Grecia: hotel con servizio colazione nella provincia di Egeo Meridionale

Ha preso la suite senior.La stanza era stranamente formata con il bagno pochi passi. Ma era piuttosto fredda.Il bagno sembra incoraggiare un paio di docce con due teste da doccia e un sacco di spazio nel bagno.  La stanza non era troppo lontana dalla parte superiore della strada da camminare, così che andava e usciva facilmente.  Il jacuzzi all'aperto è il sole di giardino, la vista è stata solo memorizzata, abbiamo avuto il nostro colazione sul balcone e è stato solo grande.  Il personale è stato ancora una volta utile e cortese.

The hotel staff could not have been more lovely and helpful - a special thanks to Alice and all of the restaurant staff, they went out of their way to help me and always with a smile. The breakfast in the morning was always fantastic, fresh and healthy. If you’re a solo traveller wanting to unwind like I was - this is a fantastic place. It is minutes away from the beach and well equipped with a gorgeous pool that is never busy. The feel of the hotel is completely zen and really forces you to chill out. The beds are super comfortable too, and I really appreciated the spacious balcony with the gorgeous view to sunbathe and have a drink. Will definitely stay again!

酒店沒有如期安排我本來預訂的房間，給予我便宜一個級別的房間，是我自己發現後，酒店才告知我本來預訂的房間有設備損壞了，並安排差額退款，這還好吧。 被安排了較細小的房間，但空間還充足，唯閣樓房間必須要彎腰進出洗手間（本人153cm高）。 房間最大的問題是淋浴的水力很弱，且要等數分鐘水温才變得温暖可淋浴，不知道是否在Fira 的所有酒店都是這樣。 房間算很清潔，但有少量螞蟻（兩天期間，在洗手間見過3-5隻、在樓下層有8-10隻）不知在哪裡來。 酒店位置：車輛未能到達酒店門口，距離最近下車點大約5-8分鐘步程，不遠，但有很多凸凹不平的樓梯級或石路，所以如果拉行李，建議減少行李吧。相信大部分位於這裡的美景酒店也如是。 酒店包早餐，算很豐富，不錯。

Il vantaggio più grande di questo hotel è la buona posizione, molto vicina alla stazione Ferra, e l'altra parte è un grande supermercato, che è economico, può essere aggiunto all'acqua minerale e al cibo. Altri sono più comuni. La stanza di soggiorno vicino alla strada è molto complicata. Subito cambia la stanza lontana dalla strada principale. L'altra finestra è un altro hotel, a volte c'è un suono di costruzione di mattina. L'hotel è più incredibile il bagno, non c'è posto per mettere carta igienica e salsa, la carta igienica è messo sul lavabo fuori dalla porta, e il bagno può essere aperto dalla porta.L'igiene viene pulita ogni giorno, ci sono quattro giorni, la colazione è ancora ricco e cambia il suo stile ogni giorno. Stando sul lato della piscina, si può vedere il mare.Il prezzo è ancora pratico per Santa Isola.Il servizio deve essere più attivo e entusiasta.

This hotel is special. So great. I strongly recommend the room with exclusive balcony. It was so nice, the view is splendid, you can see panorama view only with your company. The breakfast at the room is also great. Staffs are so kind, facility is perfect.

Un soggiorno davvero speciale: autentico, splendido e pieno di carattere. Fin dal nostro arrivo, l'ospitalità è stata eccezionale. Vincent, il direttore, aveva organizzato un incontro con un membro dello staff all'ufficio postale. Da lì, abbiamo percorso il famoso sentiero degli asini fino all'hotel e, onestamente, è stato uno dei momenti più memorabili del viaggio. Panorami mozzafiato, asini lungo il percorso: è Santorini. Se vi aspettate una passeggiata completamente pianeggiante, siete nel posto sbagliato. E questo non è un problema dell'hotel. Ho letto recensioni che si lamentavano delle scale, definendole sporche o difficili. Avendole percorse personalmente, posso assicurarvi: niente di che. Una breve camminata, un piccolo sforzo: perfettamente accettabile. Se qualcuno non ce la fa, probabilmente non dovrebbe nemmeno venire a Santorini. E l'hotel aveva già organizzato il trasporto dei nostri bagagli in entrambe le direzioni, quindi la parte più difficile era già stata risolta. L'hotel non cerca di essere un finto resort di lusso. È autentico, grezzo e pieno di anima. La posizione è semplicemente il punto più spettacolare della zona: imbattibile per foto e panorami. Siamo stati incredibilmente fortunati ad avere una camera con vasca idromassaggio interna. Se visitate Santorini in inverno o all'inizio della primavera, questo è fondamentale: fuori fa freddo e tira vento, quindi è difficile rimanere a lungo. Ho cercato a lungo e mi sono resa conto che non ci sono molti posti qui con una vasca idromassaggio interna. L'acqua era eccezionalmente pulita, il che ha fatto la differenza. Profonda, calda e assolutamente rilassante nelle giornate più fresche di marzo. La camera era anche ben attrezzata con tutto il necessario: articoli da toeletta, macchina del caffè, acqua, tutto a disposizione. Visitare la Grecia in questo periodo dell'anno è davvero fantastico. Le strade sono tranquille, non c'è folla. I panorami sono altrettanto mozzafiato e non si deve sopportare il caldo eccessivo. Certo, il tempo è un po' imprevedibile, a volte piove, ma ci sono sempre momenti di sole. E la parte migliore? Non è caro come in estate. Un posto come questo è un vero affare. La colazione era abbondante, fresca e preparata con cura, con opzioni greche e americane tra cui scegliere: un ottimo inizio di giornata. Se cercate un luogo con un carattere autentico, un'anima e la cornice più bella di Oia, questo è il posto giusto. Il personale è stato cordiale e attento. Siamo sinceramente grati per il nostro soggiorno. Grazie Old Castle Oia!

