Close to the bus station and great staff. We arrived early for check in and they gave us an available room as we were tired from our journey and the hotel wasn’t fully booked. Good breakfast too. We enjoyed our time in Croatia.

This hotel has several issues that affected my stay. First, the lighting design is poor—there’s a harsh spotlight in front of the TV that is uncomfortable, yet turning it off makes the room too dark, leaving no good lighting options. Second, the air quality is concerning. The room has visible dust floating in the air, especially under the lights, and there’s no ventilation since the windows can’t be opened. This made the room feel stuffy and uncomfortable, especially for those sensitive to air quality. Noise pollution is another major problem. The poor soundproofing allows outside noise and hallway sounds to be clearly heard, disturbing sleep. Additionally, the duvet is unusually heavy, which may not be comfortable for all guests. After just one night, my friend developed allergy symptoms and caught a cold, while I experienced headaches, throat discomfort, nasal congestion, and dry eyes—possibly due to the dust and poor air circulation. While the hotel looks good in photos, the actual experience was disappointing. I hope they improve air quality, cleanliness, and noise control to provide a more comfortable stay.

Si trova nel centro di Zagabria e ci sono stato in viaggio d'affari. La soddisfazione è alta.

La posizione era buona. L'auto non poteva arrivare davanti alla porta dell'hotel, ma si poteva scendere molto vicino, quindi non era difficile spostare i bagagli. Naturalmente era possibile effettuare il check-in anticipato e la colazione in hotel, che era l'opzione standard, era molto buona. Tuttavia, mi è stato assegnato un edificio invece di un nuovo edificio (un edificio del ristorante), e sembrava vecchio. C'era un sacco di minibar nel frigorifero ma il frigorifero non funzionava.

Consigliavo molto questo hotel, un incredibile interno moderno, uno dei più eccellenti colazione che abbia mai avuto.Il bagno aveva un incredibile cosmetici corpo.Buona posizione - vicino all'autostrada, in modo che si possa rapidamente uscire dalla città.Il centro è 5-6 km da. Hanno un grande parcheggio sotterraneo. Non si rimpiangerà di rimanere qui!!!

Very nice hotel. Very modern and clean with a big breakfast selection. The room was big and clean and the staff were great. Easy to get into the centre of town and simple to get to and from the airport too

The hotel is clean and basic amenities are provided. Reasonable with the price. Since I rely a lot on walking, the location is neither good nor bad. It was 2.5 km from the city center but since it is spring, the walk is really enjoyable.

Io sono solo ora a questo hotel quando sono a Zagreb. Da quando passi attraverso le porte principali e nella zona di accoglienza, ti riconosci e ti saluti caldamente. Sei un ospite prezioso e sono trattati come uno. Il controllo è regolare e senza saldatura. La stanza è ben attrezzata e data l'ora dell'anno, confortevole e caldo. Il letto era super comodo e le cuscinetti offrono abbastanza supporto per garantire un buon sonno notturno. Il bagno era senza spot e il ferro da toletta riscaldato era molto apprezzato. Se siete così inclinati, il minibar è memorizzato e c'è anche un ottimo servizio in camera. Il buffet è sensazionale - il migliore a Zagreb. Qualcosa per tutti e per tutti i requisiti alimentari... l'unica cosa che mi colpisce sempre qui è che tutti i dipendenti e riconoscono i loro ospiti, dai visitatori della stanza ai dipendenti della cucina... ritornerò sempre a Zagreb.
