Nuova Zelanda: hotel con servizio colazione nella provincia di Canterbury

My friends and I had a great stay at The Bealey Quarter! The motel is situated in Christchurch City, allowing easy access to the tourist sites, whether you're travelling on foot, by car, or by public transport. There are plenty of buses and metro buses that frequently stop right near the accommodation as well! The staff were very friendly. We had a late flight (that got delayed even later) and ended up having to check in after hours. They were very accommodating with this, and similarly, when we asked for new towels, we received them immediately. Similarly, they were kind enough to allow us to put our luggage in their reception office whilst we went to collect our rental car on the day that we checked out. My only issue is that I had to contact them a few times before I received the late check-in details. The facilities were lovely. and very clean! The bathroom was private with a shower with good pressure and hot water. The bench and the toilet were a little high, which we were surprised by, but this wasn't a major issue at all! My only recommendation would be to add a ventilation fan to the bathroom, as although there is an open window above the sink, ventilation was still not ideal. The room came with a heater, a really good fan, and very comfy blankets and duvets. We were also provided with glasses and mugs, a selection of tea, coffee, and hot chocolate, a hair dryer, a bin, a little cupboard, desk, chair, and even a bench where our suitcases fit really well. The view of the courtyard was beautiful despite the somewhat miserable weather, and access to the courtyard via the back door meant we could use the hammocks in the nice grassy area :) The back door was a bit tough to open, and we had to actually get the staff to show us how to use it. My only other qualm is that there is no potable water in the rooms themselves. Instead, our keycard allows us to the Lodge (I believe the hostel area), where there's a kitchen and we can fill up. Overall, we had a great experience here and I definitely recommend the Bealey Quarter to anyone coming to Christchurch. It was so affordable too :)) I didn't get many good photos but here you go!

Spazioso e convenientemente situato nel centro della città. Amichevole personale. Il parcheggio è limitato, ma il parcheggio metrologico è gratuito dalle 6:00 alle 9:00.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had a great stay at Lylo Christchurch. The location is very convenient, especially as it’s close to the airport and transport options. The room was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for a short stay. Check-in was easy and the staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, a very convenient and comfortable place to stay in Christchurch. Would definitely consider staying here again!

This Novotel is located within walking distance to the tram station and the famous New Regent Street. The beds are also comfortable. Our only problem with the room is that with its large bathroom there is not even a single hook on the wall for hanging used towel. There is also no heated drying rack, which should be a rather common in-room facility found in many other hotels in NZ. The only sink / washing basin is right outside the bathroom, and it is tiny compared to the large bathroom. In short, the bathroom has a terrible wasted space issue.

Highly recommended if you’re planning to explore Lake Tekapo.

Un soggiorno molto conveniente se si viaggia attraverso l'aeroporto di Christchurch. Le camere sono piccole ma pulite. La colazione è passibile, ma offre una grande vista sulla rampa aeroportuale.

Questo hotel è davvero carino con camere senza spot e temperate, un bellissimo colazione ricco e personale eccezionalmente gentile e attento. Grazie speciali a Chris Donaldson e Vicky Huang per l'eccellente assistenza.Hanno agito rapidamente per aiutare a recuperare un oggetto che ho lasciato all'hotel.

Una delle migliori vacanze alberghiere che abbiamo avuto in South Island, la stanza è spaziosa con un grande spa nella camera da letto principale, splendida vista sul Monte Hutt e abbiamo goduto anche il golf

Il personale amichevole della ricezione ha offerto un traghetto per complimenti all'aeroporto la mattina prossima, un servizio che non avevo notato era disponibile. Il personale si è davvero accolto, e mi ha fatto sentire benvenuto; e le cose che mi hanno fatto pensare erano offrire una bottiglia di latte fresco, che era un toccamento inaspettato ma bello, e l’assistenza nel trasporto dei bagagli sia nella stanza che a bordo del furgone. Tutti questi piccoli atti di gentilezza mi hanno fatto sentire così benvenuto, soprattutto la mia notte scorsa in Nuova Zelanda. :)
