Desk front friendly and helpful. Comfortable room on top floor. Large comfortable shared living and game area if wanted for a group. Convenienti posizione per le università e stazione ferroviaria o servizi urbani con auto o cammino. Purtroppo non ci sono parcheggi in loco, ma si può ottenere consigli su dove in città parcheggiare.

Finding and getting into the motel is fairly easy as it is on Hwy 76. The main lobby is very clean and welcoming as are the staff. I did note that they had a No vacancy sign taped to the door, so that let me know they were a popular spot on the *****. We got there a little early, and there wasnt a guarantee that our room would be ready but the lady was very nice and was able to get us in without an issue. Process was quick and easy and we were assigned room 1121, ground floor, furthest away from the main road, on the backside of the building. We parked, used the key easily (just tap and go), and walked in. The smell made it obvious to us that there had been a major flood or leak because it reeked of attempts to cover the smell of mold and mildew. We could see water damage everywhere and even the sheets on the bed were damp due to excessive moisture in the air. We have worked restoration from flooding and could distinctly smell something reminiscent of an ozone machine. The air unit was black and broken in pieces, but it still worked, for which we were grateful. The carpets were dirty and in a serious need to be cleaned although by the door had the worst of it. The silicone in the bathroom is seriously moldy and, at best, needs to be replaced and at worst scrubbed with a mildew cleaner like Lysol mold and mildew. The in room fridge had serious condensation on the inside so we figured that it had been giving them issues. It wasn't until the next morning that we noticed the patch job in the ceiling over by the door that it occurred to us that that is the bathroom of the floor above us and that there was a major leak that way. Overall, I have paid less for better rooms and if there had been an option, I would have asked for a different room. If not for the fact that we knew we would not be getting a refund, we probably would have left and went somewhere else. The staff were wonderful to interact with, but the room itself was not worth the visit. Its a flip coin or maybe a desperate act that will get us to book there again. Oh! Major gap in the door and the glass in the window to the room was cracked! Shower head was gross and growing stuff too.

This hotel is in the area near where I needed to be this weekend and it was clean. I will be staying again as I will need to return to the area. I did have a mishap in that housekeeping cleaned the room but didn't make the beds. I had to leave to get to my performance venue about an hour after checking in, so I went to tell the front desk. The receptionist was very accommodating in getting someone up to my room ASAP, and they were made when I later returned. Thanks! Also, I think one of the elevators isn't working, so you might have to wait a little longer. Had I stayed longer, I would have found the stairs.

Disappointing Stay – Would Strongly Advise Against Booking I traveled to Festus for a car show and needed a budget-friendly hotel near local amenities. While this property met that basic requirement, nearly every other aspect of my stay was a disappointment—and at times, unacceptable. To start, the hotel was unbearably hot inside. There was no functioning indoor air conditioning, and the common areas remained well above 80 degrees throughout my stay. Check-in was quick, but the front desk staff seemed unfamiliar with the facility—unable to even direct me to the pool, which I never located due to the complete lack of signage. The complimentary breakfast was, frankly, insulting. The food options were minimal and unappetizing—particularly the English muffins, which were so hard they could double as hockey pucks. The oppressive heat made it nearly impossible to sit and eat in the dining area anyway. My room, while clean, was far from comfortable. The mattress was extremely hard—comparable to sleeping on bare concrete—and the cramped toilet and shower area offered no room to move. Several cockroaches were spotted both in my room and in common areas, raising serious concerns about cleanliness and maintenance. While I understand the hotel is currently under construction and the staff I interacted with were courteous, that alone cannot excuse the overall experience. The current conditions are simply not acceptable for paying guests. I had high hopes for this location but left deeply disappointed. Unless you have absolutely no other options within your budget, or until after renovations are fully completed (well beyond 2025), I strongly advise against staying here. I will not be returning.

