Ok, location is good, because all the luxury brands are directly downstairs, but hey if you're not there to splurge, no point~ because getting to other popular shopping malls or tourist attraction, there's just no advantage. You may think you get VIP or warm greeting service, but honestly... only if you're lucky AND SEEN and if it's like from 12pm to 3pm? Cause i think that's when their staffs are alert. Next on, check-in is normal, nothing special, remember to pay a deposit. Next on, going to your room, someone will help you with your luggage to your room, which is great, because the floor is so carpeted it is hard to drag the luggage if it's really huge and heavy. Next on, the room... I have so much to comment. First of all, furniture looks old. Toilet is great (+1 point) because it is indeed the biggest and most spacious one i have seen. The cleaning folks does a good job cleaning the toilet BUT! i just cannot understand why can't they just change the smelly damped pillows???????? it's already there when we first checked in. It smells horrible, like your teenage cousin's wet sock after soccer practise in a shoe that never dried after washing. Gross! The really funny part is, you would imagined for such a huge room, the TV would be reasonably sized considering the distance from the bed. HAHAHHAHA, it's so small. I finally understand what it means by 'when someone is speechless, they really would laugh'. 人在无语的时候真的会笑. Like, you are a 5 star luxurious hotel but you can't give a bigger TV that has more modern functions???? Am i still living in the 2000s? Ok fine, maybe they have no budgets for upgrade, fine... It's not like we travel halfway across the globe to watch TV in bed. Next, TAKEAWAYS. Like this really made me so angry, they literally take no responsibility in helping you bring up the food. I mean I don't mind going down to take it myself but let me know i have to! They literally left my stuff there 30 mins until i called them. And the ridiculous part was the delivery guy actually took a photo to show me how he had already passed it to a staff and informed them to deliver it up! Next, their restaurant. Paid for a course meal, and instead of the dishes being served up one after another, they served everything up at one go... wow, ok fine no big deal. BUT dessert took 30 mins and not served. Do you know what is a coursed meal? Do you need to retrain your staffs? Do you think we could have finished the dishes so quickly? Aren't we supposed to savour the dishes and take our time because your head chef took time to design the menu and wine pairings? Like your service really defeats all purpose of us opting to have dinner there. So the irony is we were rushed through our food; we literally felt like we had to speed up because what if the dishes went cold. Then they took forever to serve dessert and we already told them we need had a movie coming up and we were running late. BAD SERVICE. Overall, my review for this hotel is that, you're lucky you HAD GOOD REPUTATION & BRANDING in the past, but you are FRAILING. You do not deserve 5 star in almost all areas non-related to location. Yes, you may be considered luxurious because you're at the most prime area of Shenyang but so what? Your service and facilities are at most mid-range 4 star. Even 4 star hotels now have robots that would deliver takeaways and TV bigger than yours, and their pillows are clean, what an absolute joke. OK, maybe let's not get so negative, last redeeming factor: you do have a nice view of the city. For service, you may want to learn from your peers like Sofitel, Atour or Serendipidia. You're welcome.

Unexpectedly great experience! Room with JBL sound system and big screen tv and free movie access! Location superb! At commercial area with shops, restaurants and 5 mins walk to Shenyang Railway station. The front desk was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable, we really enjoyed and having great rest

I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and felt like home, the view of the sea is really beautiful. The location of the hotel is very good, close to Venice and the beach with beautiful seagulls. Unfortunately, this hotel does not have a safe deposit box. There is no problem with hot water in the bathroom for 4 people as long as you know how to use it. I am very grateful for the service of the room staff, Miss Li Feng Jun, who was very helpful and felt like family, and also the staff at the reception who were very helpful.

Questo è il miglior hotel in cui ho soggiornato a Shenyang. La camera è pulita e spaziosa, con una sorgente termale esterna. All'inizio pensavo di avere un biglietto giornaliero per il resort. Con mia sorpresa, mi è stato detto che ogni volta che soggiorno in hotel sono libero di andare al resort per rilassarmi e divertirmi. La colazione è molto buona e abbondante. L'unico aspetto negativo è che è lontano dalla mia camera. Ci tornerò sicuramente.

La stanza è pulita e bella, esattamente come nella foto, e anche l'ambiente della spiaggia è molto attento. Le strutture sono complete e le bevande sono deliziose. Ci sono anche molte attività. Il maggiordomo è bello, molto educato e aiuta in molte cose. Tuttavia, a parte il maggiordomo, la qualità del servizio del resto del personale di servizio (come la pulizia del ristorante) è leggermente diversa e c'è un senso di frammentazione. Il rapporto qualità prezzo complessivo è molto buono e tornerò ancora.

Camera da pranzo, spaziosa e con balcone. Gli impianti sapienti avevano tutto quello che avete bisogno. Colazione, pranzo e cena possono essere mangiati all'hotel. Molte cose musicali sono state mostrate intorno all'hotel. Per la prima volta in un luogo di rock duro per me, è stato molto bello e sorprendente la quantità di musica che si mostrava. 

Il Castle è davvero un hotel eccezionale! Dal momento in cui sono entrata nella hall, sono stata accolta da una fragranza meravigliosa, che in seguito ho scoperto essere quella dei prodotti da bagno dell'hotel. Mi è piaciuta così tanto che ho persino acquistato la crema corpo con la stessa fragranza. 😍 Situato su una collina, l'hotel offre una vista mozzafiato sul ponte Xinghai, così bello che non volevo nemmeno andarmene. A dire il vero, ho finito per annullare il mio programma solo per trascorrere più tempo in hotel! Anche se è leggermente distante dal centro città, non c'è motivo di preoccuparsi: i taxi sono sempre facili da trovare e non abbiamo mai avuto alcun inconveniente. La camera era assolutamente bellissima e immacolata. Non solo le condizioni della camera erano perfette, ma ogni membro del personale che abbiamo incontrato è stato incredibilmente gentile e attento. Absolutely worth every penny! I can sum up my stay in one word: exceptional value. The room was very spacious with a million-dollar view, all at a very friendly price. There is a washing machine in the room, and hot water was not an issue at all during winter. Just a small tip: avoid showering while the washing machine is running, as it seems to draw the hot water away. At first, I thought there was a food warmer or stove, but this room does not have one. However, the staff kindly allowed us to use the microwave at the office. The host was incredibly helpful and always replied very quickly on WeChat — so fast that I honestly wondered if they ever slept! 😄 The bedding was clean and comfortable. Housekeeping was smooth and flexible; we could easily request cleaning or refills on the days we needed them. If there is one area for improvement, I would suggest renovating some details, such as repainting areas where the paint is peeling and re-sealing the sink edges and other parts of the bathroom. There was a slight cigarette smell in the room, but it really depends on how sensitive you are. For us, opening the window for ventilation or using a spray solved the issue easily. Some noise from other areas was noticeable, as there is a gym on the same floor, and during our stay it was New Year’s, so there were some party noises. That said, this can happen anywhere and is not something the property can fully control. Getting there was easy — we took a taxi directly to the hotel address. Check-in is on the 23rd floor, Room 19, where they provide the room number and access code. Wi-Fi is available, and only a passport is needed for registration. For check-out, simply notify them via WeChat. Around the hotel, there are a few small local eateries within walking distance, though we did not notice a convenience store nearby. Overall, I would rate this place excellent. I’m not judging it by hotel star standards, but by value for money — and what we received was far beyond what we paid for. Highly recommended!
