Italia: hotel con servizio colazione nella provincia di Toscana

Ottimo ubicazione, eccellente, trattamento e servizio per tutto il personale, specialmente per il receptionista che è al mattino e che sa parlare spagnolo. La sua gentilezza e la sua attenzione: eccezionale, chi ha una piscina, anche se piccola, per dare un cappotto soprattutto in estate, con il calore che fa, è un punto importante da tenere in considerazione, E anche se ho letto che non avverte che non ha ascensore e che molti casi, come noi, ti mandano al secondo piano con molte scale, è vero, ma anche loro ti salgono e ti abbassano i bagagli. Indubbiamente ripeterò in questo hotel nel mio prossimo viaggio a Firenze .

Hotel pulito, ottima posizione. Ho soggiornato per una settimana. Avevo una camera singola, piccola ma pulita ed efficiente. Al secondo piano, sul retro dell'edificio, con una vista fantastica sui tetti arancioni, il campanile posteriore della chiesa di San Marco, la cupola del Duomo e la torre di Piazza della Signoria. Molto tranquilla, di fronte sul retro c'è un giardino botanico, quindi si possono sentire gli uccellini cinguettare. Sono salito sulla terrazza superiore un paio di volte nel tardo pomeriggio, molto bello, ma sarebbe troppo caldo di giorno sotto il sole. L'arredamento era ”originale”: i quadri sembravano usciti direttamente da un asilo e un lampadario fatto di pezzi di bottiglie di plastica, ma andava bene! Il bagno sembrava ristrutturato nell'ultimo anno, molto pulito; ottima pressione dell'acqua nella doccia. L'aria condizionata funzionava bene. Il personale era cordiale e disponibile 24 ore su 24, il che è ottimo se si arriva dopo le 22. Il servizio di pulizia passava tutti i giorni, svuotava i cestini, sistemava le lenzuola e cambiava gli asciugamani mentre ero fuori. Non ho fatto colazione lì, quindi non posso commentare.

Villa Tortorelli is a charming mix between a bed-and-breakfast and a hotel. My experience here was mostly positive, and while there were a few minor issues, I could tell that the staff genuinely does their best to run the villa as smoothly as possible. Check-in & First Impressions The first thing to note is that the villa is designed to work with automated check-in processes, which is great for most travelers. However, it could be better explained to future guests to avoid any confusion. Not everyone will have a working phone or data plan when they arrive in Italy, and it’s important for the villa to have a backup plan in case guests are unable to connect. One simple suggestion would be to provide Wi-Fi access at the entrance of the villa and share the network name and password with guests before their arrival. This would make it easier for everyone to access the automated system without any issues. Room & Comfort I stayed in the Deluxe Suite, located on the first floor of a three-story villa, right next to the breakfast room. At first, I was concerned about noise, but the thick, heavy door completely blocked any sounds from the breakfast area. I never heard a thing in the morning. The room has blackout curtains that provide great privacy and darkness, which I really appreciated. The bathroom was newly renovated with luxury finishes, including stone walls that give it a high-end feel. The room was clean, and the daily housekeeping service kept everything spotless, with fresh towels replaced daily. One of the standout features of Villa Tortorelli is Karen, the person in charge of breakfast service and housekeeping. She is incredibly attentive and hardworking. She ensures that guests are well taken care of, and the breakfast is always well-prepared and served hot. Honestly, if they lose Karen, the villa would lose two stars in reviews. She is one of their greatest assets. Breakfast Experience The breakfast service was excellent. The food is prepared fresh every morning, and Karen makes sure there is always a variety of hot and cold options available. The breakfast room is cozy and inviting, with plenty of choices to start your day off right. The Villa’s Atmosphere & Location The villa is peaceful and surrounded by greenery, making it a relaxing place to stay. It’s also within walking distance of all the major tourist attractions in Florence, which makes it very convenient for exploring the city. One Minor Issue The only negative point during my stay was that the room felt quite cold when I first arrived. However, I reached out to the WhatsApp help service, and the heating system was adjusted quickly. Within a short time, the room felt much warmer and more comfortable. Final Thoughts Overall, Villa Tortorelli is a great option for those looking for a peaceful, well-located stay in Florence. The automated check-in system could use some improvement to avoid any potential issues for guests without a data plan, but aside from that, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the breakfast is excellent, and the staff is very attentive. Would I stay here again? Yes, especially for Karen’s service and the peaceful villa atmosphere!

We stayed at Agriturismo Podere l’Aione during our Tuscany road trip, and overall it was a pleasant stay with warm hospitality, but there is one important point future guests should know. First, the positives. The property itself is very charming and peaceful, surrounded by beautiful Tuscan countryside. The compound is spacious and relaxing, and the small cottage-style rooms feel cosy and private. The rooms appear fairly new (the property is only about four years old) and have modern amenities with a proper heating system, which made the stay comfortable. Parking inside the compound is also very convenient and safe. The hospitality was excellent. The owner’s daughter who welcomed us was very friendly, helpful and lovely. The lady attending breakfast was also incredibly warm and attentive, making the morning experience very pleasant. The people running the place truly make guests feel welcome. However, the main reason for our feedback is that the first photo shown in the listing does not appear to be this property. The image appears twice in the listing and shows a much larger estate with a very big swimming pool and a different compound layout. We booked the stay thinking it was that beautiful estate shown in the photos and were excited to experience that setting. When we arrived, we realised the accommodation is actually a smaller white cottage-style agriturismo, which is still beautiful, but quite different from the property shown in the first images. The one I uploaded the first two picture does not belong to this property. We were quite disappointed. Some more, it is the first image listed in this property, so we thought it is but if not. Because of this, it felt a little misleading at first as we kept wondering where that particular property in the photos was. In terms of pricing, similar agriturismo stays in this region with comparable cottage-style rooms can often be found for around SGD150 per night. However, we paid over SGD250+ which is roughly about 40% higher, because we believed we were booking the property shown in the main photo with the large swimming pool and grand compound. To be clear, the place itself is lovely, cosy, peaceful and well maintained, and the hospitality is wonderful. Our only suggestion would be for the management to update the listing photos so they accurately represent the actual property, which will help future guests have the right expectations. A small note for guests with mobility concerns: since the compound is quite spread out, you may need to walk a short distance and take a few steps to reach some of the cottages. Overall, it is still a charming countryside stay with very kind hosts, but the listing photos should better reflect the actual property

