Hotel a 5 stelle in Giava Orientale, Indonesia

This was our second time staying at this hotel, and once again it exceeded our expectations in the best possible way. We arrived shortly after 12pm, fully prepared to leave our bags and wander around until the standard 3pm check-in time. To our pleasant surprise, the team offered us an early check-in without hesitation — a gesture that felt like an unexpected upgrade to our entire day. It’s the little things that truly make a big difference. We stayed in a Standard Deluxe room, and it was more than spacious enough for the both of us. Comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, it provided exactly the kind of restful environment we needed. It’s always a good sign when you enter the room and immediately feel like you can take a nap without questioning your life choices. Breakfast was another highlight of our stay. The spread was impressive, offering a good mix of local dishes, international options, and even Japanese selections. From savoury bites to sweet treats, there was something for every mood and every appetite. If breakfast is the “make or break” of a hotel stay, then this hotel definitely understood the assignment. I would also like to give a special mention to Rusli at the reception. His warm hospitality and professionalism helped set the tone for our stay right from the moment we stepped in. Another heartfelt shout-out goes to Igrima from the restaurant. Although she is still a trainee, her dedication, attentiveness, and genuine passion for service shone through clearly. She handled her duties with the confidence of someone who has worked in the industry for years — a true rising star in the team. Overall, our stay was memorable, comfortable, and pleasantly seamless. With consistent service and thoughtful touches like these, I’m confident that our third stay is not just likely — it’s inevitable. We’ll definitely be back again!

C'è una sala fumatori, c'è un SAP all'11° piano e dalle 9 alle 15 c'è uno sconto del 20%. C'è una piscina al 17° piano, la biancheria da letto è comoda e c'è molta acqua calda! Il nostro volo partiva alle 9:50 del mattino. Se avessimo ordinato il servizio Grab alle 6:30, un autista avrebbe ritirato l'ordine rapidamente. Prendere un taxi per l'aeroporto sarebbe costato meno di 40 yuan. Siamo partiti la mattina presto e abbiamo chiesto all'hotel di prepararci la colazione in anticipo~

Sono rimasto molto soddisfatto dell'hotel; il servizio è stato eccellente e il personale molto gentile al momento del check-in. Al rientro in hotel la sera, ho dovuto passare attraverso i controlli di sicurezza, ma le guardie sono state molto disponibili e mi hanno fatto sentire al sicuro. Anche il cibo del servizio in camera era delizioso!

È un bell'hotel, con ottimi servizi e colazione. Anche la posizione è buona. Sfortunatamente, le lenzuola nella stanza erano troppo sporche. Non c'erano pieghe. Era ovvio che le lenzuola non erano state cambiate dall'inquilino precedente. Inoltre, c'erano macchie di sangue sulle lenzuola. Ho dovuto chiedere alla camera degli ospiti di cambiare le lenzuola nel cuore della notte.

Ho scelto questo hotel perché offre una dimensione più grande con una tariffa più conveniente rispetto ad altri. La ricezione è molto utile soprattutto durante il mio tempo c/in quando ho chiesto piano superiore, amici che si trovano vicino / vicino alla mia camera e nello stesso piano (progresso considerato veloce). Gt diverse scelte di f & b nel ristorante durante la mia pausa. Bellboys molto utile. Ricorda di affermare il vostro drink benvenuto ya ....enjoy ~

Room Change at Midnight, Poor Sleep I had to switch rooms at midnight because the air conditioning couldn't cool below 20°C. The technician couldn’t fix it and advised me to call the duty manager. I had an early flight and needed rest, but the room change took time, and I was disturbed again by a late-night call offering a towel. I finally slept around 12:30 AM and had to wake up at 5:15 AM. On the bright side, the porter kindly gave me a breakfast bag before my early checkout. Still, I’m reconsidering staying here again—might opt for a 4-star hotel with better comfort next time.

Ogni volta che visitiamo Surabaya, soggiorniamo sempre all'Hotel Majapahit. Adoriamo le camere, il bellissimo edificio in stile art déco e soprattutto la calorosa ospitalità. Il personale è sempre gentile e attento e la posizione è fantastica, proprio nel cuore del vivace centro città. Grazie Kahar per il nostro splendido soggiorno.

Mia moglie e io rimase 12 giorni in piedi tutto il personale era sorprendente il resort era pulito e aveva tutto quello che ci serviva c'era una scelta sorprendente di cibo e una palestra che aveva abbastanza attrezzature per mantenere il peso basso e ben prezzi. Nel nostro prossimo viaggio a Surabaya non esitaremo a rimanere nel resort bumi altamente raccomandato 👌

It's a good and nice hotel Very good service as well as nice breakfast. The only downside is the stains on the linen. The housekeeping staff need to pay more attention to this matter.
