Hotel a 5 stelle in Baviera, Germania

The hotel is modern, dreamy and exceptionally clean. I am extremely picky when it comes to cleanliness and Kempinski, as always, did not disappoint at all. Everything felt immaculate and very well maintained. The service at the front desk and concierge was impeccable, very professional, warm and genuinely friendly. Room service and overall service throughout the hotel were excellent as well. The hotel is very couple- and family-friendly, and one thing I truly appreciated was how quiet and uncrowded it felt. Even though the hotel was fully booked during our stay, we barely ran into other guests. The layout and structure of the hotel are very well thought out, creating a calm, spa-like atmosphere where nothing ever feels busy or overwhelming. The spa was solid and offered all the basic, well-functioning amenities one would expect. I’ve stayed at spa hotels with more impressive facilities, but this one still delivers a good overall experience. The sauna area is well done, with different sauna variations available. The outside pool-area could be heated a tad more. Unfortunately, all massages and facials were fully booked and we were unable to get any appointments upon arrival, which was quite disappointing. The location is beautiful, but Berchtesgaden itself doesn’t offer much to do. If you want to eat outside the hotel, you’ll need to drive about 10 minutes downhill to the village/town where you’ll find good local restaurants. Food in the hotel was nothing special and significantly overpriced - although that is somewhat expected at a luxury hotel. The Johann Grill restaurant in the evening was especially disappointing: not tasty and far too expensive for the quality offered! Concierge parking costs €10 for outdoor downhill parking or €20 for the parking garage. The €10 option is more than sufficient as they still bring your car to you. The €20 garage option feels unnecessary. Breakfast itself was good, with a solid selection and quality. However, the service at breakfast was disappointing. We sat for around 20 minutes trying to make eye contact and the staff did not acknowledge us at all. After reaching out to the manager twice, she did try her best to improve the situation, which we appreciated. Overall, a very good spa hotel for couples and families, peaceful and well-designed, but with limited activities in the surrounding area. Three nights are more than sufficient. Despite a few service and food-related shortcomings, the hotel remains a relaxing and elegant place to stay.

The convenience of being able to stroll through the historic city center or simply step outside to admire the beauty of Maximilianstrasse made my stay even more enjoyable. It's a testament to the hotel's commitment to offering guests the best of Munich right at their doorstep. The overall experience at Vier Jahreszeiten Kempinski was nothing short of exceptional. The luxurious accommodations, attentive staff, and attention to detail throughout the property were all factors that contributed to a memorable stay. The blend of classic elegance and modern amenities created an inviting and sophisticated atmosphere, which I found to be both comfortable and inspiring. L'hotel si trova di fronte alla stazione centrale di Monaco, proprio dall'altra parte della strada. La colazione dell'hotel è molto buona e anche i cinesi sono abituati a mangiare. L'ambiente è molto buono e anche il servizio è buono.

Le camere sono spaziose e confortevoli, i letti comodi, la vista panoramica e garantiscono un buon riposo notturno. Il personale è cordiale e attento, offrendo un servizio eccellente. L'hotel gode di un'ottima posizione con comodi collegamenti di trasporto. La colazione è abbondante e varia e le camere sono molto pulite.

First time to stay in a 5 star hotel that doesn’t offer toiletries. You would think it’s Andaz and it’s supposed to be premium since we stayed with other Andaz before, but this one doesn’t have any toiletries like the basic suchnas lotion. I asked why and they said they are changing company. Still though they should have warned us during check in or at least have something in the room

Posizione comoda perché è proprio accanto alla stazione ferroviaria. Facile accesso in Germania o in altri paesi europei tramite ferrovia. Volevamo provare la spa ma all'arrivo ci è stato detto che era in fase di ristrutturazione. Un po' deludente. La colazione era molto buona e i servizi eccellenti. Abbiamo ordinato l'uovo alla Benedict dalla cucina ed era delizioso. Anche la pasticceria era buona.

Un hotel di alta qualità!!!! Eccellente servizio sempre amichevole. La stanza è migliore. La colazione è molto deliziosa e una scelta eccellente. La cena è eccellente nel ristorante mediterraneo. Abbiamo festeggiato il nostro matrimonio e ci aspettiamo l'anno prossimo.

We visited Hotel Bayerischer Hof for a Valentine's Day Getaway 14-15 Feb. My wife received a lovely long stem rose upon arrival, and we were double-upgraded to a fourth-floor suite with a Lakeview. The Front Desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The servers in the Cafe, Restaurant and Breakfast Room were prompt and efficient, the food was excellent and the Breakfast Buffet large and generous! I can recommend this Hotel for couples, Families, or Business Travellers. I have taught at a Hospitality School in Zurich for over 15 years, and am a professional business traveller with thousands of overnight stays and 10s of thousands of dining out experiences! 

Stupendo vista sulla montagna glaciale da ogni parte dell'hotel.Grande colazione, parcheggio sotterraneo disponibile per €15 a notte , sono sicuro che ci’è da qualche parte più economico intorno al posto. Ma la strada fuori dall'hotel è in costruzione, è meglio parcheggiare la macchina in hotel.

Ottimo hotel, il personale è davvero cordiale e la piscina coperta e la palestra sono ben attrezzate. Colazione ottima, con tanto di riso fritto e porridge. La lounge VIP è piccola ma dotata di tutto il necessario.