Ho effettuato la prenotazione lo stesso giorno. Ho soggiornato per una notte, ma la camera era pulita e dotata di tutti i comfort, e ho alloggiato in una camera singola con colazione inclusa. Ed è vicino alla stazione! ! Ho pensato che fosse un buon valore per questo importo. Ho potuto soggiornare comodamente come viaggiatore singolo. Anche i dipendenti erano gentili. Avevo la sensazione che il buffet della colazione non contenesse molte verdure, ma ritenevo che fosse sufficiente dato che c'erano molte bevande come formaggio, prosciutto, pane e caffè. Non c'è problema. Quando ho detto alla reception che avevo dimenticato il caricabatterie, me lo hanno gentilmente prestato, il che è stato molto utile.

Servizi: Camere nuove e spaziose, forniture complete, prodotti di carta e biancheria da letto di qualità superiore rispetto agli hotel dello stesso prezzo e categoria. Igiene: impeccabile Ambiente: tranquillo e vicino al fiume. Un po' lontano dal centro città a piedi Servizio: Normale

Le camere dell'hotel erano bellissime e pulite! Offrivano numerosi prodotti di cortesia usa e getta, tra cui pantofole e lozione per il corpo, cosa piuttosto rara negli hotel europei. La nostra camera aveva un piccolo balcone con una splendida vista sulla piscina e sul bosco circostante. Sebbene la colazione non fosse di mio gusto, la varietà era abbondante, con tanto di miele e favo. La reception offriva un servizio di deposito bagagli gratuito. L'hotel metteva a disposizione ombrelli a manico lungo da prendere in prestito gratuitamente, un gesto molto apprezzato visto che quel giorno pioveva. L'unico inconveniente è che, pur essendo molto vicino alla stazione ferroviaria di Firenze in linea d'aria, la distanza a piedi dalla stazione all'hotel è piuttosto lunga. Per uscire dalla stazione bisogna scendere una rampa di scale, il che è scomodo con bagagli ingombranti. La camminata fino all'hotel con i bagagli sembrava ancora più lunga, soprattutto agli incroci dove il semaforo è debole e la mappa poco chiara, rendendo facile perdersi. Tuttavia, lo consiglio vivamente. Gli interni dell'hotel erano molto ben tenuti e il personale della reception è stato molto paziente e gentile. Se dovessi tornare a Firenze, sceglierei sicuramente di nuovo questo hotel; il prezzo è davvero ragionevole.

Facile da raggiungere dall'aeroporto, ben collegato con la tramvia. forse le stanze potrebbero avere una migliore insonorizzazione, ma nel complesso l'esperienza è buona.

Innanzitutto, vorrei ringraziare Ctrip. Il prezzo che avevo prenotato inizialmente era di oltre 1.700 yuan. Il giorno dopo è sceso a 1.000 yuan. Ctrip mi ha rimborsato rapidamente la differenza di oltre 700 yuan. Tutti dovrebbero prestare attenzione al prezzo di questo hotel in alta stagione. Costa solo circa 1.000 yuan. Se è più alto, prenotatelo più tardi. Posizione: È a soli 3 minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria. È molto comodo. La sicurezza generale intorno alla stazione ferroviaria è nella media. Servizi: Il livello delle famiglie ospitanti potrebbe essere leggermente peggiore. La camera è piccola, anche il bagno è piccolo e i servizi igienici non sono proprio il massimo. Servizio: Il servizio del personale alla reception è molto buono e c'è anche un'area relax per il tè pomeridiano, così tutti possono riposare dopo lo shopping.

I was there with my wife for 7 days-6 nights. The location is great, we used it as a base for our daily trips by car. The Apartment was ok, the water in the bathroom sink couldnt go throught fast, which was not that nice. The reception in the night shaft was very kind and friendly. The reception in the day shaft was very uncomfortable, he discussed every single word you said and never try to solve your problems in an easy way. As we checked in, the night shaft told us after we have asked that we could get 1 time free cleaning cause we are staying for 7 days. I told the day reception one day before, and the day after we called and asked when they are comming? The answers were like you are asking a politician why he lost in his elections. Welllll we dont knoww, maybe 10, maybe 3pm, we said sir we want to go out, we dont want to do that before we close our door and be sure that no body is comming. Again he started to philosophize every single explanation. Alot of other examples. In general, the employee can be a problem solver, or making it more complicated. Te kind thing was that i asked him to print me two papers, he did (after telling me to go to the website and search for their email during he has a business card in his hands). The breakfast for extra 12 euro per person was not good, unhealthy, and very very simple and cheap. Not even a fresh juice (juice machine full with sugar instead). First day not any kind of egg, we asked why, they said it is sunday we didnt get egg! Only mini croissants, mini butter, jam, toast, bread, little of salad leaves, if you dont catch the first dish of fresh tomato, you will not see it again. I would not pay more than 5 euro for this breakfast. The place itself was very calm, green, big, and beautiful. It is on the top of the mountain, you have a wonderful restaurant nearby, nice area to walk throught. Good connected to the highway (8-10 minutes to the highway). The gym was very old and neglected. The pool was closed as we we were there.
