The stay was excellent. Location was nice and good view to both sides, open view and there is no blockage of view by building. We booked for the peak time and there were rush for check-in, however the Manager assisted in between to help the check-in staff and he took initiative to add more supporting staff to control the rush. Unfortunately, I couldn't get his name. The breakfast restaurant was good and nice food. They had pool, sauna, Jacuzzi and gym The staff are good; only we found the cleaning team missed to clear the trash, which i reminded them and they did. Might be because of busy schedule due to full occupancy of the hotel. The hotel is connected to Fujairah mall, and is easy to access the outlets. Also, they have valet parking and also underground free parking. Totally we were impressed with the stay.

The location is perfect in the heart of Fujaira at beach with very helpful staff & tasty breakfast

We had very good memories out there the staff are so friendly and supportive, room service are superb and the food has a good variety

La posizione dell'hotel negli Emirati Arabi Uniti in questa stagione è relativamente comoda e può sfuggire al caldo, ma la direzione dell'hotel non è davvero lusingata. Fare colazione è come combattere una guerra. Non ci sono quasi camerieri per pulire il tavolo. Fare colazione diventa abusato!

We recently stayed at DoubleTree by Hilton Fujairah and booked two rooms, including a Deluxe King Room, which was exceptionally spacious and very comfortable. The property is luxurious, with top-class facilities and an outstanding pool area. Parking was excellent and easily accessible, adding to the overall convenience of our stay. A special thanks to Mr. Abdulgafoor for his excellent service. His professionalism, attentiveness, and warm hospitality truly elevated our experience and made our stay memorable. All facilities were maintained to a very high standard, and the hotel team ensured everything was seamless. Only the kids pool needed some maintenance as it was not very clean. The signature DoubleTree cookies were, as always, a delightful treat — a small touch that perfectly complements the overall five-star experience. Overall, DoubleTree by Hilton Fujairah exceeded our expectations and is one of the best options in the city for both families and business travelers. Highly recommended.

Il Nice Resort in Fujairah, tuttavia, non sembra un hotel di indirizzo rispetto agli hotel di Dubai. Abbiamo anche avuto una cattiva esperienza con il custode quando hanno aperto il cassetto vince la nostra assenza e abbiamo scoperto solo quando 1 articolo è stato sbagliato. E' assolutamente inaccettabile...

Room design is beautiful and view from room is awesome. Bird poop problem at balcony not hotels fault. Breakfast can be improve. The only best thing is staff is lovely. We love them.

Nel complesso non era come previsto, non si ha la sensazione di un hotel a 5 stelle con un servizio a 5 stelle. Mia moglie ha ordinato 2 bottiglie d'acqua in più dalle pulizie (dato che è estate e hanno messo solo 1 bottiglia d'acqua), il signore è venuto con solo una, quando ho detto che ne abbiamo ordinate 2, ha detto se vogliamo di più per ordinare il servizio in camera !!! Era semplicemente ridicolo, probabilmente sta ricevendo istruzioni dal suo superiore in modo che gli ospiti possano ordinare dal servizio in camera. Comunque mia moglie li ha chiamati di nuovo ed è stata inviata una seconda bottiglia. La maggior parte degli ospiti non indossava maschere agli ascensori. Comunque è stata la prima e l'ultima volta, non lo consiglierei.
