Hotel nuovissimo, servizi eccellenti, camera spaziosa e molto comoda, palestra completa e pulita. Colazione eccellente, unico neo é che quando l’hotel è pieno si forma una lunga coda dalla postazione dove fanno le uova al momento, e questa blocca tutto il resto delle persone, andrebbe separato dal resto dei prodotti che sono veramente abbondanti e di qualità. Tram 19 che ti porta in centro in 20/15 minuti. Assolutamente consigliato

Be careful! Husband and I forgot something so we returned to our room after we were downstairs for less than 15 minutes. At the door handle, our ‘privacy’ sign was still hanging there but was covered by ‘housekeeping’ sign. And one maid was in the room! Although she said she was there to clean the room but it’s ridiculous as I believe it’s every hotel’s staff 101 to know what the sign means. There’s only one sign there too so it’s no way to confuse. Anyways we let her did her cleaning before we packed our stuffs back into the luggages before we left the room again. There’s a man talking to her in front of our room, who then turned to ask us if everything ok. He said he’s a staff so my husband told him about what happened but he kept saying that no one would get into the room when there’s the sign hanging. Even when my husband showed him the sign that still hanging at the door, he kept repeating the same sentence for 6 times! Without saying any other words! Is he a robot, I wonder lol but that made my husband stop wasting the time with him and we left. At least, the maid said sorry to us at the end.

Staff are very kind and helpful.. the room was very clean and tidy, amazing view from the very calm balcony. The breakfast was full of delicious choices and very clean. Would definitely recommend a long stay here too. I guess this should be one of the best in town.

La stanza è piccola, molto pulita, l'hotel è un vecchio edificio, il vento classico, proprio al contrario della stazione ferroviaria, eccellente area!Il bordo è il principale punto d'attrazione, per Nuremberg la migliore scelta.

Non posso fare un buon esame al personale di servizio, perché non importa quale paese sia difficile e dove affronteranno molti ospiti inamici, ma questa volta in Westin mi ha fatto sentire molto male. Tre giorni di colazione, il primo giorno perché sono andato con mio padre e potevo vedere bene con mio bambino. Il secondo giorno mio padre era troppo stanco per venire a noi. Ero l'unico a fare babysitter un bambino di un anno. Mentre ordinavo del tè con la cameriera, lei accidentalmente ha colpito il latte e lo ha gettato in tutto il tavolo, ma la prima cosa che ho fatto era scusarmi con un cameriere e aiutarla a pulirlo, e naturalmente non era pulito come nuovo. Quando siamo tornati il terzo giorno, un vecchio cameriere è venuto a cacciarci prima di sederci, il che significa che ieri aveva fatto sfogare le sedie da pranzo e ci ha detto di sedersi nelle sedie dei bambini. Ho detto che non c'era alcun problema e mi sono scusato di nuovo. È sorprendente che l'abbia sbattuta e lasciata senza portarmi la sedia del bambino e senza servirmi del tè. È possibile immaginare quanto ero imbarazzato. La persona che è venuta a godere del servizio era scottata. Non era abbastanza.Questa volta ero con mio padre e il bambino non creava spazzatura extra e potevo assicurarmi che la tavola fosse pulita. Il modo in cui la gente normale gentile la portasse. L'uomo si è fermato a tornare a cantare mentre noi andavamo via e continuava a dire che abbiamo creato la spazzatura. ????? Non hai avuto un solo crollo dal tuo pasto? Se non vuoi servire i clienti, hai la possibilità di cambiare lavoro. Molte altre cameriere erano molto amichevole. Qual è stata una buona impressione dell'hotel è stato rovinato da questa persona. Andremo a Monaco spesso, ma non si scelgono di nuovo questo hotel. Nessuno vuole essere guardato da una persona media mentre mangia colazione.

Perfect hotel in a perfect setting. Dinkelsbühl is a lovely place to visit. We ate in the hotel the first night the meal was lovely, the spa is amazing, so many different Sauna to choose from as well as the roof top pool and 3 floors of chill out space and free herbal drinks and fruit. Will definitely go again and would recommend without a doubt.

L'hotel si trova di fronte alla stazione centrale di Monaco, proprio dall'altra parte della strada. La colazione dell'hotel è molto buona e anche i cinesi sono abituati a mangiare. L'ambiente è molto buono e anche il servizio è buono.

La posizione geografica dell'hotel è molto buona.La porta è la strada principale, tutti i ristoranti. Perché è un vecchio edificio, quindi il livello è molto alto, l'Europa è stata ristrutturata internamente e vivere molto comodo. Michellin è appena stato commentato dall'hotel.Puoi provare, il prezzo non è molto costoso.È meglio prenotare in anticipo, altrimenti potrebbe non essere in posizione.
