Giappone: hotel con servizio colazione nella provincia di Prefettura di Okayama

The staff I came came across were all very polite and had welcoming smiles, no matter at the reception desk or the restaurant on 20/F. I enjoyed my stay here, but it felt comparable to the 3 star hotels, just slightly better especially thanks to the fabulous breakfast and location of breakfast…If hotels have half stars, i would think it’s’more of a 3.5 star hotel instead of a 4. I have a few suggestions which the hotel can look into to improve in the future. 3 Things to improve on: 1) I picked this hotel because I read other reviews saying the hotel is connected to a bridge from the Okayama station. This is true but unfortunately there were no signs in the station to guide travellers unlike another hotel like Granvia. Google suggested that I look for the west exit which I did, but I ended up being at the ground level hence had to bring big suitcase all the stairs…then I spotted the bridge and ANA crowne plaza from the street 2) cleanliness can be improved. There’s a UCC drip coffee machine in the room. I don’t drink coffee, and the box for the drip coffee selection was refilled. However I spotted a used capsule on the floor near the wall. The bin was not blocking the view, so the cleaners could’ve easily spotted the rubbish if they had been a little more careful and looked under the table when they have to clear out the rubbish bin anyway. 3) I sent a message to the hotel via TRIP.com. The message wasn’t replied promptly, as in within a few hours. Ultimately it didn’t matter anymore, I arrived at the hotel before somebody managed to reply me. Maybe it’s the system that’s problematic which may have caused a lag? Or staff only look at mails/messages when not too busy at the front desk?

Family comes with 4 beds (instead of 2 as indicated in trip.com description). Room is pretty spacious, bed is a bit hard and bathroom is a bit narrow, but overall still comfortable. Location is good, walking distance to JR stations, Aeon with good varieties of food at the food court. Near to big camera, animate, donki and lots of shopping options at Aeon too. Will definitely stay here again.

Molto buona posizione. L'hotel ha un buon spa e comodo. Molti parcheggi intorno all'hotel.. molto vicina alle strade commerciali e cibo ... Molto bel posto per soggiornare. Molto consigliato

Siamo una famiglia che viaggia con 3 bambini, quindi guidamo una macchina, e fatto in bagagli. 1) Vessel Hotel ha le mani in basso uno dei migliori letti mai! Abbiamo controllato e capito che era una matrigna Simmons, quindi i letti ci hanno davvero offerto un sonno profondo e tranquillo!! 2) Il parcheggio era proprio fuori dall'hotel, quindi era molto conveniente non dover andare in piedi e giù le diff magazzini per prendere le cose da auto. Dobbiamo parcheggiare in un edificio multi-stiera che era a 12 minuti a piedi, che gnocchi hanno avuto v comodo. 3) Il colazione era divertente. Abbiamo fatto l'estate e abbiamo goduto il Barazushi (Okayama speciale durante i festival) e il riso era dolce, salato, aromatico e delizioso con prato, uova, alghe, radici di loto (vedi pic). Veramente divertente! Provalo 4) Il personale dell'hotel è stato molto utile! Ci siamo chiesti un bagaglio extra per non dover piegare troppo basso e l'hanno portato subito. 5) C'è un grande supermercato proprio lungo la strada con pasticcerie economiche che abbiamo immagazzinato per il nostro viaggio stradale. 6) Se si vuole guidare, questo è un hotel altamente raccomandato a Kurashiki!! Wld rimanere qui di nuovo! Era fantastico!

Questo hotel è un po 'datato nel centro di Okayama. Anche se la posizione è molto centrale, la distanza dalla stazione è un passo abominabile 1.2km, che è appena fuori da passo, soprattutto quando con bagagli. Il colazione è buono, ma a volte il personale si inonda e le tasche non vengono pulite in modo approfondito. L'hotel non offre molte strutture, con un bagno adatto per i viaggiatori di business.

Great location with lots of restaurants nearby and only a short walk to the main tourist district. Staff were friendly and hotel was clean and modern!

Via Inn Okayama was our 6th hotel on this journey, and its location honestly couldn’t have been better. Being directly connected to Okayama Station made everything very convenient — from getting around to grabbing daily necessities. There were even some supermarkets inside the station, which were super handy. The lobby was on the 5th floor and already set the mood, with an amazing view overlooking the station and the city. Our room was simple and comfortable, featuring a small double bed, a desk by the window, a chair, an air purifier, and a fairly new TV with YouTube and Netflix access — perfect for relaxing after a long day. Space was a little tight when we opened our luggage, but it wasn’t a big issue. Even though the bathroom wasn’t very spacious, it still provided enough room to sit comfortably on the toilet, which we appreciated. The real highlight was the view — an unblocked cityscape right from the room that made both mornings and nights extra special. Convenient, comfortable, and memorable — Via Inn Okayama was a great stay right in the heart of the city.

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel di cabina per due notti per visitare l'isola di Naoshima ed è stata una vera e propria esperienza. Se stai cercando un soggiorno unico e di alta qualità, lo consiglio molto. Le Highlights: • Servizio & Food: Il personale è incredibilmente amichevole e accogliente. Un enorme stand è stato il colazione, è stato eccezionalmente fresco e delizioso! • La cabina: Per un alloggio di stile ”cabina”, lo spazio si sentiva sorprendentemente spazioso. Il letto era molto comodo, e ho dormito molto bene. Rivolgendosi alla questione della sicurezza: Prima di prenotare, ero un po' esitante a causa di precedenti recensioni che menzionavano che le cabine non si chiudevano. Tuttavia, dopo essere rimasto lì, non ho trovato questo un problema in alcun modo. Non mi sentivo mai insafe e non l'ho presa dall'esperienza. Buona a sapere: L'unica cosa che devo sapere è che, poiché è una camera da letto condivisa, si può sentire un po' di rumore da altri ospiti, ma, nella mia esperienza, è stato ancora un ambiente molto piacevole e tranquillo. Francamente, non ho nulla di negativo da dire, è un luogo perfetto per i viaggiatori che vanno alle isole d'arte!

A little walk from Okayama station but near AEON mall. There's no English Name of the hotel on site and just go with google map. Check in was fast, starts at exactly 4PM. Breakfast and Dinner are free🫰Room is big for Japanese standard. Stayed for 2 nights as a base for my Kurashiki and Takamatsu itinerary.

This was my second time staying at Abest Grande Hotel, and once again, the experience was excellent. The service is extremely good — all staff are very polite, welcoming, and always greet guests with a genuine smile. We were offered a welcome drink upon arrival, which was a very nice touch. The staff were also very helpful in calling a restaurant on our behalf to assist with making a reservation, which we truly appreciated. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, providing a relaxing environment after a long day. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to nearby transportation, restaurants, and shopping areas, making it a great base for exploring the city. Overall, the hospitality made us feel very comfortable and well taken care of throughout the stay. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit.
