Paesi Bassi: hotel con servizio colazione nella provincia di Olanda Meridionale

So happy with the hotel. Location was ideal and had some great views of the surrounding area. Room was spacious as well as comfortable! This was way above my expectation. It seems the hotel has been recently renovated which enhanced the experience too

L'hotel si trova in una posizione molto comoda, con tram e metropolitana proprio fuori dall'ingresso, e ci vogliono circa 15 minuti per raggiungere il centro città. Ci sono supermercati e lavanderie a gettoni nelle vicinanze, il che è comodo per fare shopping. L'hotel è stato recentemente ristrutturato e la camera tripla è spaziosa, così puoi aprire tutte le valigie. L'hotel ha una palestra e uso il tapis roulant tutti i giorni. L'ambiente è confortevole. L'unica cosa di cui non sono soddisfatto sono i servizi igienici. Metà della porta a vetri è troppo piccola e l'acqua della doccia schizza facilmente vicino al water, bagnando il pavimento.

The location is exactly in the town city. Tram is only 1 min away, 2 tram stops away from the centraal station. Perfect location! The breakfast is great, but without mushrooms and enough fresh fruit. Only bananas and chopped fruits for yoghurt were provided. I love having breakfast in the den. The environment facing the river and the road, and the jazz background music is so relaxing. I don’t like having my breakfast in my room or in the lobby. Staffs are very friendly and helpful offering help in person about how to use the washing machines and the dryers. Fitness room is tiny. Dumbbells increase by 2kg from 4kg. The seat of the machine for lap pull is not secure, so I didn’t use it. In my conclusion, the service is excellent, and room is spacious and new. I would love to come back next time.

Ho soggiornato in hotel una notte in una stanza accogliente. La stanza ha un design fantastico, è pulita, il letto è comodo e il personale è cordiale. Un bel posto vicino a Rottedam blaak👍

The location: superb 15 mins on foot from the Rotterdam Centraal Station / 8 mins by Tram The metro station Eendrachtsplein is just right next to the hotel, and it’s just one stop away from the World Trade Centre. Walkable distance to the supermarket Albert Heijn or Dirk and the famous shopping areas called Lijnbaan 🛌Room: spacious and nice sound proof, my room is located on the 10th floor, can’t hear any sounds from the street / tram 🫠However improvement is needed for the hygiene, stains are found on the couch and the tv remote control is quite dirty. Can tell either the previous hotel guests had very oily hands/ like to eat chips/ popcorns/ biscuits while using the remote. I had to use the alcohol wipe to clean it before using it🤢 🛀Bathroom: hygiene is acceptable, shower gel, conditioner, shampoo, dryers are provided but not the tooth brush / paste. I brought my own so I didn’t ask for it. 🚿Sufficient water pressure from the shower and the bathtub did help me a lot after a long day. 🥋Bath rope and slippers are provided. There’re a mini fridge, coffee machine, and an electric water broiler. 🤢however I found there’re some sediments in the broiler so I just brought the bottle water from the supermarket instead. 🍞🥖🥐Breakfast: average to good, a wide selection of pastry, and cheese. With salmon, ham, sausages, scrambled eggs, hard/ soft boiled eggs, yogurts and some grannolas 💁🏻♀️Staff: attentive and kind - i didn’t wait for too long for check in, waiting time was just around 5 mins, since I arrived at around 12 and I just asked whether my room was ready and the reception was kind to help me to see whether early check in was possible! Lucky me, I could get my room earlier. - The reception also helped me to receive my delivery and stored it for me until I returned to the hotel. Thank you so much for helping me out. 🫤The day before the last day, I checked with the counter at the breakfast receptionist that she said she didn’t find my record for the breakfast on my last day (the check out day), she advised me to purchase for the extra breakfast, if I wanted. However, when I looked at my hotel booking that it’s included. so if you are also booked with the breakfast, make sure you double check with them.

L'intera stanza è molto piccola, la vasca non è grande, ma la stanza è pulita, non c'è frigorifero nella stanza, l'acqua da mangiare deve essere presa al piano di check-in.Ma la posizione è conveniente, e il cibo è conveniente

L'hotel è un po' lontano, ma c'è un autobus che va al centro della città di Delft. Migliore prendere un taxi o Uber se ha bagagli. La stanza è di buona dimensione, la mattress è sul lato morbido per me e la coppa è troppo alta, è necessario fare la mia coppa. Il servizio è fantastico, il personale è molto amichevole e super utile. La colazione è semplice, ma è ancora abbastanza buona per iniziare un giorno. La fabbricazione di camere può essere migliorata, talvolta usato asciugamani sono lasciati sul desk, carta tessuto non riempita e così via. In generale, consiglierei ancora questo hotel se si va a fare affari o dovete rimanere intorno a quella zona.

Nice location, a bit in the middle of the city and the beach. Pier is very close. City center can be reached by tram easily. Good for business travel.

The on-site restaurant also offered quality meals, and the service was top-notch. I highly recommend it and will definitely stay here again in the future!
