This newly built stone efficiency cottage is a companion to the larger Althea Cottage at the front. It has the amenities of a nice hotel room plus a well stocked kitchenette but in a private location.In 2026 a full bedroom with ensuite bath was completed at the rear so that the Murphy bed can be kept closed and the whole original studio used as a living/dining room. This will also allow space to be used by a third or fourth person with the bed lowered just for sleeping.
