Non devi preoccuparti di cosa mangiare, devi solo mangiare e giocare in tempo🤤 L'hotel è in una buona posizione e anche la camera con vista sulla piscina è molto bella Dato che festeggiamo un compleanno, ovviamente per scegliere un ambiente migliore. Il cibo e le bevande sono nella media e ok, e il wifi è disponibile solo nella hall dell'hotel e questo può essere migliorato. L'attrazione Summer Mom Tea è proprio accanto ad essa. Questo è un super punto a favore🥳Le strutture di supporto complessive sono ben fatte👍🏾 (lo snorkeling con le tartarughe🤿 richiede un acquisto aggiuntivo di MYR 70 a persona, che è un po' costoso (preparatevi a prepararvi). prendi una macchina fotografica per scattare foto, altrimenti puoi anche pagare MYR 20) Una foto in ringgit malese) Necessita di ulteriore rafforzamento: Si ricorda agli ospiti che possono recarsi al molo e attendere la barca delle 9:30 (non è necessario aggiungere MYR 20 a persona) Aspetta che il comandante venga a prenderti alla stazione degli autobus alle 7:00

Resort Stay Review— My overall stay at this resort was great, and I would definitely consider returning with my extended family. Arrival & Ferry Service— The complimentary ferry service from Fairfield Kuala Besut to Perhentian Island and back was a nice touch. We were provided with free drinks, and the waiting area at the restaurant or lobby was comfortable and convenient. Birthday Surprise— This was a birthday trip for my husband, and I truly appreciated the effort put into decorating our room and providing a complimentary birthday cake. It made our stay extra special! Room & Privacy— The room itself was spacious and comfortable, but it lacked privacy as it was clearly visible from the pool opposite (Room No. 2048). I requested a room change to a more private space but, unfortunately, received no response. Cleanliness & Housekeeping Issue— On the second day, I found a dead animal stuck on the daybed’s blind. Since I wasn’t using the blind, I left it there as we were checking out the next day. However, I was disappointed with the front desk’s response when I reported it upon checkout. The receptionist simply said, “Oh, we will ask them to see and remove it,” without offering an apology or even a simple thank you for informing them. For a five-star hotel, I expected better hospitality and professionalism. Dining Experience— • Breakfast Buffet: The breakfast buffet was fantastic, with a wide variety of options to choose from. I especially loved the nasi lemak—the sambal was just right, not watery or overly sweet. There were also plenty of desserts and even ice cream, which was a nice surprise! • In-Room Dining: The food was delicious and well-presented, but it wasn’t very warm upon arrival. It would be great if they could serve it hotter or use a warmer. • Restaurant Dinner: I ordered grilled beef, grilled prawns, and fish, and all were absolutely delicious! Facilities & Environment— The resort’s facilities were excellent—top-notch in every aspect. I especially loved the romantic beach area, though the climb to reach it was a bit tiring. Still, the view and experience were worth it! Late Checkout & Departure— A big plus was the complimentary late checkout at 4 PM, which aligned perfectly with the ferry departure time. This was really convenient and appreciated. Final Thoughts— Despite a few minor issues, I truly enjoyed my stay. The resort offers a wonderful experience, great food, and excellent facilities. I would definitely return with my extended family for another trip!

Excellent service. Before check in they call us to confirmed what times expected to check in. Im also requested to hv a pool view. Room cleanliness is superb. Huge smart tv in the room. Super delicious breakfast spreads. Staff is friendly some more. Definitely will stay again on my next terengganu visit.

An old resort, some parts are being renovated. The services are good. Variety of breakfast are OK for the money. The beach and swimming pool are fantastic

Everything in here is sooooo niceeeee. The beach view, the amenities, facilities, all are ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. Of course not budget friendly, thus we didn't choose for dinner & lunch. The breakfast has quite a limited menu although we spend A LOT for the price which is quite a bit bummer. They will ask MYR1000 DEPOSIT, but we can request to opt for it. The reason for the deposit is for them to auto deduct any additional paid service but if we opt out, we have to pay it straight away (which is fine for us). Have daily activities but some of them have to pay. The entertainment room is funnn. Always playing pool table there but quite eerie at night as the room is far from others and the path to it is a bit dark. Overall still satisfied with this resort as all are tip topp. Their workers are friendly. The beach is unforgettable!! Amenities given are completely more than enough.

Ho avuto un buon soggiorno in questo hotel. Il personale era amichevole e accogliente. La mia camera era pulita e confortevole. Il letto era particolarmente accogliente. Le opzioni per la colazione erano buone, e il cibo era fresco. La posizione era conveniente, vicino a negozi e ristoranti. Torneremo la prossima volta!

Era bassa stagione quando siamo andati, non c'era molta gente e gli altri hotel e ristoranti intorno erano praticamente chiusi, quindi siamo stati in hotel per vitto, alloggio e intrattenimento.Siamo stati per 4 notti e 5 giorni, e ho partecipato a tutte le attività dell'hotel, ho anche mangiato in tutti i ristoranti e sono molto soddisfatto e i prezzi sono ragionevoli. Il servizio dell'hotel è molto caloroso e premuroso e alla fine è diventato amico del cameriere e ha persino partecipato alla festa dell'hotel a Capodanno. La spiaggia è molto comoda e adatta allo stordimento. La famiglia ei bambini non vogliono andarsene. Un'ottima esperienza di soggiorno.

La stanza è pulita e confortevole per un breve soggiorno. La strada è un po' profumata a causa di pochi clienti che mettono le loro scarpe fuori. Nelle vicinanze del caffè Nasken, e pochi ristoranti all'interno 50m. Raccomandato
