Everything about the Delta Marriott is exceptional, from the friendly and attentive staff to the perfect location, welcoming ambience, and beautiful surroundings. The only issue I encountered during this stay was that the air conditioning wasn’t working. As it was a busy weekend, there were no alternative rooms available. However, the staff promptly provided a fan, which was left on and ready for my return. It was much appreciated, especially after a long day out in the heat! I also opted for the buffet breakfast, which is great value for money, especially for those who enjoy a full English. Healthier options were also available, which was a nice touch. Thank you to the Delta team for another wonderful experience, as always.

The staff that served us were great and helpful. Location wise, the hotel is walking distance to town centre. The down side of the hotel is, there’s no air-conditioner in the room but only an electrical fan.

I recently enjoyed a relaxing stay at Barton Hall. The grounds are beautiful, and the spa was a highlight, especially in the sunshine. However, the breakfast was disappointing. The English breakfast options were too salty, and the juice tasted synthetic, making it poor value for money. The staff were somewhat strict about the rules for accessing the spa, which felt a bit excessive. Despite this, they were generally helpful and courteous. Overall, a nice stay with lovely surroundings, but some improvements needed in breakfast quality and staff approach.

Il personale di ricezione è molto utile quando ho dimenticato la mia borsa. La mia stanza era decente. Non ho provato il ristorante. Rimarrei.

Grande hotel, molto pulito, molto amichevole servizio, bello continentale e colazione cucinata, si fermerà di nuovo. Il perfetto spazio di incontro con punti di carico nel bar ha reso la nostra riunione del team molto facile.

Il parcheggio non è stato annunciato chiaramente come un extra £8 e ho prenotato con viaggio che dovrebbe includere un aggiornamento gratuito se disponibile. Non è stato menzionato nemmeno il 20% di sconto in buone e bevande che avevo diritto a. Le camere sono belle, ma la sorpresa per il parcheggio e nessuna aggiornamento complimentare quando applicabile e disponibile è stato deludente come l'approccio meccanico se il ricevitore accede.

Non aveva tempo per usare il bagno o lo sportello, ma tutto era pulito e comodo. Decente colazione selezione e buone camere di dimensioni con doccia calda

L'hotel non ha ricevuto informazioni da trip.com anche avere un cappotto pronto (non c'è errore) così mentre abbiamo aspettato in lobby meno di dieci minuti abbiamo ricevuto bevande e snacks complimentari , molto utile molto pulito tutte le top tag ! Sarà tornato circa la stessa volta l'anno prossimo

The hotel was just ok. There was no fridge in the room. The hotel did not provide water as most hotels do. Breakfast was good I loved it. The bed on which I slept was making noise
