Amazing hotel. Wonderful service, Extremely good value for money! Aliya was extremely helpful! I was looking for a touristic place to visit as I only had an hour to spare. She helped me order the Didi and helped me set the locations to come back the hotel on my phone. The rooms are clean with beautiful views, all amenities are available with a pillow menu! The restaurant serves extremely fresh fish(as they have a live fish tank) & delicious dishes. A must in Altay !

L'ambiente del negozio è leggero e elegante, la zona pubblica è pulita e colorata, la camera è grande e luminosa, i letti sono morbidi, i bagni sono completi e le strutture intelligenti sono molto pulite.Dall'ingresso al negozio, il personale è attento a tutto il viaggio, aiutare attivamente a prendere i bagagli, introdurre il quartiere e riempire i dettagli del servizio. La colazione è ricco di fresche, piatti caldi, punti di foraggio, frutta e bevande sono tutti completi e super soddisfatti.Sia il viaggio di affari che il viaggio sono molto appropriati. L'esperienza è fantastica, è davvero consigliabile!

昭蘇牧雪居｜治癒旅途的寶藏民宿，下次來還選這裏✨ 平時網上預訂民宿，心裏總會有些忐忑，擔心實景和圖文不符，踩雷失望。但這次在昭蘇入住的牧雪居，徹底顛覆了我的固有印象，給我們的伊犁之行添滿了温暖與驚喜。 我們從伊寧一路自駕來到昭蘇，抵達時午後烈日炎炎，疲憊不已。好在前台小格姑娘特別温柔熱情，貼心快速地為我們辦理了入住。我們預訂的是民宿盡頭的180度景觀房，四面超大落地窗的視野真的太絕了！窩在客廳柔軟的白色沙發上，便能靜賞流雲漫卷、遠山清朗，昭蘇的治癒風光盡收眼底，氛圍感直接拉滿。 民宿已經開業兩年，但房間設施維護得格外乾淨整潔，幾乎看不到使用痕跡，實景和平台圖片一模一樣，沒有任何落差，讓人特別舒心。 出發前我提前添加了店家微信諮詢活動事宜，全程響應及時、耐心細緻，事事為客人着想。對於民宿而言，乾淨優質的硬件是基礎，這般貼心走心的服務，才是最動人的温度。還有工作人員小升，也為我們的行程給出了超多實用建議，真誠又熱心，特別靠譜。 入住期間我們在這裏吃了午餐和晚餐，支持網上小程序點單，特別方便。從房間過來，餐食就已經貼心備好，不用久等。本地牛肉口感絕佳、鮮香入味，地道的口味讓人回味無窮。同時體驗了店內的自助洗衣服務，設施齊全好用，細節體驗感拉滿。 店裡還有兩衹可愛小狗天天和哈雷，性格温順親人，一點都不怕生。每晚散步回房，它們都會一路乖乖護送我們，看着兩小衹在草原肆意奔跑、撒歡打滾，自在又治癒，光是看着心情都變柔軟。 最特別的是，民宿還安排了豐富的哈薩克族民俗體驗活動。我們親手體驗了擠牛奶、分離奶油、手工打饢，最後和大家一起分享親手製作的饢餅，沉浸式感受當地特色民俗文化，旅途變得格外有意義。 我們在這裏安穩住了兩晚，第二天來回夏塔景區，看完天馬浴河的表演回到民宿已經晚上十點了。本以為深夜返回衹會簡單接待，沒想到工作人員主動上前問候遊玩體驗，一句温柔的關心，瞬間驅散了旅途的疲憊。能把服務做到細緻入微、把客人放在心上，真的特別難得。 臨走前，工作人員還特意為我們推薦了風景絕美、車流稀少的小眾路線，讓我們一路伴着草原美景，安心順暢地抵達瓊庫什台。 全程沉浸式體驗下來，滿心都是歡喜與感動。如果下次再來昭蘇，牧雪居一定是我們的不二之選！真心推薦給來昭蘇旅行的朋友們，值得奔赴、值得反覆入住💛

This is a great hotel! The staff are friendly. The rooms are clean. The service is great as well. I like that my room was a non smoking room and that this is a 100% smoke free hotel. After spending the night in many hotels in Xinjiang, I have not been getting rooms that were designated as non smoking because those hotels didn’t have them even though I booked non smoking rooms. Therefore, I wasn’t frustrated when I was checking into my room at this hotel. There are two things that I recommend that the hotel do to make the guest experience better. 1. Remove all of the ashtrays that are on top of the trash cans near the elevators on each floor. I asked the staff why they had them if they are a 100% non smoking hotel and they said it’s for guests to throw their cigarette butts away. I told them those should be removed because those being there let guests know that smoking is allowed in the hotel and that when guests throw them away the smoke from the cigarette butts makes the hotel hallways smell bad as guests are throwing them out. Some of the public areas did smell like cigarette smoke, including one of the elevators, which was not pleasant to breathe. China has a lot of people who smoke, very few smoking bans, and has many people who don’t comply with no smoking policies, so therefore, this is my recommendation when it comes to this issue. I also recommend the hotel put more “No Smoking” signs in the public areas as well, as I only saw ones in the elevators and first floor. 2. The dryer for drying clothes is very slow. I decided to air dry them for several hours after they were in there for two hours because I did my laundry late at night and needed to get some sleep. When I woke up, not all of them were completely dry, which was frustrating. I strongly recommend the hotel gets better dryers, even though it will cost them more money, to solve this issue and get less complaints about it.

