The double room was ok. The dorm room not so. Double rooms were sold out so we had to book the dorm. There isnt much ventilation in the dorm room, and its set to 25 deg heater, really very warm. Even 26/27 deg air conditioning wouldve still been better. Quite uncomfortable with the heater.

Close to the train station. The rooms are clean and and big for Japanese standards. Also the included breakfast is good, compared to other locations of this hotel chain in Japan.

L'hotel si trova a circa 100 metri dalla stazione di Saga, quindi è facile da trovare. Ci sono 14 piani in totale. È possibile prendere l'ascensore per salire al piano superiore semplicemente strisciando la tessera. La stanza è grande solo 15 metri quadrati e ha due letti piccoli. La pulizia viene effettuata una volta ogni quattro giorni. Cambi gli asciugamani e butti la spazzatura fuori dalla porta. Il personale addetto alle pulizie lo porterà via al mattino e lascerà un set di asciugamani puliti. La colazione è in realtà molto semplice e il personale è restio a proporre troppi cibi leggermente migliori. Solo piccole aggiunte. My stay at Ureshino Onsen Yoshidaya Uchiroji Hondori (also known as Yadoya Uchiroji Hondori) was a tale of two extremes in the charming hot spring town of Ureshino, Saga Prefecture. The hotel was modern Japanese-style with smart check-in system. The twin room was spacious, impeccably clean, and exude serene comfort, making it a perfect retreat. The private onsen facilities truly shine— It was a free slot with 40 mins, which could be booked once via QR Code at the room. Ureshino's famous sodium-rich hot springs, renowned as one of Japan's top three for beautifying the skin, deliver silky-smooth water that leaves you feeling rejuvenated. However, the meal plan was a major letdown. I sent an email to the hotel to confirm my booking and stated I did not eat beef before. The customer service replied I had to pay extra per person in order to change the meat option. For over JPY 38,000 per night including breakfast and dinner, we anticipated premium kaiseki cuisine or traditional served Japanese dinner set. Instead, only a bento box with cold salad and an underwhelming beef and egg pie that felt mismatched for the price. Tragically, my husband experienced vomiting shortly after, likely food-related, which overshadowed our trip. And the breakfast was also disappointing, which was only cold sandwiches with a cup of tea or milk. Thus, I strongly recommend the hotel clearly states the exact contents of dinner and breakfast plans on booking sites—including detailed menus or photos—and offers flexible options, such as plan changes or alternatives, if guests fall ill from the food. This transparency and adaptability would greatly enhance the experience and prevent frustration.

good quality. good service. Mandarin, English, Japanese are okay. very convenient. 5 mins distance to the Saga station both public and private bathrooms are available. There was also a breakfast available which costs 600 yen but the quality is terrible.

This hotel has a more classic and vintage-style room design, but the space was decent and everything was very clean. One lovely feature is the small chapel in the hotel lobby, which seems to be used for weddings—it added a warm and charming touch. The scenery right next to the hotel is also beautiful, making the overall stay quite pleasant.

設施陳舊，就是一個老牌的温泉酒店，而且交通不便，對於一個不懂日元不太懂英語的人來説怎麼去約免費接送，1600元包早餐和晚餐真的不怎麼划算，晚餐就是個日餐，東西還可以，但看見鄰桌的韓國人是牛肉烤肉，重點要説一下：服務員問要飲料嗎，我問是否包含在套餐裏，她説：是，還給我推薦了啤酒，就要了一杯，結果第二天退房時問我要了錢，當時非常生氣，跟他們理論就是笑嘻嘻的把賬單伸到我面前，沒法説…….在這提醒一下朋友們，日本其實很懶，當時我是拿着翻譯器在和她對話，其實她根本不在好好看翻譯器，也不知道是有意的，現在日本人也壞了，他們會推薦你一些貴的沒用的，記住推薦的都不要。這次的日本之行顛覆了以前對日本的好感。

個人覺得上海直飛佐賀，佐賀機場下來直接包車來嬉野温泉非常的方便，不用再去找任何的交通工具轉jr轉巴士過來。嬉野温泉非常安靜，也不大地方。但是週三過來的時候正好是下午1點左右。很多店家都店休沒有開門，以至於找午飯找了很久，終於在一條小巷子裏面找到了。温泉酒店統一都是3點鐘入住，10點鐘退房，我們定的第二天早上是有的。日本人非常死板的是我們在找晚餐的時候找了一些酒店問自助餐，他們回答，如果你不入住的話，是不能夠給你提供付費的自助餐，就是一定要住店客人才能享用。這次東海酒店別看在各大平台這家酒店推薦的人不多，但是實際入住下來還是非常不錯的，性價比也高，我們入住的是日式房，絕對可以住三個人左右，一點都不擁擠，泡温泉的話基本上等於私湯，人也不多，也有分室內和室外都非常的乾淨，一切的洗漱用品都有，早飯的話會預訂時間給您吃的也是非常的豐盛。總體做下來都非常的滿意。而且離嬉野温泉公交轉換站非常的近。

Spacious rooms, but only with separate beds. I like to sleep with my wife in the same bed, but in the room I had to sleep separately. This is a small disadvantage. They didn't clean the room even once for 3 days. Great breakfast, everything was excellent. The public bath was clean and spacious. I liked the yukatas that were given to me. The washing machines are located in the public bathhouse and are not available after 11 p.m. There is also no banknote exchange machine in the laundry room. The hotel is located far from the railway and it would be great to organize a transfer from the railway station to the hotel. Overall, I really enjoyed it. Пляж в 5 минутах ходьбы. Лучше заселяться в будни на выходных людей больше. Иностранцев мало, в основном местные. От жд станции минут 20 пешком. От отеля до жд станции есть бесплатный трансфер 3 раза в день утром (последний вроде в 10:50), а от жд станции Higashi-Karatsu Station минут 20 пешком и общественного транспорта не видел, ходил пешком. Завтрак великолепный -есть смузи, мороженое, морепродукты и много всего другого.
