Sud Africa: hotel con Colazione nella provincia di KwaZulu-Natal

Abbiamo avuto una fantastica esperienza presso il Holiday Inn Express, Umhlanga. Questo deve essere uno dei migliori servizi che abbia mai sperimentato (compreso locale e internazionale). Non esitate a raccomandare molto questo istituto. Check-in è stato fantastico. Brendan e la squadra erano molto benvenuti, amichevole ed efficienti. Ci siamo rimasti in camera in tempo, non abbiamo avuto alcuna informazione su tutte le strutture. Ci siamo viaggiati in gruppo e la squadra ci ha aiutato a raggiungere le camere che erano così conveniente. La colazione era scrupolosa e il servizio superava le nostre aspettative. Trisha e la squadra prendono il loro lavoro e il loro servizio ai clienti così seriamente - come la loro azienda. Mio figlio voleva dei muffin di cioccolato e lo preparavano per lui - quanto sorprendente! Questo deve essere uno dei migliori hotel del mondo. Kudos al team e leadership. L'hotel è in una grande posizione e il personale è stato utile e amichevole. Non mi piaceva particolarmente il menu di servizio ristorante/sala, perché aveva solo le latte sul loro menu delle bevande. Devi chiedere di altre bevande come vino, succhi, caffè, ecc. Sarebbe più bello se fossero stati elencati tutti i prezzi delle bevande, la caldaia nella mia stanza era sporca, ma la casa era pura, e il divano era scusante e la sostituiva con una caldaia pulita. Ogni caffè o ristorante intorno all'hotel si apre al 9a.m, quindi consiglio di pagare per il buffet del colazione dell'hotel se sei un uccello precoce come me. Ho imparato a scaricare il carico dopo aver tornato da un giorno all'altro e a trovare nessuna potenza, eccetto una luce e la TV nella mia stanza. Per gli ospiti stranieri che non ne sanno, potrebbe essere un bel toccamento se l'hotel potesse mettere il programma di scarico nelle camere degli ospiti, in modo che non sia una sorpresa disgustosa.Il letto era comodo e il wifi era di solito veloce. In generale, ho avuto un buon soggiorno all'hotel.

Amorevole la sezione della piscina, l'hotel è più vicino alla spiaggia 🏖, è stato così conveniente per noi andare alla spiaggia in qualsiasi momento, il colazione è stato il migliore, il servizio in camera è stato sempre in tempo, il check-in e il check-out è stato veloce. Migliore esperienza mai 😊😊

My wife and I stayed here for 10 days and it was just a wonderful experience. The staff here goes above and beyond; and they made every single moment here a home-away-from home for us. The food is awesome, the rooms are clean and comfortable. We would never think of staying anywhere else in South Africa.

Abbiamo soggiornato nell'appartamento 408 e è stato deludente. In primo luogo, le foto sul sito e i mobili e la decorazione reali non sono le stesse. Infatti, alcune delle foto sono fuorvianti. L'unità ospita quattro persone, ma solo tre posti sono disponibili nell'area del soggiorno, quindi uno ha sempre dovuto sedersi sul patio. Uno dei posti igienici è rotto, e anche se lo abbiamo segnalato, non è stato fatto nulla. La chiusura della porta del patio non si chiude, quindi ci sentivamo un po'di disturbo di notte. La porta principale della camera da letto che porta al patio, che è una bella caratteristica, non poteva essere usata perché non c'era una chiave per esso. E le finestre hanno certamente bisogno di una pulizia. Se la vista dal patio sul canale che conduce al porto è grande (non c'è vista sul principale porto come implicito), il rivestimento che copre il patio è un po' irritante. Ma questo è comprensibile, perché viene annunciato come un appartamento amico, ma è qualcosa di cui essere consapevole prima di effettuare la prenotazione. La rete non interferisce in alcun modo la vista, ma certamente darà al patio un canone più aperto se non c'è rete. Quindi, se non viaggiate con animali domestici, cercate un altro appartamento in PWA. La zona e la posizione sono grandi.

Il WiFi era assolutamente sorprendente soprattutto perché lavoro da casa a tempo pieno. Il colazione era sorprendente come il personale e l'intero hotel. Certamente ritorno!

Rai era eccellente! Era efficiente nel sistemare una stanza che mi piaceva. Mi teneva informata e mostrava meravigliose competenze di servizio clienti. Molto amichevole e così piacevole. La mia richiesta di verifica precoce è stata anche accolta perché io lascio molto presto la mattina seguente. Ho soggiornato con il tuo gruppo per gli ultimi sette o otto anni, mensilmente. Ho speso carichi di denaro (+- R65000) facendo questo e vale la pena! Specialmente con personale come lei, li'.La impiegarei alla mia banca ogni giorno!Ben fatto!

