Giappone: hotel con servizio colazione nella provincia di Prefettura di Shiga

Il check-in è stato effettuato alle 9:00 e abbiamo scoperto che l'hotel ha organizzato una stanza danneggiata (cfr. foto) per noi al momento prima del tempo del letto. Una porta del cabinetto di legno è stata persa, ma lasciando la porta sul lato del cabinetto, e abbiamo deciso di non chiedere di cambiare la stanza, anche se non ci siamo sentiti rispettati come ospite dell’hotel. Abbiamo denunciato le questioni al dipartimento frontale e l'agente di servizio clienti ha spiegato che non si tratta di una porta di cabina rotta/ danneggiata, ma era questa la loro intenzione di rimuovere la porta. Sembra una scusa, perché se si trattasse di rimuovere la porta, perché solo una porta era rimuovere piuttosto che entrambe, le pendenti della porta erano ancora legate, il che significa che la porta poteva essere reinstallata un giorno.

Very good experience at the Mercure Lake Biwa. A high-standard hotel with great views and quality services. Even though there were many group guests, everything was well organized. Thanks to my Accor card, I could enjoy some nice benefits, which was much appreciated. The staff was friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. They are also bike friendly !

同じ様なホテルが混在していて、一度間違って同系列のフロントに入ってしまいましたが、フロントの方もとても丁寧に対応していただけました。 料金も安くて、良かったです。また利用しようと思います。

A great place to stay near the station with friendly helpful staff and a somewhat pretty nice breakfast, considering it is complimentary. This hotel is close to Hikone Castle and the JR station. The hotel also offers a lot of parking space for free, which being close to the station is amazing! The room was clean and tidy with a typical Japanese style small bath. The only thing that upset us, was the lack of Onigiri which had been in the photos when booking. But. Again, the breakfast is complimentary and seasonal as said in the hotel, so no big issue! Would stay again!

great lake view, very big room, very nice people. only thing, if you arrive early and wait for your room to be ready they don’t even offer a glass of water. also, the lounge is repeatedly serving the same food, day in day out.. Over sll, would definately recommend the hotel!

L'hotel più soddisfatto per questo viaggio solo. Sento grande con questo hotel. Pulizia e servizio è così buono, sentire godere di attrazioni all'interno della stanza dell'hotel. Lo amo tanto, e sono molto vicino alla stazione

The huge Marriott is complete with great hospitality. The hotel has a cycling route and a sport centre 3 mins walk away with only ¥500 rental per house for normal bikes and gears which is great for the hotel guests and great location for young riders to start the riding. Journey here

The lady receptionist is very helpful and kind. Much appreciated for your help! In general, the hotel situates for just a 2-minute distance from Seta JR Station, and it takes around ~20min travelling time from/to Kyoto. Reasonable facilities given the price is economic. Thank you for the hospitality.

This hotel has the best hotel receptionist we met on our 6 week traveling through Japan. Our bicycle was broken, she was very patient with the language barrier between us. She insisted we brought the bike insde the hotel as outside it was too hot. She went collect plastic gloves, carried our bike chain (which was very greasy), helped 10 minutes to work on the chain. She told us she worked in a bikeshop before she started working in the hotel. An amazing lady!!
