Hotel a 5 stelle in Surrey, Regno Unito

The hotel is nice and lovely. Location is decent and near parks. Service could be better, didn’t really feel the presence of the staff, very standard service - I only put 4 stars because of the person who offered to drive us around the property in the buggy, sorry forgot his name but he was originally from Hong Kong. Rooms were nice and clean, the spa amenities were also nice and there’s an indoor pool that kids can use on specific times. The kids activities were also nice? They had something prepared everyday and the petting farm was my daughters favorite as you can pet and brush and feed horses, donkeys, ducks, goats, rabbits etc.
