Xinjiang, Cina: hotel per famiglie

Excellent location. Hotel management & hotel staffs are excellent. Restaurant staffs need training. One of the restaurant staff has an attitude problems from taking the orders to paying the bills. She didn’t think that we could heard her & understanding Mandarin. She bad mouthed us with her rude & childish behaviors. We complained to the hotel manager & she handled the matter for us.

Una ragione per scegliere Wanda Moments è quella di vedere le montagne dal tetto, ma è così. La vista della montagna dalla finestra della stanza è fantastica. Un'altra ragione è la fornitura di ossigeno nella stanza, ma è così confusa. Non abbiamo capito cosa dice il personale. Non capiamo perché solo un ospite riceve l'oxigeno. I giovani della ricezione non erano d’aiuto e non volevano andare in camera per aiutarci. Il nostro soggiorno era tutto affettuoso, andando in piedi e giù per ricevere aiuto. Per i turisti provenienti dalla Cina, avvertitevi che il servizio alimentare è enorme. Il riso è venuto in una grande porzione, la zuppa in una grande bolletta. E' triste vederli andare a sprecare. Forse l'hotel può adattare il menu a piccole porzioni.

Amazing hotel. Wonderful service, Extremely good value for money! Aliya was extremely helpful! I was looking for a touristic place to visit as I only had an hour to spare. She helped me order the Didi and helped me set the locations to come back the hotel on my phone. The rooms are clean with beautiful views, all amenities are available with a pillow menu! The restaurant serves extremely fresh fish(as they have a live fish tank) & delicious dishes. A must in Altay !

Here, you pay a 3-star rate and receive a 5-star experience in comfort, sincerity, and service. The rooms are cleaned daily with meticulous attention to detail — we were even touched to find our own tea and coffee sachets neatly arranged by housekeeping. Meals were another highlight. The food has that unmistakable home-cooked feel — warm, nourishing, made with care. When they learned I don’t eat beef or mutton, the kitchen prepared special dishes just for me, without a fuss. That kind of consideration is rare and deeply appreciated. And how could I forget Tian Tian — the gentle, lovable golden retriever who quietly added to the homey atmosphere. Her presence made the stay even more special, like having a sweet companion always nearby. MuseNomad Retreat isn’t just a place to stay — it’s a place to truly rest. Of all the accommodations we’ve experienced across our travels, this one touched us the most. As our three nights came to a close, I felt a genuine sadness — a quiet wish that we could stay just a little longer. This is a great hotel! The staff are friendly. The rooms are clean. The service is great as well. I like that my room was a non smoking room and that this is a 100% smoke free hotel. After spending the night in many hotels in Xinjiang, I have not been getting rooms that were designated as non smoking because those hotels didn’t have them even though I booked non smoking rooms. Therefore, I wasn’t frustrated when I was checking into my room at this hotel. There are two things that I recommend that the hotel do to make the guest experience better. 1. Remove all of the ashtrays that are on top of the trash cans near the elevators on each floor. I asked the staff why they had them if they are a 100% non smoking hotel and they said it’s for guests to throw their cigarette butts away. I told them those should be removed because those being there let guests know that smoking is allowed in the hotel and that when guests throw them away the smoke from the cigarette butts makes the hotel hallways smell bad as guests are throwing them out. Some of the public areas did smell like cigarette smoke, including one of the elevators, which was not pleasant to breathe. China has a lot of people who smoke, very few smoking bans, and has many people who don’t comply with no smoking policies, so therefore, this is my recommendation when it comes to this issue. I also recommend the hotel put more “No Smoking” signs in the public areas as well, as I only saw ones in the elevators and first floor. 2. The dryer for drying clothes is very slow. I decided to air dry them for several hours after they were in there for two hours because I did my laundry late at night and needed to get some sleep. When I woke up, not all of them were completely dry, which was frustrating. I strongly recommend the hotel gets better dryers, even though it will cost them more money, to solve this issue and get less complaints about it.

Ci sono molti cibi intorno, ma non abbiamo avuto la possibilità di sperimentare come abbiamo sempre fatto. L'attenzione di questo hotel è il suo servizio di lavanderia, la signora dell'hotel avrebbe gentilmente controllato il lavanderia e lo manderà in camera nostra. Abbiamo avuto un numero piuttosto numero di hotel intorno, ma questo a Yining, alzato fino ad un altro livello.

La stanza era molto pulita. Vale la pena menzionare che i cuscini erano forniti in un set di tipi morbidi e duri. A differenza di molti hotel e B&B che hanno cuscini morbidi, ho dormito profondamente a Taoyuan. D'inverno fa freddo e secco, ma l'aria condizionata interna e il riscaldamento a pavimento forniscono molto calore. Per ogni evenienza, abbiamo anche una stufa elettrica, che può asciugare i nostri calzini in due ore. Abbiamo anche un umidificatore, che è una goccia nel mare, ma fa sentire le persone molto a loro agio. La governante è stata premurosa e ci ha dato indicazioni per raggiungere il parcheggio e ci ha aiutato a trasportare le valigie. La reception offre anche la colazione e il caffè per il tè pomeridiano, anche in questo caso la qualità è molto buona. Alcuni suggerimenti: quando si fa il check-in di notte, è facile dimenticare di chiudere le tende perché fuori è buio. Spero che il negozio sostituisca le finestre principali con tende di garza per proteggere la privacy degli ospiti. La finestra manuale nella doccia non è molto pratica. Si consiglia di mettere almeno una pellicola smerigliata. Dopotutto, la finestra si affaccia sulla strada principale e per gli ospiti che tengono alla privacy, anche il minimo spazio li metterà a disagio. Nel complesso è stata un'esperienza di vita davvero positiva!

Aggiornato il modello della camera e il paesaggio fuori finestra.La stanza è molto pulita e molto grande, il design è anche molto bello e il paesaggio fuori finestra è buono.Non c'è alcuna attività di carattere in un hotel a cinque stelle come città turistica, un po'di dispiacere. La colazione è molto ricca, ma il sapore ha spazio per il progresso, l'atteggiamento del personale è buono e molto entusiasta.
