Giava Occidentale, Indonesia: hotel per famiglie

No complaints throughout my stay. Room was clean, complete amenities and even provided non slip mat and extra slippers as requested. Queued for a while to check in tho. Fully quipped gym. Breakfast at semeja had good variety. Took a while for jamu to be fully refilled though. Had dinner at monomono, yummy and value for money dinner set and wonderful attentive service by Ramdan who made the visit extra special. Would love to return someday.

The location is fantastic! Looking at nature is very relaxing: the view , the food and the service is all good. I have been to this hotel a few years ago and this time it’s a little differen and it is understandable because the hotel is aging as well-I mean it is not as good as before quality especially in the bathroom was not maintained.

The staffs were very nice and communicative. The rooms were clean and neat when we came. We got the access to the swimming pool—not that long and only 1.2 meter depth, if your looking for one to exercise, but still good enough to just swim—and gym center that has vary equipments. A plus point to have such facilities for the customer. We also had an enjoyable breakfast since there were many choice of food & beverages.

Sono davvero sorpreso di rimanere qui. I bambini come lui e l'entusiasmo sono davvero bambini amici.. le strutture sono anche complete. Ci è accesso al centro commerciale. Puoi lavarti gli occhi direttamente.. E poi per colazione, è molto buono, pieno di cibo, molto cibo, che è molto delizioso, il servizio è anche il massimo... sempre pensano che ne hanno bisogno o ne hanno bisogno, c'è solo una carenza.. L'acqua è giallo quando riempie il bagno per un bagno, l'acqua è giallo ***ss... è nella foto, ma la vera cosa è più giallo della foto. Quindi non ci bagniamo nel bagno di notte, ho anche informazioni sul desk, ma solo dopo, mamma...Ecco.

I servizi del personale sono così bello, la ricezione è aperta anche 24 ore. Mi piace questo posto così tranquillo e divertente. Le cose che non mi piacciono e un po' deluso non forniscono ferro. Posso suggerire al vostro posto di fornire ferro per le donne che è importante. Se non puoi chiedere per ogni stanza, fornisca uno al lobby. Grazie!

Our honeymoon stay at Swiss-Belresort Dago Heritage from March 31 to April 2, 2026, was nothing short of perfection. From the moment we stepped into the lobby, we felt the warm hospitality that Bandung is famous for. 1. The Room (Room 306 - A Must-Request!) Following some recommendations I saw on social media, I specifically requested Room 306 on the 3rd floor, and the hotel was kind enough to fulfill it. The highlight of this room is undoubtedly the breathtaking view of the Dago Heritage Golf Course. Waking up to the misty green valley right from our bed was magical. But the real ”showstopper” is the bathtub. Soaking in the tub while overlooking the lush greenery was the ultimate relaxation experience. The room was spotless, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities were complete. 2. Exceptional Service & Honeymoon Arrangement I had been in coordination with the reservation team (shout out to Ms. Ririk!) weeks before our arrival. They were very responsive and helpful. Upon entering the room, we were greeted with a lovely honeymoon setup that made my partner, Ayu, very happy. The staff throughout the hotel—from the front desk to the restaurant—were polite, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. 3. Facilities & Dining The infinity pool is a dream! Even though Dago can be chilly, the water temperature was comfortable enough for a morning swim. As for the breakfast, the variety was impressive—ranging from traditional Indonesian dishes to international selections. Everything tasted fresh and high-quality. 4. Location Located in the upscale Dago Pakar area, the hotel offers a serene atmosphere away from the city's traffic, yet it’s still very close to famous cafes and nature spots like Tahura and Tebing Keraton. Verdict: If you are looking for a romantic getaway or a peaceful staycation in Bandung, look no further. This hotel offers the best value for money with views you won't find anywhere else. We will definitely be coming back!

Albergo bello. Nel quartiere di Lembang, così tristemente, hanno permesso di fumare nella piscina dove molti bambini nuotano, dovrebbe essere considerato di mettere la zona di fumo più lontano.

Penjaganya ramah ,tempatnya adem kalo malem,fasilitas okay ,tempat bersih .....akses saja yang kurang okay ...yah namanya puncak yah 😉terima kasih pemandangannya indah pake bgt

Questo è un grande posto per stare con la famiglia ....I consiglia a tutte le famiglie di rimanere in questo resort e prenotare la stanza di famiglia ...me e i miei figli e la mia famiglia amano stare in questo hotel

Bedroom was oke, i doubt if the twin bed is 120cm, i guess its just 100cm, not sure 🤔 didnt bring any ruler. Breakfast was good, i like their croissant. Swimming pool : their small pool (the round one, prv was jacuzzi i think) has warm water. Staff was friendly, Surprisingly they have ‘mini market kejujuran’ (honesty mini market) the price was so cheap considering inside 4star hotel, and they have UMKM CANTEEN which was cheap too i dont know about the taste as i didnt try. Walking distance to braga street, I had attend mass in the morning, next to this hotel is Cathedral, the mass on Sunday is at 6am, 11am & 5pm. I walked to Bandung Indah Plaza it was still walking distance for me 😁 (1km) and i can borrowed their umbrella incase its rain, they write my room number & return the umbrella after im done. Parking lot for cars is in the basement, staff was really helpful. Overall was a good stay.
