India: hotel con servizio colazione nella provincia di Tamil Nadu

Il servizio è eccellente. Il personale va fuori dal loro modo per aiutare e controllare il vostro benessere. Non rimarrò mai in un altro hotel a Chennai tranne Taj! Vorrei ringraziare in particolare il personale, Venkat, Amit, il COO che ci ha accompagnati all'immigrazione per assicurarci che siamo al sicuro e il personale di Anise per la splendida ospite durante il colazione. Grazie tante. Il mio unico soggiorno a Chennai è il vostro hotel. Devo anche fare il servizio in camera di credito. Sono venuti a guardare la nostra necessità di organizzare anche calzature su rack, mettere nuovi pantaloni da letto al letto ogni giorno. I miei amici e io abbiamo avuto una fantastica esperienza!

Molto buon hotel di tipo coloniale vecchio con molto fascino. Naturalmente non è più in colpo su alcuni dettagli come l’informazione inesistente (orari, menu resto, room service, yoga corso ) Il resto della serata è a buffet, ma chiude presto. Ma...

Decent hotel. Staffs are friendly. Look for manager Mr Rajaram. He is one of the best and friendly manager there. Can stay with family.

Questa è la nostra seconda volta che siamo rimasti qui, ma non è così piacevole questa volta. La media dei cibi era E alcuni dei dipendenti non hanno prestato attenzione alle questioni della stanza come flash non funzionare al mattino ; chiedere di avere colazione durante il tempo di attesa ( che sembrava piacere un buon gesto Coz colazione era quasi finito e perché sprecare cibo ma più tardi chiedere di pagare ( che avrebbe dovuto essere informato in anticipo ) Spazio lavanderia comune non pulito

This was my 1st stay for 2 nights and I really enjoyed this Hotel Madurai Kitchen food /hotel service /and very friendly staffs . The security was awesome .Makes you feel very safe in this Hotel . Location was great too .Close by to all the important places to visit . Everything was great . Thank You Marriot Madurai . Hope my next stay I can have a room which has a better view rather than partial brick walls although I did not mention to the Reception

Hotel location is good......Common areas are well maintained however the rooms are not as reflected in photograph on the website....Restaurant is not well ***aged although the staff is good but I feel there is a lot of scope for improvement. ...Buffet breakfast is good....Biryani taste was good....Food in general was good...Had to wait for more than 30 minutes for the hotel staff to transfer my luggage from room during checkout.....There was a lot of difference between the price as mentioned on trip.com and directly with hotel.....Trip.com was less for the same Privilege Suite....

Stayed at Courtyard by Marriott, Chennai and had a really good experience. The hotel is clean, cozy, and the breakfast spread was amazing! Big shoutout to the staff especially Rohit and Avantika super friendly and helpful throughout. Loved the overall vibe.

Good service at the breakfast and clean room service at front desk could be better especially one of the lady manager could improve on her attitude . Good location easy access to the oto transport
