Excellent hospitality by Prosenjit Saha, staying from last 3 days... i found the behaviour of all staffs and the environment of this hotel to refer to anyone to stay....food quality is also better than I found in Agartala.... Prosenjit is working since 2 years in this hotel and he is also found v friendly

The room was good. Food was good. However the ac remote wasn't working. I was staying at room no.306. One more thing just happened during out check out. The receptionist called me to enquire about some stain which they found in the opposite side of the upper pillow. To my surprise, we didn't use it. And I firmly believe, that stain was already thee before use. We have only slept on the right and actual direction of the upper pillow. Wasn't it disrespectful while they themselves couldn't click a picture saying it was blur and not visible enough! I absolutely felt harassed. Sorry to say that. Otherwise the rate of the rooms were all good. But for other visitors, I would suggest, kindly recheck again and again before using this property to avoid such glitch. Thank you.

I giovani gestiscono questo posto, così cortese, organizzato per il cibo fuori dal loro menu, mi hanno dato un cazzo di tè n tutto così che potessi avere il mio tè alle cinque Molto vicino a Triureshwari Shakti Peeth, è stato piacevolmente sorprendente avere un soggiorno così bello in un posto così piccolo per la loro cortesia e lo sforzo che io darei loro cinque stelle

”We stayed here last week and we booked the superior room. It was worth every penny. The service from the time we arrived was on point. They were anticipating our arrival and we were able to checked in early. The room was amazing and the view of the lake from the window was just as pictured. The bed was comfortable and the room came with all amenities you'd expect at a high end hotel. They delivered the breakfast to our room so we could eat on the balcony. And i would highly recommend this place to everyone. Thank u khupa and sudhangshu for making our stay to make us feel at home ☺☺😊 Cheers guys see u soon ✌✌
