Basically the overall is good. The hotel is very convenient with restaurants surrounding and market at walking distance. But the wifi is very terrible and no signal for tv. So, for business trip that need to wifi is not very good to stay.

Great location! local market, sunway carnival mall, Billion shopping centre, medical centre, government clinic, f&b, temple of worships all just within walking distance. ample of parking but without cover. You will be getting wet when walk to take your car during rainy day. Free parking and must be validate your card every time before go out. The room is clean. Book & requested for an extra bed(within RM100 per night), pay at hotel when check-in.

We went for Afgan Concert at Spice Arena Penang on 28th. The hotel is just by foot. It just literally in front of the Arena. The room is in very good shape, very clean, all amenities are function and it is very comfortable to stay in this hotel. I will seek to stay in this hotel again.The bathroom is well keep maintain, towel is thick and comfy.

Ciao! I miei figli hanno avuto un ottimo soggiorno in questo hotel.Abbiamo soggiornato in una stanza con accesso alla piscina, facile e comodo per i miei figli e me stesso. Le strutture sono buone, la posizione è semplicemente bello.

+molto pulito, grande WiFi e doccia, avere un distributore d'acqua su ogni piano, controllare in molto liscio e veloce, il personale è anche grande. AC è ok. Luogo tranquillo, avere parcheggio se necessario. - materassi è molto strano, fai suoni se ti muovi:) 😃 Forse hanno bisogno di mettere il topper, ma il sonno era ok in tutto. Il fine settimana è piuttosto rumoroso dal corridoio.

I recently stayed at Eastin Hotel Penang and I was disappointed with the lack of basic amenities. There was no hot water in the bathroom, and the water pressure in the shower was very weak. Additionally, I requested hand soap, but housekeeping failed to refill it during my stay. This experience fell short of my expectations, and I hope the management will address these issues for future guests.