Il mio soggiorno qui era assolutamente bello! Il personale è molto attento e estremamente utile e amichevole! Mi sono apprezzato molto il mio tempo a The Pearls. Vorrei urlare al capo esecutivo Gerald, che è andato di sopra e di là per preparare deliziosi piatti vegetariani con il suo particolare contatto. Era molto ospite e gentile! Un servizio fantastico con un sorriso!

La mia recensione riguarda solo il ristorante di questo hotel dove avevamo alte aspettative e dove invece abbiamo consumato il nostro peggior pasto durante la nostra permanenza in Sud Africa. I fegatini di pollo annegati in una salsa a mio gusto immangiabile, e dire che mi piace il piccante! Filetto cottura “rear” completamente bruciato all’esterno quindi anche all’interno tutt’altro che al sangue. Insomma una delusione totale: unica ordinazione gradevole il vino!

Ho prenotato questo hotel perché ho avuto un buon affare online. Fortunatamente, ero lì perché durante il mio soggiorno Durban aveva un tempo di tempesta, con piogge pesanti e un fronte freddo. Ero felice di essere in resort con la corte alimentare e le sale di intrattenimento.

A good place to be with a beautiful view.... ”The View” as its name . Closer to a shopping complex , gas station, 5min drive to the beach, closer to the beach there also restaurantswhere you can dine whole having the beach view, Toti Beach. its also closer to galleria Mall. The place is too steep so be ready for that... Their food is delicious, we had dinner there at their restaurant called Giorgios but its expensive I must say. Not sure about their breakfast and lunch though. Staff and reception is just ok. I had requested them to add a crib bed for a child and upon arrival they told us that the storeroom is closed because we arrived at 6pm so it's too late. We then asked them to give us atleast a bedsheets or any linen so we can make a plan for our son, they said ok but never pitched , nothin, not even getting back to us to say what could be the matter. We asked again the following day, they took four hours to bring a bedsheets. Bottom line is if you have a child do not, I repeat DO NOT book that place because they will lie straight to your face saying they could not reach you since you booked via an APP. I'm not sure whetherI want to talk about their kitchen in the rooms. You will have to call them now and again to bring things and they take 3 to 4hours just for a simple thing like a spoon. One thing I can say is they don't listen and listening means you respect your business and your clients I flew from overseas to rest and have a good time and have treat ourselves since they have a spar but I ended up canceling my plans for a spa because I didn't want additional dissapointments. The rest I don't even want to mention...and that is my experience after paying so much Money and looking forward to a good vacation 😌 BUT...

This boutique hotel is remarkable but so is the unparalleled service and exceptional hospitality. When you have this winning combination, it lends itself to quality and care that the staff have for their customers. It all started when I unsuccessfully tried to book a weekend stay for my parents from Australia, and none of the other five star hotels bothered to respond to me. A friend of mine suggested I might look towards boutique or private stays, and so a quick google revealed this absolute gem. I left a Facebook message which was promptly responded to by Catherine who reached out immediately to the hotel to help arrange my parents stay on my behalf. She was my point of contact and I do not have words for how professional and warm she was. After being away from South Africa for nearly a decade, she represented the very best of South African culture and hospitality. Nothing was too hard for her to help me with, when I couldn't reach them she assisted, she thought about ideas and made suggestions to make my parents stay incredible. From there on the front desk was amazing, suggesting food and menu options (for my fussy parents), offering ideas about what could make their stay special and genuinely within a day, everything was organised and sorted. They even mocked up a voucher for me! When I called my parents on their last day, they simply didn't want to leave. They commented not only on the personalised experience and service, but genuinely expressed their sadness at having to leave. They wished their stay would have been endless. The facilities were par excellence, every single meal was delivered and plated to an exceptional quality, the spa treatment was relaxing and the property is aptly named as it does offer endless views. Every single evening the property made my parents time special - it was to celebrate my mums birthday and her retirement from teaching at a public school. They went out of their way with generosity, kindness and personalisation. My mum loved that they found time to sing her a happy birthday song! I have no hesitation in recommending this property to anyone looking for world class service combined with an exceptional property. I am incredibly well travelled and from what I have experienced and from my parents utter joy, this property ranks up with the very best of properties. Well done to the entire team and when I visit South Africa, you can be guaranteed a visit from me.

