I stayed at Anemon Mardin Hotel for one night during a bus transit in Mardin. My travel plans were unexpectedly affected when flights were suspended due to the Iran–US conflict, so I continued my journey by bus and chose this hotel for an overnight stay. The property provided a reliable and comfortable stopover. The check-in process was efficient, and the staff were courteous and professional. My room was clean, quiet, and well-prepared, which allowed me to rest properly after a long journey. Although my stay was brief, I appreciated the hotel’s convenient location and the overall quality of service. For travelers passing through Mardin, Anemon Mardin Hotel offers a dependable option for rest and comfort.

The staff were very kind and helpful throughout our stay. We really loved the room and the overall service, they made us feel welcome and comfortable. However, there were a few issues that affected our experience. The location was quite difficult to access. The path to the main road is rocky and uneven, and I unfortunately fell twice while trying to get there. It may not be suitable for everyone, especially if you have luggage or mobility concerns. There was also a power outage that lasted more than 12 hours, and during that time we couldn’t shower with warm water. Overall, the staff and service were excellent, but these issues made our stay less comfortable than we expected.

A good option for a Mardin stay. It is clean, the staff is incredibly nice and always available to help (even though the english level of some staff members made the communication a bit difficult sometimes, but we always worked things out). Gym is good and the pool area is really nice. 10 minutes drive from the old city. Really recommend it 😃

L'hotel e i suoi servizi mi sono piaciuti. Ho perso il telefono a Mardin e la reception mi ha aiutato a ritrovarlo tecnicamente. Ho solo una lamentela. Ho prenotato questo hotel tramite Trip.com. Tuttavia, la reception ha insistito nel dirmi che la prenotazione era stata effettuata e che il pagamento non era stato ricevuto. Nonostante mi abbiano mostrato l'estratto conto della mia carta di credito e uno screenshot dell'app Trip che diceva PAGATO, hanno affermato che non avevo pagato. C'era chiaramente un problema di comunicazione sistemico che non aveva nulla a che fare con me. La receptionist ha cercato di addebitare una carta di credito che avevo registrato online senza il mio permesso e, quando non sono riusciti a ricevere il pagamento, mi hanno detto che la mia carta di credito non era valida. Ho effettuato il pagamento tramite l'app una volta, ma non ho permesso loro di registrare la mia carta di credito. Non avevo prenotato con pagamento anticipato, quindi ho pagato per intero. Perché avrei dovuto registrare e collegare la mia carta di credito al sistema? Abbiamo riscontrato questo problema al momento del check-in, ma non l'hanno risolto. Sono tornati con la stessa retorica al momento del check-out e, nonostante avessimo cercato di dire loro che stavamo prendendo il volo, hanno insistito sul fatto che non avevamo pagato. Questa incomprensione è stata l'unica cosa che ha rovinato il mio soggiorno in hotel. Se pagate i servizi di questo hotel tramite un altro intermediario, assicuratevi di conservare gli estratti conto e gli screenshot che comprovano il pagamento. Non potrete giustificare le vostre azioni in seguito.

Molto consiglia questo hotel a tutti! Come molti soggiornanti all'hotel hanno detto, la posizione è molto conveniente per tutti. E 'solo nel centro della città! C'è anche un ristorante fantastico con gazebo, da dove si può guardare in giro la scena di questa città. Nel frattempo il manager è bello e così utile da dare buon consiglio sul turismo! Non si rimpiangerà di rimanere qui.

The road to the hotel just went higher and higher, but once we arrived, the view was amazing. The room was clean and spacious, but the terrace is the main attraction here. Since Mardin is 1000+ m above sea level, you feel that it's quite windy, which goes so well with the hot weather. The photos do not do justice to how beautiful it is, seriously underrated. Have recommended friends and family.

Excellent, friendly service. Traditional Konak building, cetral location, very clean room. Large terrace with pleasant view of the castle. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Per quanto ci aspettiamo di un hotel, consideriamo la più grande aspettativa come un luogo tranquillo e bello per la stanchezza del giorno. Il 6° piano, siamo stati al mattino 6-7, inizia come 1-2, fino alla notte 1-2, inizia la mattina 5-6, inizia un rumore fino a mezzogiorno. 8. Non riesco a pensare a chi rimane al settimo piano, e il rumore e' anche il rumore delle corna, le voci del carro continuano fino a domattina, e se veniamo in camera, non mi consiglio mai ai miei piccoli amici e amiconi con bambini. Non c'è posto per il bambino, non c'è posto per il doccia, non c'è problema con il parcheggio, non abbiamo mai avuto il denaro, non abbiamo mai consigliato, l'unica cosa positiva è la buona volontà e il sorriso dei lavoratori. E se non tutto, vogliono 900 persone per colazione, 0 punti, controllate le foto che ho caricato.
