I talked with Savannah over the phone; she was extremely helpful and friendly. I wish more places had people like her. Everything was great until we got into the room. We had traveled all day and was tired, but the tub was dirty, so my husband cleaned out the hair in the tub. The bed was comfy although there was a deep sunken in spot where we seemed to roll into it all night. But that was ok because it was a comfy bed. It got a bit cold, because the blanket was as thin as a sheet, with no extra covers to be found. As we're packing our things to go, we discovered trash under the bed, and some black crumb looking stuff in the drawer. We were looking forward to the nice breakfast, because on the confirmation it said a Western breakfast, only to find, one small box of mini powdered doughnuts and a few beagles. There was only 1 small round table to seat 2 people. No beverages other than hard-to-find coffee. No fruit, no muffins, no cereal, NOTHING. What was served, does not even count as a continental breakfast! We had to leave to go get breakfast. We book our hotels based on the breakfast. In our experience, including working in hotels for 25+years, a continental includes a variety of food, including fruit, cereal, muffins, and sometimes a way to make waffles. They also have multiple drink options, such as milk, orange juice, apple juice, hot chocolate, and more. When I spoke with front desk, mostly to get Savannah's name, (because her service was exceptional) I told them about the dirty room and NO BREAKFAST, and they made it clear they did not care. The guy that had not been there the night before, claimed, kind of rude, they advertise a continental breakfast. This was NOT A CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST!!!!! A western breakfast consists of sliced bread with jam, butter, coffee, fruits, vegetables, or eggs. Sometimes a western omelette.

(3) I mobili sono leggermente più nuovi di quelli dell'altro Hampton che io rimango. Quali miglioramenti si possono apportare: (1) Ho aspettato all'isola 3 (Porta 512) dalle 745 alle 830 e ho chiamato due volte per assicurare il servizio di navetta. Ho visto altri shuttle alberghieri già caduto 4-5 volte in quella min e ho anche visto gli altri shuttle alberghieri, come Cambria caduto entro 30 minuti. Quando sono arrivato a Hampton, era già 850pm e ho anche capito che il ristorante vicino è chiuso. Capisco che potrebbe essere fuori dalla loro orario di servizio normale, ma mi chiedo se possano fare un servizio di joint venture con altre marche alberghiere in modo che i clienti possano essere raccolti prima. (2) Mi è stato offerto la stanza alla fine del corridoio, ma c'è un rumore d'acqua forte proveniente dalle tubature quando qualcuno usava il bagno vicino alla porta o al piano di sopra. Poiché ero così stanco dopo i voli lunghi e brevi e non dormivo per 30 ore, andai a dormire la notte come al solito, ma sono abbastanza sicuro che mi disturberebbe quando il giorno sono più sensibile al suono. Non l'ho riportato perché era solo un breve soggiorno. In generale, darei una 4 stelle come l'atteggiamento del personale (controllo, check-out e pulizia da parte della signora) e il loro servizio merita un grande rispetto, standard fino a par colazione e camera pulita.

Fantastic place. Went to Denver for a conference. This hotel downtown was very close to the venue. Clean and spacious room. Really nice staff. They also stored my luggage before checking in. Recommended!

I stayed at the Westin the night before my flight because I didn't want to panic about getting to the airport on time. I'd heard Westin is good quality and the location really is so convenient so I splurged. I kind of wish I hadn't. The room was very basic. The shower was nice, but there was nothing about my stay that made me think ”worth every penny!” Especially since they charge for internet. Good things: the staff are delightful although they definitely seemed understaffed and a bit stressed. The rooms are very clean and the bed was very comfortable. It's AT the airport and so easy to navigate! I asked for some extra water and they brought a lot. The room service food was so good. Meh things: the carpet made me super glad I brought my own slippers. It didn't seem dirty, but something about carpeted hotel rooms are kind of icky. The coffee cups were all paper and I just felt like I was making a lot of trash when all I wanted was evening tea and morning coffee. Boo things: not even an hour of free wifi? Just straight up ”pay 18 extra dollars on top of the hundreds for a basic room so you can tell your family you arrived ok and make sure you know where to go at the airport tomorrow.” I don't know, I'm not a business guy but it felt very cheap and petty.

Ho prenotato questo hotel e non potevo arrivare, ho parlato per cancellare e anche se dice che parlano spagnolo nessuno mi ha potuto rispondere nella mia lingua, ho fatto il tentativo parlando un po 'di inglese che voleva cancellare la prenotazione o cambiarla nel suo stesso hotel di Gallup, è stato Impossibile comunicare e mi hanno colpito, ho fatto il processo di cancellazione per Trip e non ho avuto risposta, ho dovuto fare un'altra prenotazione a Gallup

Il primo posto in questo hotel è molto situato. Puoi accedere a C-470 in solo 2 - 3 minuti e l'accesso a I-25 è altrettanto facile e richiede solo 5 o così minuti. In meno di un chilometro di raggio è il Parco Meadows Mall, diversi supermercati/store di droga, più ristoranti di quanto si possa immaginare, Walmart, Sam's Club, Target, Costco, Ikea, campeggi di golf, tracce di bicicletta, parchi, ecc. L'hotel sembra essere stato aggiornato abbastanza recentemente, poiché tutte le finiture dell'edificio sembravano pulite, luminose e completamente nuove. Ci piaceva in particolare che la zona doccia/toiletta fosse separata dalla zona di bagno, la stanza era molto tranquilla, perché non c'era nulla di rumore dall'esterno o dalle camere ad essa accanto, né dalla strada. Di solito non dormo bene in hotel, perché il rumore più basso mi mantiene sveglio, ma durante il nostro soggiorno qui ho dormito come un bambino. Il personale del front desk era professionale, sapiente e molto accogliente. L'unica cosa meno della nostra esperienza è che il menu del colazione era sul lato luminoso rispetto alla maggior parte degli altri hotel che abbiamo soggiornato, ma lo spazio per la cena è spazioso e pulito. In sintesi, non si può sbagliare a scegliere di rimanere in questo hotel ben gestito.

I had a wonderful stay at The Armstrong Hotel this past Easter weekend. This was a staycation while I hung out with some friends who live in Windsor. So, I didn't do much on the main drag of College Avenue. But it seemed like a bustling and exciting place. The room was well kept and clean, and the front desk staff were nice and welcoming. The bed was very comfortable, and the water pressure was great. I requested a luggage rack, and someone placed in into my room with no problem. I would definitely return to stay again. Maybe the 3rd floor next time. I was on the second floor and bless the cleaning staff for all they do, but they are fast and furious with that vacuum cleaner in the morning. That was the bulk of the noise I experienced. Not terrible. The parking was convenient, and close by. My only critique is that the parking lot next to the Bohlender Funeral Chapel needs some light at night. When returning late at night, the parking lot is extremely dark. And some cars were double parked. I read some reviews about the loudness of the train that goes down the next block on Mason Street. It wasn't bad. You should always travel with earplugs, but the hotel provided ear plugs which was a nice touch.

This is a beautiful historic property, with a fantastic team providing impeccable service to guests! The property is located very conveniently, close to the hot springs and walking distance to downtown. The lobby and the Courtyard ares beautiful. We had a bit of an issue getting the hang of operating the ceiling fan and the room heating system, and the team's response to get us updated was super quick. Overall, a great experience.