The staff are all friendly, welcoming, helpful, hardworking and always go the extra mile even for something as small as a bucket of ice or a bottle of water. The Guest Relation team is brilliant, they really know how to make a stay memorable and special. I took my mom for her birthday to The Oyster Box for 5 glorious nights and I wish we could move in permanently. We were instantly made to feel at home from the minute we entered the parking and everyone instantly remembered us from our stay 8 months prior. We had a smooth check in and the stay was absolutely phenomenal. My family is very well travelled and we are not exaggerating that this hotel is the best hotel in the entire of South Africa and definitely on the list for some of the best hotels in the world. What stands out above all else is the staff. The staff make the stay memorable and they have 100% success rate in hospitality like no other hotel I have experienced. The food - the breakfast is to die for. Literally - I ate so much it lasted me for 2 meals because of the large variety and yummy selections that you just want to try everything. There is even a whole block of pure honeycomb to scratch away at for some fresh morning honey. You need to experience the Grill room at least once per stay which is the fine dining experience for dinner only. We had the lobster for the starter and salmon for the main and it was the best seafood I have ever had. The experience, the host, the music live entertainment, the staff and food was absolutely phenomenal. We even received a delicious in-house made mango sorbet as a palate cleanser before the main course and a selection of breads in a large cart to choose from. The housekeeping is efficient, friendly, helpful and keep the room looking spotless and brand new. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing stay, engagements, weddings, birthdays, business, or even for a quick visit for breakfast, lunch or dinner. We have not experienced the Spa as yet but we have heard it is fantastic - something to look forward to our next trip! As always the Beverley has surpassed itself. This is my third stay and I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Durban. The staff are impeccable and they can’t do more for you. Room in excellent condition and contains thoughtful touches. Food great breakfast and dinner service. Room service is well presented and to a good standard. If I was going to criticise I would say the balcony’s could do with a spruce up but other then that great. See you next year.

Le aree hanno una bella piscina, e molte nuoci accoglienti per la lettura. Non molti giochi in casa, quindi portate il vostro divertimento. Gli spettacoli sono grandi. Cowrie Cove è a più di un chilometro da Umhlanga, e quindi più di un chilometro da qualsiasi centro commerciale o da pranzo. Le viaggi Uber sono solo circa 100 Rand giro di viaggio, più di 400 R per un giro di viaggio per Durban. La zona è stata colpita duramente dalle piogge, e la spiaggia ha un sacco di spazzatura su di essa. La spiaggia è piuttosto stretta e rigida, anche, e è difficile camminare a lunghe distanze su di essa3ma questo non è il problema di questi stabilimenti.

Umhlanga is a beautiful location, it is safe, clean and easy going. There is a nearby beach 🏖 with an amazing whale bone pier and stunning views. The large gateway mall is a 7-10mins walk and is filled with all kinds of entertainment, food, shopping experiences you may need. The hotel service is good. Ultimate highlight of my trip was the pool 🏊‍♀️ clean and never busy.

Beautiful place, it is very quiet and peaceful. I loved the sea view😍. The room is very clean and spacious, very friendly staff, always there to help. Breakfast was very delicious, many options to choose from, this guest house is close to many restaurants and party places, this is a huge bonus, very convenient, I highly recommend. Whether you want a peaceful stay of you want to be out and about, this is definitely the right place to book😉❤️

Questo è l'hotel più amichevole di Umhlanga con le migliori viste al ristorante e al bar. Migliori menu per colazione e cena. Igiene è al tè, il personale è amichevole e utile.

Service from reception and housekeeping needs some attention, we requested for a porter which did not come, we had to carry our own luggage out. room service was pathetic, we ordered a meal which did not come after being told that it was on its way. it is disappointing as Royal palm is our preference hotel to stay at when we visit KZN

Sleep really well, the bed was comfy, clean and quite spacious room, clean bathroom. Quite good dinner at the hotel restaurant. Nice omelette for breakfast. Gym and pool available on site. Restaurant service was a bit on the slow side. Wine list was not small, however, the medium price range wines we not so good, rather average. Bar open a bit later, but not late, some basic selection of drinks.

Da ricezione a check-out, tutti i dipendenti erano amici e utili. Amiamo la nostra unità (23A), pulita e pulita. Qualsiasi problema minore che avevamo risolto rapidamente. Sicuramente tornerà. Il personale si è spostato dal loro modo per rendere la nostra portata memorabile e speciale.

La mia famiglia ci andava per un matrimonio vicino. Le camere erano pulite, spaziose e ben attrezzate. Mi piaceva davvero il buffet per colazione. Ha una grande selezione di scelte di cibo caldo e freddo. Passeggiavo attraverso il ****** e sembrava fantastico. La piscina era un po'piccola per la piscina, ma aveva un'atmosfera piacevole. Il personale era caldo e utile.