Questo soggiorno è stato fantastico! Fin dal momento in cui ho messo piede nella hall dell'hotel, ho potuto percepire l'attenzione del servizio. Il personale è stato cordiale e cortese, e si è preso l'iniziativa di aiutarmi con i bagagli e con il check-in. Sono stati pazienti e meticolosi durante tutto il processo. La camera era pulita e ordinata, l'arredamento era semplice ed elegante e la biancheria da letto era morbida e confortevole, il che ha reso il sonno ristoratore. Il bagno era separato in zona asciutta e zona umida e i prodotti da bagno erano di alta qualità. La colazione era ricca e varia, con piatti cinesi e occidentali, e il sapore era incredibile. L'hotel gode di una posizione geografica privilegiata e i mezzi di trasporto e i negozi circostanti sono molto comodi. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è molto alto, lo consiglio vivamente e la prossima volta sceglierò sicuramente questo hotel!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per tre notti consecutive. La qualità del servizio del personale e delle strutture dell'hotel supera notevolmente le mie aspettative. La camera è spaziosa, pulita, la disposizione della camera molto buona e le strutture della camera erano eccellenti. Bagno / WC : - quattro ruote per toletta e due ganci montati su pareti per vestiti - più di spazio di tenuta adeguato per i nuovi asciugamani - Ben situato due portasciugamani - Premere il pulsante sul / fuori valvola per il tappo del mixer doccia che è super efficiente per l'uso senza girare i nodi e fluttuazioni indesiderate della temperatura dell'acqua - la dimensione della camera è molto comoda, più che adeguata per camminare liberamente nella camera, anche se c'era un tavolo di scrittura e una sedia a rotazione - il numero di soccette elettriche fornite era molto più adeguato - lavastoviglie contatore top space era generoso - è stato fornito anche il gabinetto di zona di cottura - rack di bagaglio adeguatamente dimensionato - dimensioni confortevoli del letto e mattresse - la porta della stanza ha un indicatore di direzione verso l'ascensore - mini frigo ben situato - servizi di telefono senza fili in camera - eccellente lavanderia e servizio inatteso del personale che trasferisce i vestiti lavati al secchio e fornisce i vestiti secchi alla nostra stanza - grande varietà di cibo fornito nel ristorante per colazione - il personale della reception dell'hotel e del ristorante erano molto amichevole e utile - porridge di notte libero fornito - l'hotel è a pochi passi da Liuxing Street - molti negozi e ristoranti vicino all'hotel - ci piaceva stare in camera d'albergo quando non vogliamo essere esposti al sole fuori Siamo più che soddisfatti di rimanere in questo hotel. Dopo aver controllato la direzione a Tekes, siamo tornati a rimanere in questo hotel per un secondo - Quando arriveremo più tardi, ci riusciremo a stare in Atour Hotel a Turpan, perché ci siamo sentiti così comodi con questo hotel - consigliamo questo hotel per il vostro soggiorno quando si visita Yining

Il tetto spiovente è davvero spettacolare e c'è una vasca da bagno rotonda al centro della stanza. Le montagne innevate si vedono in lontananza, dando una sensazione di pace e tranquillità. La stanza era pulita e non ci sono stati problemi di igiene durante il check-in. L'unico problema era che non c'era un posto dove mettere asciugamani e vestiti in bagno, quindi dovevi uscire per prenderli dopo averli lavati, il che era un po' freddo. In termini di servizio, la governante ha fornito un servizio molto buono. Siamo rimasti nel vecchio villaggio per i primi due giorni e la governante ha organizzato un'auto per venirci a prendere. Il personale ci ha anche aiutato a trasportare i bagagli. Quando abbiamo chiesto delle coperte extra di notte, due membri del personale ce le hanno portate nel freddo pungente. Hanno lavorato sodo! Per quanto riguarda la ristorazione, il ristorante è più all'interno del bancone del servizio. Ci sono molti piatti. Sebbene siano cucina dello Xinjiang, i sapori sono piuttosto fusion e altamente raccomandati.

I stayed in the intercontinental for one night and I wish I had more time here. The hotel is new and decorated in a sleek yet exotic fashion. The room is very spacious, with a comfy king sized bed and choices for pillows. Amenities wise, the room is equipped with the usual Blanche line of personal care products (however the hair brush is still quite rubbish...). The view from the room is superb, overlooking the yili river and the small apple lake with the mountains in the background. The executive lounge is dainty and the cocktail hours buffet was delicious (though doesn't have a huge alcoholic choices like some other executive lounges). Sitting in the lounge and watching the sunset over the river was a fantastic experience. The location of the hotel is a bit remote but it is perfect for someone wants to wander around the yili river park and/or do a nice long and peaceful run/bike ride. Gym is small but meets the basic needs (has dumbbells, cross trainer and treadmill but no bar bells or rack). The swimming pool looks fancy and big, makes it ideal for leisure and training. Lastly, and most importantly, for my stay I truly appreciated the hard working staff here. They have made my already wonderful stay perfect. A big shout out to the concierge team, especially 来存智 Leonard, the concierge supervisor, they have gone out of their way to help me. I wanted to visit some ethnic group bar at mid night and given the distances and lack of taxis, Leonard, together with his team, helped me get to the right place and Leonard personally drove me back from the bar at 3am. I was able to have a great night thanks to him. Upon checking out, I was also given a nice souvenir to mark a perfect stay (unfortunately I left it on the taxi due to rushing!!! To whoever is the next lucky passenger to pick it up: I am jealous!).