Questo è il posto migliore per rimanere. Usiamo questo posto di nuovo se viaggiamo a Zakynthos. Il personale è amichevole, il colazione è delizioso, le strutture sono pulite e la piscina è bella. Riposare sotto l'ombra di un olivo era come un sogno. Grazie per tutto.

In general happy with our stay at Amoh, and there’s plenty of things to be positive of moving forwards for the hotel. That being said there are a few things to improve on, and some of them are a necessity considering the price paid and the standard they are looking to achieve. Positives: - Location is stunning with the typical crystal clear seas and good beaches. - Hotel is well equipped with good restaurants. - The rooms were modern and comfortable, with all necessary amenities provided. - Pool was excellent, and the loungers very comfortable. - Breakfast was superb. - Some of the service was very good, some awful (see below). Shout outs to the good ones - the entire staff at the seafood restaurant, Matvey at the beach bar and Thanos. Things to work on: - Service definitely needs some improvement considering the price paid. Upon check in no one thought to show us around to where the beaches are or the different restaurants etc. - No information was given regarding services offered by the hotel outside of the spa. For instance boat rides or services to the centre etc. There’s a tennis court but I was not told when or how to request usage. - In fact no one really told us anything. We had to constantly ask for information and even then it was often vague. At the start of our stay we asked about the WiFi and a member of staff replied that they “weren’t trained for that” (what does that even mean). - No help was offered with luggage from check-in. We only had small bags but the help is usually offered at other hotels. - Towels really should just be put rolled up on each sunbed in the morning, to prevent guests having to manually search for them. - The restaurants whilst delicious are shockingly expensive. Over €25 for a Greek salad is ridiculous, and the cheapest sushi I believe was around €20 for 8 pieces. I’ve genuinely paid less at michelin restaurants in London. - There need to be taps and showers near the beaches to guests can wash the sand off themselves before entering the hotel again.

Staying at this hotel was part of our trip to Greece, my gift to my wife on our wedding anniversary - 3 days in Athens, then 3 days in Santorini. Next time I would cancel any stay at Athens and spend more time here, at this wonderful island of peace and beauty. The hotel is located in the village of Imerovigli, sitting in between of Oia and the island capital, Fira, both within walking distance (hiking routes) or via shuttle bus (Eur 2 per person). The hotel is only 20-30 min from airport, the hotel admins were very helpful in obtaining visas for us, contacting us before our trip and offering a private airport shuttle at the same price as you could contract from airport (euro 70 round). Views from hotel are just spectacular, you see the same beauty of white houses camped vertically, on top of each other on black rocks, famous Santorini caldera. From hotel you get perfect sunset views, sitting at the restaurant. We stayed at room delta, a nice cave room with private heating pool with whirlpool (jacoozi). No complaints on amenities, everything was just wonderful and perfect. Breakfast is served with what would you select a day before from a nice menu. We also had over dinner at the restaurant, which was great. Nearby you can find also great restaurants, for steak or fish or anything else. We booked on the last week before the closure of the hotel at the end of season, October. Evenings and morning were a bit chilly, but days were just great, exact temperature, not hot , not cold. Only once briefly there was a rain for about 30 min or so while we were walking at Oia. So October is great, less crowdy, you can take sunset photos without elbowing other people. Definitely will book it for our next trip to this fabulous island of Santorini (perhaps together with some other island, Mykonos for instance).
