Hotel assolutamente magnifico! Il personale era molto utile, tendente a qualsiasi e ogni bisogno. Le camere sono pulite e spaziose. E il grande più punto è che è collegato al ristorante Annapoorna, un must visit for breakfast, lunch or dinner! Non posso aspettare di tornare.

L'hotel e la camera amavano, puramente in standard indiano, buona posizione per visitare i templi, il personale era amichevole, permettendo di lasciare la valigia quando ho lasciato la stanza e andato a vedere i templi di nuovo. Negozi vicino e fermate di autobus. Recommende.

Good amenities, good breakfast and buffet dinners. I booked the hotel car for a day trip to Sadhguru’s Isha yoga foundation. I am impressed by the driver. He is a steady driver, knowledgeable and forthcoming in sharing his knowledge. The Chinese restaurant is great too! Overall, I find the staffs friendly and have a strong interest in fulfilling guests needs.

As always everything was good from the beginning... the check in till check out. The breakfast which wasn't quite the usual during our last stay there were totally opposite this time... understood there was a face-lift refurbishment work carried out at the restaurant the last time and as such it was excuseable..This time around the hotel had exceeded our expectation for both the service standard and eloborate buffet breakfast readied for the guests. We would like to thank all the restaurant staff in particular the restaurant manager SK Allarakha for making every morning as a start of a pleasant day with all the courteous services extended to us by him and his lovely team..This has prompted my family to celebrate my 60th birthday in the morning of 16/1/2026 before their departure for flight.Thank you for a great and courteous service shown to my family and i.We will definitely choose to stay at the TRT again the next time around. Way2go all... Cheers!

A little outside the city center (but still within walking distance), I liked this place very much. The staff was very friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast offered a good mix of local and Western cuisine.
The only surprise was that the internet was sometimes slow or unreliable for such an establishment (though it generally worked). The airport shuttle (organized through a separate company on the premises) worked very well.
I would definitely come back when I’m in Madurai again.

I had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay here. The hotel is smart, efficient, and fuss-free, which made everything easy. The room and bathroom were spacious, the bed was extremely comfortable, and I slept very well throughout my stay. Breakfast and dinner buffet was delicious.
This is honestly the best hotel I have stayed in across Coimbatore, and I would highly recommend it to anyone. The service was excellent, and special thanks to Bala, Surya, and Valli for their warmth and genuine care, they truly made my stay memorable.

The breakfast daily and the staff were truly exceptional. The room was good, everything worked and in-room dining that is 24/7, was excellent. We arrived at 2am and the food, at that time, for famished travellers was truly appreciated.
Thank you Holiday Inn. You have excellent staff and hope you are valuing them. Staff farewelled us on our last day!!
I did not give five stars for cleanliness as the toilet seats could/ should be cleaned better.

UUtente ospiteFavoloso, si trova su una collina a circa 20 minuti a piedi verso la città (sicuramente ottenere un rickshaw indietro). Non ci siamo resi conto che potevamo ordinare uova per colazione fino alla nostra seconda mattina (non le abbiamo offerte la prima mattina).
Il bagno non era stato pulito all'arrivo e c'erano segni di spazzatura sulla parete sopra la zona del tè/caffee. Abbiamo anche ritornato alla nostra camera tardi pomeriggio per trovare la manutenzione che lavorava sul nostro balcone - pensava che questo avrebbe potuto essere fatto dopo il check-out!
Favoloso doccia.
Il ristorante ha mangiato una notte e il cibo era molto buono. Le tasse elevate in Tamil Nadu sono state aggiunte al prezzo (quasi 25%) per tenere presente questo . Cocktails weee eccellente.
Abbiamo fatto il mattino “promenade” che valeva la pena di alzarsi.
La seconda notte, abbiamo portato una bottiglia d'acqua calda che è stata una bella sorpresa.
Il tè e le biscotti serviti tra 5 & 5.30pm che è stato un bel toccamento, anche se più del pasticceria di colazione sarebbe stato buono.
Si consiglia di rimanere qui come camere, posizione e ristorante sono eccellenti.

UUtente ospiteReturning to this location after eight years, I was hoping for the same 5star experience I once enjoyed. Unfortunately, it’s not quite what it used to be, and the property is beginning to show its age.
On a positive note, the staff were warm and courteous throughout—from the reception to the restaurant team. Their professionalism and friendliness was a highlight of the stay.
The restaurant manager Nazim was helpful.
However, the room was disappointing. Upon entering, there was a strong musty odor. When I mentioned this to the front desk, I was told all the rooms have this smell and that it would dissipate in about 10 minutes—but unfortunately, it lingered. It seems guests may simply become accustomed to it over time. Not me.. lol.
The Colony restaurant offered a decent breakfast, though dinner not that much. It felt overcrowded and cramped, and the buffet menu was not the greatest, with food quality was just average.
The key strengths of this location remain its convenient setting, friendly staff, and ample parking. With some updates and improvements, it could once again live up to its former reputation.

HHonser TanMy initial stay at this newly launched hotel was excellent. The modern facilities were in perfect working order, and the room was impeccably clean and comfortable. It was a promising start that convinced me to return.
Unfortunately, my second stay was profoundly disappointing and raised several concerns. The first room I was assigned had a strong, unpleasant odor. While I appreciate the staff promptly moving me to a second room, it only partially resolved the issue, as a faint strange smell persisted.
The second room had multiple functional problems:
* Non-Functional Power:** The USB ports and power sockets on the wall faulty.
* Inconsistent Hot Water:** The water heater took an excessively long time to heat up, disrupting my routine.
* Purify water contamination:** There's particles and oil from the purify water. It seems contamination from central filter.
Most alarmingly, at approximately 6 AM one morning, a **very loud alarm sounded from the door area.** This was highly disruptive and concerning, as it was unclear whether it was a security breach alarm or a triggered fire alarm. The lack of any immediate information or follow-up from the hotel staff regarding this incident left me feeling unsettled and concerned about the emergency protocols.
While the front desk staff were helpful in changing my room, the combination of maintenance failures and a confusing safety alarm indicates a significant lapse in operational standards. For a new hotel, this is troubling. I hope this feedback is taken seriously to ensure the safety and comfort of all future guests.

VValentine56Mia moglie e io ci siamo fermati per 3-days a metà luglio, il soggiorno complessivo è stato buono e piacevole e si prende questa occasione per ringraziare il signor Ramar (Manager @ Cilantro) che non era solo gentile e professionale, Egli è andato oltre un chilometro per aiutarci a uscire in una situazione complessa che si è verificata il nostro primo giorno.
Un PAT ben meritato per il signor Ramar nell'esibire il suo professionalismo
Ma non posso dire lo stesso per il direttore dei viaggi, onorevole Balaji, che ha decisamente rifiutato di cercare altre vie o alternative per aiutarci, per intero.
Nessuna empatia dimostrata a tutti sostenendo che siamo turisti non possono accedere a tutte le vostre strutture
Questo è un grande ostacolo, perché riflette il servizio orribile al cliente
