame to take home as a memory. The only disappointing part during our stay was the Teppanyaki experience at the Japanese restaurant. Unfortunately, it did not meet our expectations at all. The chef only cooked in front of us without any interaction or entertainment, and when I tried making conversation, she seemed annoyed. Considering how expensive it was, it honestly felt very underwhelming. I personally wouldn’t recommend the Teppanyaki experience there. Other than that, everything was truly amazing. Even though I don’t remember everyone’s names, thank you to every single staff member who made our honeymoon so memorable. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely come back again. And once again, special thanks to Wike you are a star ⭐

È stata la nostra seconda volta che siamo rimasti in questo hotel, e ancora una volta superava le nostre aspettative nel modo migliore possibile. Per la nostra piacevole sorpresa, il team ci ha offerto un check-in precoce senza esitazione un gesto che si sentiva come un inaspettato aggiornamento per tutto il giorno. È le piccole cose che fanno davvero una grande differenza. Siamo stati in una stanza standard Deluxe, e era abbastanza spazioso per entrambi. Confortabile, pulito e ben mantenuto, forniva esattamente il tipo di ambiente tranquillo che avevamo bisogno. È sempre un buon segno quando entrate nella stanza e immediatamente si sente come se poteste prendere un drink senza mettere in discussione le vostre scelte di vita. La colazione era un'altra attenzione per il nostro soggiorno. La diffusione era impressionante, offrendo una buona miscela di piatti locali, opzioni internazionali e anche selezioni giapponesi. Da morsi deliziosi a cure dolci, c'era qualcosa per ogni umore e ogni appetito. Se il colazione è la “favore o pausa” di un soggiorno in hotel, allora questo hotel ha certamente capito l'assegnazione. Vorrei anche fare un riferimento speciale a Rusli alla reception, che ha dato un'ospitalità e un professionalismo caldi, che hanno contribuito a dare il tono al nostro soggiorno fin dal momento in cui siamo entrati. Un altro grido di cuore va a Igrima dal ristorante. Anche se è ancora una formatrice, la sua dedizione, attenta e vera passione per il servizio si è chiaramente sfociata. Ha gestito i suoi compiti con la fiducia di qualcuno che ha lavorato nell'industria per anni una vera stella ascendente nella squadra. In generale, il nostro soggiorno era memorabile, comodo e piacevolmente senza saldatura. Con un servizio coerente e tocchi pensativi come questi, sono sicuro che il nostro terzo soggiorno non è solo probabile è inevitabile. Sicuramente saremo di nuovo!

Il secondo soggiorno qui e la coerenza è solida. Le camere sono pulite, comode e ben mantenute non cade in standard rispetto alla mia prima visita. Il servizio è stato facile in tutto. Grazie speciali a Joan per aver gestito sia il check-in che il check-out in modo efficiente e professionale. La posizione è molto conveniente con facile accesso alle strutture e ai trasporti vicini.Abbiamo mangiato a Nishimura è decente non sopra il top, ma affidabile e ben gestito. In generale, un hotel affidabile che fornisce costantemente.Tornerebbe di nuovo.

Beautiful resort with great rooms and expansive compounds! Breakfast was super impressive and the service was tip top! We used the spa and swimming pool and they were great! Gym was impressive and so is the Japanese restaurant! We will be back!

Grande proprietà solida e performance in tutto il mondo... che grande soggiorno breve abbiamo avuto.. dall'elegante area lobby e salone fino alla bella spaziosa stanza con splendide viste su Surabaya. La camera era tranquilla, con un letto morbido e confortevole. Piscina e zona ricreativa erano situati tra palme manicurate e giardini magnifici. La piscina è stata uno dei migliori livelli PH equilibrati che abbia mai avuto. Belle camere confortevoli e sedi ampi intorno con alcuni sedili immersi in piscina. Il livello di servizio raffinato di questo hotel è solido 10/10 da ricezione/concierge/servizio e soprattutto nel Pavilion Restaurant. La qualità, la presentazione e la varietà dei cibi sono eccellenti al colazione. Grazie per averci reso così accogliente la nostra occasione speciale con la bella presentazione sul letto, la bella torta di celebrazione offerta insieme alla molto personale attenzione del Sous Chef e il fascino del personale del ristorante a Pavilion. Speciale grido al ristorante Ambassador Wachid che ha scortato personalmente la nostra torta festiva di piatti nella nostra stanza. La ricezione e il servizio concierge sono stati anche eccezionali, grazioso per aiutarci con il dilemma della ruota perduto per il bagaglio. Great property with ideal location opposite the expansive mall. Room was well appointed and with a comfortable and quiet ambiance. Pool options are lovely with some nice areas to stroll around. Reception staff were hospitable.

È un bell'hotel, con ottimi servizi e colazione. Anche la posizione è buona. Sfortunatamente, le lenzuola nella stanza erano troppo sporche. Non c'erano pieghe. Era ovvio che le lenzuola non erano state cambiate dall'inquilino precedente. Inoltre, c'erano macchie di sangue sulle lenzuola. Ho dovuto chiedere alla camera degli ospiti di cambiare le lenzuola nel cuore della notte.

Questo hotel si trova a Surabaya per il suo alto livello di pulizia. Il letto è stato mantenuto in modo impecabile, offrendo un sonno davvero comodo e tranquillo di notte. Il servizio era professionale e discreto.Ho accidentalmente lasciato una camicia nella mia stanza, e il personale mi ha contattato immediatamente per informarmi un livello di attenzione che riflette una buona ospitalità. Non esitarei a rimanere qui di nuovo per la mia prossima visita.

Nice old style hotel with a lovely garden and the location is all right. The room is also spacious and clean. However, this is a hotel more suitable to tourists than business travellers. All the electrical outlets in the room are connected to the main switch, and so the only way to charge your cellphone at night is to keep at least one light on. The breakfast is average and there is just one bag each of tea and coffee in the room, and two bottles of water. Request for additional bottles of water will be charged, something which I think is rather unbecoming for a five-star hotel to do.
