⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wonderful, peaceful and relaxing stay This hotel is incredible — spotless, beautifully maintained, full of space, and has such a lovely atmosphere. From the moment we arrived, the welcome drink was a wonderful gesture and gave us a very warm and friendly welcome. The hotel grounds are spacious and beautifully kept, with large swimming pools, restaurants with lovely views, a separate children’s play area, and plenty of space to relax. Everything around the hotel felt neat, clean, fresh and peaceful. The rooms themselves were comfortable, but for us, the best thing about the hotel was the peace, quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Although the hotel is slightly outside the main town centre, this is actually a big advantage. Fira town is only around a 12-minute walk away, with beautiful sea views along the way. You get the convenience of being close to the town while still having a peaceful and spacious place to stay. The reception team were wonderful. Christin and all the other team members were lovely, friendly and extremely helpful. I would also especially like to thank the lady manager. Unfortunately, I forgot to ask her name, but she deserves special recognition. She was always around the hotel, checking on guests, smiling, and ready to help whenever needed. Her friendly presence really made a difference to our stay, and I believe she deserves a lot of credit. A very special thank you also goes to the chefs and the entire restaurant team. We were travelling with our young baby, who has specific food requirements, and the chef kindly prepared her meals according to our instructions. They were always happy to prepare the food for us whenever we needed it, from early morning until late at night. This level of care and flexibility meant a lot to our family, and we are extremely grateful. The breakfast was also excellent — fresh, healthy, tasty and with a good variety of choices. One area that I feel the hotel should seriously look into Unfortunately, our experience with the taxi driver arranged through the hotel was very disappointing. We booked a hotel taxi three times — from the airport to the hotel, from the hotel back to the airport, and from the hotel to Oia — and on all three occasions the same driver came. Sadly, he was not friendly or welcoming and, in our experience, his behaviour came across as quite rude. This was particularly disappointing because the taxi service was arranged through a 5-star hotel, and the driver is therefore part of the overall guest experience and, in some ways, represents the hotel's reputation. A warm, polite and friendly taxi driver should be the continuation of the welcome guests receive from the hotel. Unfortunately, this driver's attitude really affected our mood on those occasions. I genuinely hope the hotel can look into this and provide appropriate customer-service training, because I would not want other guests to have the same experience. Apart from the taxi experience, everything about our stay was wonderful. The hotel itself, the staff, the food, the cleanliness, the atmosphere and the peaceful location were all excellent. A big thank you to the entire hotel team for making our stay so comfortable and memorable. We truly appreciate all the care and kindness we received, especially towards our baby. We would happily recommend this hotel and would love to return again in the future. ❤️

Location : You can not find a better location than this hotel. The location and exquisite view are unbeatable. And close to everywhere. Hotel Facility : as hotel built on cliff, there are many small things needs repairs, and some places are needing update. during our stay, our shower leaked badly, also the water is not going down which they have fixed as much as they can and as quick as possible. but we have indoor jacuzzi room , which the jacuzzi can not be turned off, and make the bathroom super hot and uncomfortable , feels like sauna room , and their AC are not super strong, so ,if we keep bathroom door open, hot air come to the bedroom , if we keep the bathroom door closed, then, inside of the bathroom is super hot ( like sauna ) , you will instantly sweat if you step in bathroom if you keep the bathroom door closed. Food Service: they serve breakfast which you have to chose from a list every night and they will deliver to you in the morning. The quality and selection of the food is quite limited, basically, you get choice of egg, bread with juice and coffee, very basic continental breakfast but without and meat . Their coffee is super weak, if you are a coffee drinker, suggest you to bring your own. breakfast does not serve meat , if you wish to have meat, you have to ask for it and they only have deli ham for you. there is one day , i actually went outside eat breakfast as their food it just too plain and simple , lack of flavor. Their breakfast does not meet up with the rate they charge for the hotel. Service and Value : Their service is limited, when all of their ten rooms are occupied , be prepared to receive your breakfast very late as they only have 1 person to bring breakfast to each room. And if you request something to be fixed , it can only be done in the morning time as their maintenance guy only work in the morning time, their manager also leave mid afternoon, there is only 1 person who has limited resource to help you. Overall, this is hotel with super great location and view , but limited in service. I would still recommend this hotel for its location and view, suggest to book OUTSIDE jacuzzi room and without breakfast option ( eat breakfast else where - you have many choices to chose from walking distance from the hotel )

The hotel staff could not have been more lovely and helpful - a special thanks to Alice and all of the restaurant staff, they went out of their way to help me and always with a smile. The breakfast in the morning was always fantastic, fresh and healthy. If you’re a solo traveller wanting to unwind like I was - this is a fantastic place. It is minutes away from the beach and well equipped with a gorgeous pool that is never busy. The feel of the hotel is completely zen and really forces you to chill out. The beds are super comfortable too, and I really appreciated the spacious balcony with the gorgeous view to sunbathe and have a drink. Will definitely stay again!

