LOCATION Excellent location. In the immediate vicinity of the market, and a few blocks' walk from 82nd/84th and 27th Streets, where you'll find street food for dinner. The OK Express minibus company (for Bagan, among other destinations) is a 5-minute walk away. Palace and pagodas are easily accessible by bicycle. SERVICE Excellent welcome, despite arriving at dawn. Excellent customer service. They provide a lot of advice. Excellent work by the housekeeping teams in the rooms and the restaurant. Excellent attention from the night watchmen. The sign at the entrance sums it all up: ”It's not a hotel, it's your home.” ENVIRONMENT Quiet and safe neighborhood. A very good quality hotel, well laid out, and very well maintained. Quality furnishings. Spotlessly clean. ROOM Standard double room: Sufficient space for one person, perhaps a little small for two. Bright. Well laid out. Mirror in the bedroom. Very good quality bedding. Clean, good quality linens. Spacious and clean bathroom. Hot water with good pressure. Good air conditioning. Very good Wi-Fi. Well-placed electrical outlets. The only thing missing was a dedicated space for luggage. BREAKFAST Depending on the number of guests, breakfast is served à la carte or buffet-style. À la carte: one dish of your choice, one drink of your choice (unlimited tea and coffee), one piece of fruit. For this option, given the abundance of fruit available in Myanmar, I would suggest offering an unlimited fruit salad. Buffet: Adequately stocked. Hot dishes, fruit, bread, and drinks. The restaurant is on the rooftop on the 4th floor. Airy and bright, it offers a beautiful view of the city. AMENITIES/SERVICES OFFERED *The room had a hairdryer, an electric kettle, and a small minibar refrigerator. *Bottled water, tea, and coffee were provided. Water dispensers were also available at reception. *Luggage was stored before and after check-in. *Free use of bicycles was available. This was a very popular option that made it easy to get around and explore the surrounding area. *The hotel has a generator, ensuring a continuous power supply. *Bus ticket booking service. A quick note regarding booking bus tickets to Bagan: 2 options: - JJ Express bus. The ticket costs 55,000 MMK if purchased directly from the company, versus 66,000 MMK through the hotel, which is 10% more expensive. - OK Express minibus. The ticket costs 45,000 MMK through the hotel. All locals paid 30,000 MMK directly in the minibus. Price not verified for foreigners. In conclusion, Good value for money. Highly recommended. Already saved to my favorites. This is clearly the kind of hotel every traveler would love to find. Price offered live for a standard double room with breakfast [May 2026] = 85,000 MMK.

A good hotel in Mandalay. Friendly staff. interesting and unusual Indian themed decor that extended to the rooms. Rooftop restaurant with good view of mandalay from the sheer balcony. Great shower. The highlight was the low priced but absolutely excellent food on offer, which is unusual for a mandalay hotel. the portion was gigantic and was super tasty. I was honestly blown away by the food. The girl on the desk was friendly, helpful, and spoke great English.

Hotel di alta qualità a Mandalay. Il buffet per la prima colazione è grande, specialmente le noodles Shan e il tè chai. Il caffè non era buono, si arrendeva dopo tre giorni e si trasferiva a Chai. Non sono sicuro se fossero le feci o il latte, ma non sapeva bene. Il buffet di frutta potrebbe avere più scelta. Aggiungi banane, mango, longan o jackfruit. I noodles di Shan erano grandi, ma sarebbe bello avere anche Mohinga. La piscina era bella con i bambini. Un'area molto sicura.

酒店挺不錯的環境也挺好的，在曼德勒這個地方這樣的價位也是很合適的，比較推薦可以訂座的酒店酒店也有發電機，你能保證來電。

Location, amazing. Ambiance, great. While the service and staff are excellent, but sadly the place is under maintenance. Perhaps it was because of significant reduction of guests in Bagan. Breakfast was good. Room services was good. The hotel graciously allowed us to check in early, but I found that the toilet and towels were not cleaned properly. I alerted the front desk and they immediately cleaned the room. Another issue related to the toilet was the permanent stain on the wall and floor, and also the very low water pressure. For that price and the cleanliness, I got a bit frustrated.

Люблю этот отель. Он одновременно на краю прямо у реки, что создает атмосферу полной уединённости и очень близко к самым интересным пагодам. Можно даже пешком пойти. Или арендовать электробайк. Они там правда убитые) но это хорошо вписывается в общую винтажную атмосферу отеля — роскошь прошлого века слегка покрытая пылью. Единственное что мне мешало — это другие туристы, которые ходили толпой около бассейна и фотографировались 😆 Звучит немного цинично, но они разрушали атмосферу, что я стильный богатый путешественник прошлого в отеле, куда случайному человеку вход запрещен 😆

Отель с шикарной территорией и бассейном с видом на пагоды. Ночью пагоды подсвечиваются и становится особенно красиво. Завтраки обычные, ничего такого. Рядом есть башня с видом на Баган, рекомендую подняться. На ресепшене очень милые сотрудники, со всем нам помогли. Арендовать скутер или заказать такси можно также на ресепшене. Номера в аутентичном стиле, приятно рассматривать детали! Все понравилось, кроме напора в душе, он слабый. А так, рекомендую!

La posizione dell'hotel è molto buona: siamo andati al Palazzo Reale e abbiamo guardato tutte le altre visione. Beh, quando abbiamo assunto un tuck-tuck per andare intorno alle periferie, non importa da dove siete presi. Intorno alla massa di negozi tessili, molti snacks, sulla strada successiva un grande negozio di frutta, inoltre, sulla strada successiva ci sono stati diversi camion che commerciano durian a un prezzo di getto (rispetto alla Thailandia). Ci sono le droghe COCO e AEON in accesso passo per passo, dove a un prezzo relativamente basso si possono acquistare sia noodles/riso, sia una varietà di frutta e specialità locali. La camera media, accogliente, con aria condizionata, contenitore, sicurezza, mettevano ogni giorno la cucina, il caffè, ma per qualche motivo non mettono le maniche nel bagno, anche se la scatola sotto di loro è in piedi. La pulizia e la modifica di tovaglioli ogni giorno, la lingerie si cambia ogni due giorni, l'unica cosa che posso fare è che le cameriere non sono molto attenti, la bagno ha finito con sapone e gel, e poiché non hanno controllato la capacità, era necessario sparare. Un giorno è arrivato alle 16:00, la stanza non è stata rimossa, e per qualche motivo non c'è piastra ”non disturbare” e la mattina dopo ci è andata in camera, è bello che sia stato in bagno e la porta è stata chiusa sulla catena. Nella serata in 20.00 spegni la luce, esattamente per qualche minuto, poi accendi. Molto debole inno. Avvertito che l'ultimo giorno sarebbe presto per andare via - la boxe di pranzo cucinato e nemmeno l'acqua non si dimenticava. Aiutato a ordinare tuck-tuck per il giorno che avevamo pianificato di guardare le vecchie capitali, negoziato con tuck-tucker. Molto gentile e amichevole.

Excellent stay here & extended one extra day in Bagan. Staffs are super friendly & helpful, it’s inside the bagan pagodas & backyard is Irrawaddy river, quiet & pewceful. Very thankful that they let me check in earlier at 7.30am & upgraded my room to suite. I had the most wonderful time staying here in Bagan! Highly recommended!!!
