The location is great. It’s a 3 min walk to Niigata station with many eating options and shops (Cocolo). Enjoyed the quality of the toiletires. There’s pyjamas provided. Like the set up of the room with space for a table and seating areas. It will be great to have another pillow.

E'molto pulito, l'atmosfera è buona, piena di stranieri, voglio restare di nuovo.Il ristorante è anche un menu di moda, adatto al vino, il tempo è presto passato.E'anche conveniente usare gli strumenti di sci per andare in auto.Grazie mille.

It’s the best ski resort accommodation you can have for this much you paid for. Nothing is better than a ski in ski out hotel, kids friendly and with special kids amenities. The room is small but it’s just how it is. We enjoyed our first family skiing trip and look forward to coming back.

Spectacular views particularly from the corner room. Amenities packs were provided for children and onsite overnight parking available. Walking distance from the Bandai Pier markets and there's a cafe/shop upstairs with a convenience store in the same building (only open to 7pm) downstairs.

I recently stayed at Hotel Okura Niigata, and my experience was delightful. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm welcome and attentive staff. The hotel is located in a prime area, with easy access to local attractions, and offers a beautiful view of the Shinano River, which adds a touch of tranquility to the stay. The room I stayed in was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The bed was cozy, ensuring a restful night’s sleep after a long day of exploring the city. The amenities were top-notch, and the bathroom was well-equipped with everything I needed. I also appreciated the traditional touches in the room, giving it a refined Japanese atmosphere.

Ci siamo divertiti in modo enorme a Naspa. La stanza era enorme e lussuosa secondo il modello giapponese, a mio parere, era pulita anche! La colazione si è diffusa incredibile. È un'escursione di sci in un campo... un'ampia pista, abbastanza per noi per due giorni. È molto facile arrivare alla stazione ferroviaria al resort. A sinistra dall'ingresso della stazione, e viceversa, la navetta di mezz'ora per la stazione di Echigo Yuzawa e indietro ci ha reso molto conveniente prendere cena e snack al 7-11 o NewsDay. Il Onsen era molto necessario dopo ogni giorno di sci. Torneremo a NASPA!

Come hotel in catena, è molto simile a Tokyo Sheikh Comfort Hotel dal modello interno al colazione, il servizio è buono, l'igiene è pulita, silenziosa e c'è una bicicletta che può essere utilizzata gratuitamente. Ecco perché c'è una bicicletta! Perché la città di Liu non ha trasporti pubblici, gli stranieri non possono affittare auto, o non possono pagare, e Liu può guidare in bicicletta. Così non è grande nella città di Liu. È praticamente possibile andare dove vuoi andare. Durante il viaggio, la città di Liu ha fatto un giro di 25 anni e mi sento mille volte, Molti ex lavoratori sono morti. Alcuni lavoratori che hanno mantenuto contatto sono stati visti, molto timido, molto felice!!!! Spero che tutti siano vivi bene, vivono meraviglioso!!Questo mondo è davvero bello!!

二泊連泊させていただきました。 部屋はあまり広くはないですが宿泊には問題ないです。設備が多少古いとは思いますが、あまり気になりません。掃除はしっかりされていました。 朝食は品数も多く、ご当地の品物もあって面白かったです。ご飯が美味しい。ご飯の友となるものもたくさんあって良かった。席間隔とかちょっと狭いなと思ったけどこんなものでしょう。 一泊目の夕食に、最上階にある日本料理のお店でくびき牛のしゃぶしゃぶをいただきましたがこれがとても美味しかった……。店員さんも丁寧で親切でした。ホテル自体のスタッフさんも親切な方が多かった。分からないことも気軽に尋ねられる雰囲気で良かったです。お陰様で楽しい旅になりました。ありがとうございました。

The cabin we stayed with a king bed is very nice. The staff are very welcoming and speak good English too. The onsen is my favorite. As it was off peak, not crowded. The dinner and breakfast top up was very worth it as well. We ate very well and enjoyed the fireplace outside the restaurant afterward. Rem to check out the merchandise and the Snow Peak Museum nearby. I hope to come back again one day.