Heavenly! Although only stayed for one night whilst visiting the island it was the tranquil peace of calm I needed on my first visit to Mykonos. Although location seems on a map at first seemed to be remote, especially for a solo traveller for less than 24h / it was an absolute blessing and ideal location. I booked a shared transfer from the airport with Hoppa.com - for under ten euros in advance - I was the only passenger booked on my flight with them so they upgraded me and gave me a private limo chauffeur no extra - literally 15 mins and a stunning drive to the hotel - which is located on a hill above Ornos a beautiful place. The hotel is no exception. Sat on the hillside beautiful location above the village which is a total contrast to Mykonos Town and just an absolute treat - with a lovely taverna and a fantastic bakery open late into the night - you must try it! Quiet location lovely pool area and courtyard and room across a few levels - small and intimate place I’m not sure I even saw another guest during my stay, very relaxing! The room allocated was lovely - lots of really useful amenities, lovely toiletries and complimentary bits all high quality , thoughtful items in the room - toothpaste etc. Powerful ac which was well used as it was really hot, super comfy bed, safe, fridge, tastefully decorated and modern style - I just loved the bathroom the style was really cool, cave-like and with a powerful shower - always a winner! The staff, particular the gentleman that checked me in was extremely warm and friendly and extremely helpful in helping me book transport and giving me hints and tips on the best way to maximise my short time in the island. Breakfast was included but I only had time for a coffee but it looked lovely. Didn’t need to worry at all about getting around Mykonos is so small and there are ways 24-7 to get anywhere on the island, particularly into Mykonos town and the airport and seaport. There are regular local buses direct to Mykonos town main bus station the bus stops literally outside the front door - the bus station you can change to the buses to the airport and new ferry port - same bus service. This cost around €2 and were running every hour. I took the very first bus I think was 8am which took around 15 mins to the port - and plenty of time for the first Seajets service to Santorini. Taxis were extortionate and you were looking at around €60 for the incredibly short walkable distances - I took one and instantly regretted it - driver was late and rude to me - which given the price tag compared to the rest of taxis in Greece - made me even more bitter about the price tag - there are other ways to get around. Reception can help you with all of this - they are great - I would 100% recommend - and absolutely love to go back if I ever visited Mykonos again

酒店沒有如期安排我本來預訂的房間，給予我便宜一個級別的房間，是我自己發現後，酒店才告知我本來預訂的房間有設備損壞了，並安排差額退款，這還好吧。 被安排了較細小的房間，但空間還充足，唯閣樓房間必須要彎腰進出洗手間（本人153cm高）。 房間最大的問題是淋浴的水力很弱，且要等數分鐘水温才變得温暖可淋浴，不知道是否在Fira 的所有酒店都是這樣。 房間算很清潔，但有少量螞蟻（兩天期間，在洗手間見過3-5隻、在樓下層有8-10隻）不知在哪裡來。 酒店位置：車輛未能到達酒店門口，距離最近下車點大約5-8分鐘步程，不遠，但有很多凸凹不平的樓梯級或石路，所以如果拉行李，建議減少行李吧。相信大部分位於這裡的美景酒店也如是。 酒店包早餐，算很豐富，不錯。

Everything is just fine and perfect—the hotel, the location, everything is just perfect. The people are so nice, but there was one thing missing. We had a problem with the AC, and we asked for their help twice (we needed to turn it off, and it wouldn't turn off, so we asked them). They came, checked, and then left, and they never came back or did anything. It was a little disappointing. Other than that, nothing—everything was on point.