Un posto assolutamente grande che si trova proprio lungo la strada dal nuovo stadione di calcio della città di St. Louis, è a due isolati da passeggiare dalla stazione Union Market della città. E' facilmente accessibile appena fuori dal I64. Il letto era comodo, il bagno era pulito e abbastanza ben conservato. E il lato inferiore sarebbe quello del frigorifero. E a seconda dei piani, e di cosa devo stare vicino, se devo essere, sicuramente rimarrò qui con la mia famiglia. L'area era sicura, pulita, e ho dimenticato la parte più divertente ... We seriously loved this place!! Other than the fact it just LOOKED like a cool place to stay from the pics, it actually was a really cool place to stay. My 10 and 14yr olds, my husband and I stayed for this visit. Husbands aren't that cool so he didn't really care lol ;). But me and my 2 girls absolutely loved riding in the elevator. You can pay more for a higher room and more for a room with an indoor balcony. We did neither but were lucky enough to get up on the 4th floor. The elevator is activated with your room key, and you can only go on the floor your room is, the lower level with the pool and dining and the main level (entrance), so no fun rides to the top lol. The room was clean and spacious. It didn't smell. The beds seemed clean as well as the bathroom. We LOVED the atrium feature, getting up at 6am to swim while being able to look at the sunrise and the clouds was so much fun. My girls and I decided when we come back to the area that we want to stay here EVERY TIME lol. Complaints are minimal and they are made up by how much we enjoyed the hotel. Didn't care for having to pay to park at the hotel. There are free spots but that is very limited. The water looked kinda cloudy... Which made me feel a little weird, but we got in anyways and had a blast. The floor of the pool is very...scratchy and easy to cut yourself on. My daughter scaped her elbow on it and when she got out it started bleeding a little. They need to refinish the lining of the pool for sure. However, the pool was heated and we appreciated that.

Il colazione ogni mattina era un'illuminazione, offrendo una varietà di opzioni fresche e stagionali che si occupavano di vari gusti, tra cui diverse scelte concesse con piante e senza glutine. Tuttavia, il livello di servizio è stato quello che era stato davvero esposto, e ogni interazione si sentiva autentica e personalizzata, con il concierge che forniva eccellenti consigli per le gallerie vicine e i posti di cena che non erano solo le trappole turistiche tipiche. Questa è la terza o quarta volta che ci siamo fermati qui (Io dico 3, moglie dice 4 😂) e questa volta è stata certamente il nostro meno preferito. Ci proveremo ancora, ma le strutture non erano fino a precedenti soggiorni. Ho prenotato lo stesso stile di camera (1 King + Sofa Bed) ogni volta, e abbiamo avuto che ... Ma DANG era piccolo! Ci era letteralmente 6-8 pollici di cammino. Il bagno era troppo spazioso e la camera avrebbe potuto usare alcuni di esso. Anche il colazione era grosso. Prima c'erano produttori di waffle, farina di ovini e altre grandi opzioni calde. Questo soggiorno aveva uova 👍 e formaggio rasato 👍. Mentre io ho dato dei suggerimenti per includere un ”salsa” senza carne, il salsa standard di maiale è stato sbagliato. La selezione della waffle è stata sbagliata. Hanno offerto un ”alza con zucchero di perle”, che è bello che abbiamo avuto quelle altrove. Ma invece di lasciare I waffles nei loro tasche di servizio, il dipendente stava li aprendo e mettendoli nel contenitore di servizio. 1) che è inutile toccare il dipendente e le palle che non sanno quali sono le lingue. 2) Se mantenuto nel suo pacchetto, non si asciuga. Anche 3) nel suo pacchetto è un cibo perfetto per il sequestro e andare agli ospiti. Ogni membro del personale con cui abbiamo interagito era stupendo! Il divano frontale, la custodia, ecc erano tutti meravigliosi. Ci saremo indietro, ma sicuramente potrebbe aver bisogno di un approccio diverso alla stanza.

Since the hotel is located in a safe area, we walked to dinner. There are various kinds of restaurants nearby. Our main purpose was to visit WashU, and the hotel had very convenient access to the school. It was also easy to get from the parking lot to the hotel. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the shower had a panel for adjusting the temperature and good water pressure. Breakfast included fresh omelets and waffles, and the coffee was delicious. The food was replenished frequently. We chose this hotel based on reviews, and we truly felt it offered great value for the price.
