Exceptional Onsen Experience and Delicious Breakfast My recent stay at this hotel in Japan was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and attended to every detail with genuine hospitality. The highlight of my trip was undoubtedly the exquisite onsen bath house. Nestled amidst serene surroundings, the onsen offered the perfect blend of relaxation and rejuvenation. The facilities were immaculately clean, the water temperature was just right, and the tranquil atmosphere allowed me to truly unwind after a day of exploring. Each morning began with their amazing breakfast spread, featuring a wonderful selection of both Western and Japanese dishes. The quality and freshness of the ingredients were outstanding, and the presentation was as beautiful as the flavours were delicious. From freshly brewed coffee to traditional miso soup, every meal was a delightful start to the day. The rooms were spacious, elegantly decorated, and equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail throughout the hotel was impressive, making my experience truly memorable. I wholeheartedly give this hotel a five-star rating and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Japan. Whether you’re seeking a relaxing getaway, a cultural experience, or just a fantastic place to stay, this hotel exceeds expectations in every way.

The place is just a few meters from Karatsu station. It's clean and quiet, and near restaurants. Ladies' dormitory room has its own door code. The receptionist can speak english. If I ever need a place to stay in Karatsu again, I will definitely choose this place again!

非常非常的推薦有預算的都選擇這個酒店！ 房間窗户可以直接看到護城河～距離景點（熱氣球、神社）都非常的近！ 交通：佐賀車站直接坐昭和巴士（唐澤方向）可以到酒店 或者最方便直接打車。 服務：最後一定要誇一下酒店前台的服務人員！真的幫大忙了！由於九州地區暴雨被滯留在了佐賀出不去，然後行動不方便，想把行李直接快遞到福岡酒店。 前台有一位戴眼鏡的女士，特別好的協助我填寫宅急便訊息！雖然最後快遞公司因為大雨的原因，可能無法在我離店之前將快遞寄到我下一個酒店放棄了，但是酒店服務人員還是大大的協助了我！ 餐飲：夏天太熱了，就在酒店一樓的咖啡廳坐下來邊喝咖啡邊看風景吧，也是非常不錯的一種休閑選擇。（年輪蛋糕很好吃）

Tiny room with an old and very small Queensize (??) bed. Everything seems to be really old, so does the dust in the corners of the room or of the ventilation in the bathroom. Service was okay... we could convince them to leave our bicycles outside the hotel entrance (no way to leave them at the ”luggage storage” inside the lobby). Drinks like coffee, hot chocolate, tea and soft drinks are for free. Microwave free. Also they have a bath house but no sauna for the girls - unfortunately. Best option in town.

We had a 4 night stay at Mercure Saga and had a wonderful time! The lobby is very spacious and beautifully presented. In the afternoon, they provided afternoon tea with snacks and complimentary drinks, which was a lovely touch. We stayed in an ocean-view room with futon beds. It was very spacious and comfortable for our family of three. The breakfast buffet was definitely a highlight, there was such a wide variety of food to choose from! The staff were incredibly friendly, polite, and welcoming throughout our stay. Special thanks as well to the Kudon services for their great hospitality. Thank you again for such a pleasant stay. We were very impressed and will definitely come back again!

Been here two years ago! Hotel is a bit old but tidy and clean! Room is spacious. Car park is free! Down side is the water provided only count if you don’t need room clean up, I stayed 2 night with only one set of water was given according to their rules!☹️Other is buffet only provided from6:00 to 9:00, could be better if extended to 10:00!🤔Be reminded that it only have central air conditioning, no separate air conditioner in the room!

Первый опыт в рекане. Номер удобный, несмотря на свою традиционность. Все необходимое (полотенца, банные принадлежности, чай) было предоставлено в избытке. Онсен тоже понравился, уличная зона прекрасная. Персонал старался помочь в любой ситуации.

The area is almost outmoded, but it seems to be traditional Japanese building. The lobby is big enough, where full of game machines for recreation. Besides, the buffet area is enough foods, but the buffet period is too short and too hurry to eat.

La posizione dell'hotel è buona accanto alla stazione saga. Ci sono molti cibi e anche supermercati nelle vicinanze. L'hotel non ha un parcheggio in hotel, ma il parcheggio è disponibile nelle vicinanze con uno sconto di Y800 per notte. Sono comprese le colazioni e le bevande semplici quasi 24 ore.

每次住鳥棲，都是因為躲避博多昂貴的酒店。 這家酒店就在鳥棲站。左邊兒大概走路一分鐘，非常的方便。 而且他還有免費的早飯。雖然早飯種品類不多，但是也也能吃飽。 酒店有一些年頭了，但是打理的很乾凈，那些衞生用品也很好。都是知名的大牌子。