Il vantaggio più grande di questo hotel è la buona posizione, molto vicina alla stazione Ferra, e l'altra parte è un grande supermercato, che è economico, può essere aggiunto all'acqua minerale e al cibo. Altri sono più comuni. La stanza di soggiorno vicino alla strada è molto complicata. Subito cambia la stanza lontana dalla strada principale. L'altra finestra è un altro hotel, a volte c'è un suono di costruzione di mattina. L'hotel è più incredibile il bagno, non c'è posto per mettere carta igienica e salsa, la carta igienica è messo sul lavabo fuori dalla porta, e il bagno può essere aperto dalla porta.L'igiene viene pulita ogni giorno, ci sono quattro giorni, la colazione è ancora ricco e cambia il suo stile ogni giorno. Stando sul lato della piscina, si può vedere il mare.Il prezzo è ancora pratico per Santa Isola.Il servizio deve essere più attivo e entusiasta.

This hotel is special. So great. I strongly recommend the room with exclusive balcony. It was so nice, the view is splendid, you can see panorama view only with your company. The breakfast at the room is also great. Staffs are so kind, facility is perfect.

Questo hotel si trova alla periferia della città di Oia. L'area antistante l'hotel è un sentiero percorso dagli asini, e ogni giorno si trovano escrementi, il che rende l'ambiente un po' maleodorante. Tuttavia, l'hotel in sé è piuttosto carino. I balconi privati ​​delle camere offrono una vista sul tramonto e la disposizione delle camere e i servizi sono soddisfacenti. Quasi tutti gli hotel di Oia sono molto vicini alla fermata dell'autobus. Tuttavia, il servizio di questo hotel non è all'altezza del suo prezzo elevato. Dato che la mia valigia è di dimensioni extra-large (matrimoniale), questo ha spostato il peso sulla parte superiore del manico. La distanza dal punto in cui sono stati portati i bagagli all'hotel è considerevole, poiché l'hotel si trova su una scogliera e richiede di salire e scendere continuamente le scale. Dopo essere stata portata in camera, la maniglia del trolley non si abbassava completamente. Ho immediatamente segnalato il problema alla reception, ma l'hotel non ha preso provvedimenti, dicendo che il direttore sarebbe venuto il giorno successivo. Tuttavia, dopo la visita del direttore, non è stato fatto nulla. In seguito ho saputo che il direttore dell'hotel aveva segnalato l'accaduto alla sede centrale, ma quest'ultima si è rifiutata di risarcirmi. Ho contattato anche la piattaforma, ma dopo molti giorni di trattative tra la piattaforma e l'hotel, non si è ancora giunti a una soluzione. La sede centrale dell'hotel si è dimostrata molto poco collaborativa e mi ha ignorata. Ogni giorno, durante le ore dedicate alle visite turistiche, dalle 14:00 alle 15:00, dovevo correre in hotel mentre il direttore era di turno. Ho anche cercato di comunicare con l'hotel in merito al risarcimento per il bagaglio, ma il direttore aveva un'autorità limitata e poteva solo riferire nuovamente alla sede centrale. Di conseguenza, diversi giorni della mia vacanza a Santorini sono stati completamente sprecati. Ogni giorno, la prima cosa che facevo al risveglio era rispondere ai messaggi sulla piattaforma, come se stessi andando al lavoro, non in vacanza. L'hotel non ammette che il manico della valigia sia stato danneggiato dal personale durante la movimentazione e mi chiede di fornire prove. Ma lasciatemi chiedere, siamo tutti in vacanza, chi ha la lungimiranza di sapere in anticipo che il manico della valigia si danneggerà durante la movimentazione? Chi lo registrerebbe in anticipo? Al momento del check-out, l'hotel ci ha offerto la colazione gratuita per tre giorni per 60 euro. Più tardi, quando eravamo quasi al porto, sulla banchina c'era scritto che l'hotel voleva che tornassimo e che, in caso contrario, non ci avrebbero rimborsato per una valigia normale. Non è forse intenzionale? Sapendo che avevamo altri programmi e che non potevamo tornare, ci hanno offerto come risarcimento una valigia economica senza marca, acquistata in un negozio di strada per poche decine di euro. Tuttavia, avevamo già effettuato il check-out e prenotato i biglietti del traghetto e gli hotel per altre zone della Grecia, e non potevamo rinunciare al nostro viaggio per una valigia. La nostra valigia costava diverse centinaia di dollari e non avevamo altra scelta che accettare la perdita del manico danneggiato. Se non si verificano imprevisti, questo hotel va bene; Tuttavia, non aspettatevi un servizio di alto livello o una risoluzione efficiente dei problemi qualora dovessero sorgere.
