Excellent services from front office & incoming lobby. For restaurant need to be immproved for dinne especially monitor all customer orders serve as soon as possible

We booked the hotel without having high expectations and we were extremely well surprised. The location is very good of course. The staff very professional and welcoming. And I think the biggest surprise was the facilities for the kids: all what kids can dream of in a such condensed place: pool, slides, sandboxes, kids club and even a mini zoo. Most of the activities are free of charge and other are at a very reasonable price just to support the staff I think. Also, we made very nice friends there as many conferences and events are run. It is a very convenient place to have a break inside the city especially for families with young kids.

We recently had the opportunity to stay at your hotel and overall, I truly appreciate the hospitality and facilities provided. However, I would like to share some constructive feedback regarding the pillows in the room. The pillows were too firm and unfortunately affected the quality of sleep during my stay. For a hotel of Pullman’s standard, I believe it would be wonderful to provide guests with a pillow menu or at least a choice between soft, medium, and firm pillows, to cater to different preferences. In addition, the towels felt rather thin and did not reflect the luxurious standard expected of a Pullman property. For a hotel of this caliber, I believe it would be beneficial to provide options for softer pillows as well as thicker, more comfortable towels for guests. I hope this suggestion can help enhance the overall guest experience in the future. Breakfast ok..

L'hotel è così bello e nuovo. Il letto è così comodo. La vibe dell'hotel è bello e il servizio è stato davvero buono. La piscina ha un parco acquatico dove i bambini possono godere. Ha anche un piccolo club per bambini. Il servizio di trasporto è gratuito dall'hotel alla stazione di Padalarang dove si può prendere il treno a Jakarta.

The room is spacious and there are plenty of food for breakfast. The food taste good. The staffs are also friendly and helful.

Per tutta la mia permanenza, il personale attento del resort ha assicurato il mio comfort e il mio benessere, e la loro calda ospitalità e vera cura hanno contribuito in modo significativo all’esperienza positiva complessiva. Dalle staff del desk front to the restaurant servers, everyone went the extra mile to ensure I had a memorable stay.

Great hotel with Good Hospitality and located just next to shopping mall, Bandung indah Plaza and Bandung Electronic Center. Several restaurants and factory outlet was nearby. Room was clean, spacious and comfy. All staff were Professional, helpful, and very friendly. Special thanks to Ms Dhiya And Ms Afifah from Front Desk who professionally handle and arrange for my room transfer request. Several minor things in the room might need maintenance and update, and overall the hotel was nice and i would recommend the hotels. Kudos for All the Staffs.

first check in the lady in front lobby give us smoking room, with out telling us actually it Cleary we asking for no smoking room at booking, when we go to our room my wife almost. vomit, because the tobaccos smell so strong, then we go down to complain but the lady just told us she will sent some one to put some kind of air freshener, and said that the only room available, this unacceptable since we book for non smoking room ,after we said going to cancel. finally she said ok she found another room for us. this is really put this Sheraton hotel in shame to use this lady in check in staff

The room was spacious and the bed was comfy — perfect for chilling after a long day of exploring the city. Breakfast was simple but hit the spot, especially the Indomie (can’t go wrong with that 😄). The location is super convenient — just a short walk to Gedung Sate and the Geology Museum, so it’s easy to squeeze in some sightseeing without going far.
