UUtente ospiteL'hotel è in una posizione molto pittoresca, vista sul lago. Le camere sono grandi, con letti confortevoli e prezzi per un soggiorno molto ragionevoli. Dopo aver detto che, il totalemente senza chiamare per sorpresa, inamici e chiaramente insufficiente di un membro del personale alla reception quando siamo tornati all'hotel dopo aver andato alle gare di Newton Abbot, ha sorpreso il soggiorno di notte per il nostro gruppo di 7. In primo luogo, dopo aver servito bevande a due membri del nostro gruppo, che sono arrivati all'hotel davanti al resto di noi, non gli ha permesso di portare le bevande fuori da una veranda, in modo che potessero fumare e non potessero fornire alcuna buona ragione per rifiutare la In secondo luogo, quando il resto di noi arrivava all'hotel a circa 11.30pm il bar era chiuso e si rifiutò di servirci qualsiasi bevanda, anche se noi chiese gentilmente, voleva solo un altro drink prima di andare a letto. Era anche corto, brutto e distintamente insopportabile quando gli chiese di indicarci verso le nostre stanze, dando una parola di risposte e sembrando che tutti noi lo considerassimo un ostacolo. In generale, questa esperienza ci ha fatto rammarico della nostra scelta di hotel e siamo disposti a tornare in hotel in futuro.
Un altro influsso è stato che il servizio di colazione era povero e lento, con colazione cucinata che richiedeva 25 minuti per arrivare e molti elementi chiave mancavano e non riempivano a meno che gli ospiti non fossero stati chiesti specificamente, tra cui tazze, sacchi di tè, zucchero e succo d’arancia,

TTraceyBasically I wanted to get away but I didn't like the vibe so I left. However, the staff were great, the rooms were clean and I was able to leave when I wanted to. There was also live music and the musician was good. There is a good dance floor.

We have been to the cliffden hotel three times and had a club room on the first floor they were nice large rooms but this time we were on the second floor our room was very small and claustrophobic nothing like the photos in the booking . We asked for a different room and the man at reception said see me tomorrow morning and if there's a larger room you can have it. Later on in the day my partner went to reception to book a table for an evening meal for us. While she was booking the table the lady at the reception said there were no other rooms you can have. The barman was very polite nice to chat to. We only had one meal in the evening cod and chips could not find much cod it was all batter. Other meal gammon and chips gammon would be good to repair your soles on your shoes. Go to the local chip shop absolutely beautiful. We used the indoor swimming pool which was nice and clean. The gardens are lovely, and the beer is very expensive. Go to the jolly sailor pub with drinks at good prices. Reception is not very helpful. I can't understand why the hotel puts people with dogs on the second floor because when the dog wants to go to the toilet by the time you get down to the entrance the dog has already peed on the carpets. Luckily our dog can hold her pee and she is small enough to carry.I have followed other people with their dogs and seen it. Overall we were very disappointed with our stay this time.

UUtente ospiteThe hotel itself was nice; can’t fault it. Our room however, had a weird, stale smell and was off-putting, with no way to ventilate the room by opening the windows, as you cannot open them - A/C is not a natural ventilation.
Bed was comfortable, slept perfectly fine, just not nice waking up with the smell, as mentioned before.
Breakfast was good, although I’ve had better.

UUtente ospiteThis was our second stay at the Leonardo Hotel. On arrival we had to pay £60 pounds for parking for six days. The car park was under the hotel and was convenient but very dirty.
Reception and check-in was very quick and the receptionist very friendly.
Our room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. We had paid for breakfast each morning but on four of the six days there were no pastries. On asking the manager if we could have some I was told there was a problem with delivery but the following day I was told that all the croissants had been eaten first thing in the morning! I feel when you are paying a lot of money for a breakfast you should be able to access all of the things on the menu. There were also no mushrooms the whole stay and one morning there was no jam or Nutella! Very disappointing. The waiting staff in the restaurant were very pleasant. Also on two consecutive days there were no cleaning services.

Siamo stati in una stanza con una splendida vista sul mare per svegliarsi fino a ogni mattina. La colazione era di alta qualità e ci ha dato un grande inizio al giorno. In generale l'hotel è molto pulito e ogni struttura utilizzata sembra essere mantenuta a buon livello.
La nostra camera era molto spaziosa rispetto a molte altre camere d'albergo che ho soggiornato. La camera era certamente più grande della media e comprendeva una doccia di buona dimensione, con molta acqua calda a buona pressione. Anche quando si usavano le altre coperte, la doccia sembrava essere completamente intatta.
Un paio di dettagli piccoli che avrebbero migliorato il nostro soggiorno. Un ascensore di lavoro, durante la nostra visita era fuori ordine. Ma questo non ha rovinato il nostro soggiorno. L'altro dettaglio sarebbe un piccolo sedile (o simile) nel bagno.
Tutti i membri del personale si sono incontrati in modo amichevole, accurato e utile, e tutti sembravano disposti a garantire che ci fosse il piacere del nostro soggiorno a The Osborne.
Abbiamo camminato intorno a alcuni dei terreni che sembravano essere mantenuti, e abbiamo camminato anche fuori dai terreni e attraverso la baia a Meadfoot, un luogo grande per andare a piedi e godere dell'aria fresca del mare.

AAndyPPThe hotel and area was fantastic, however, service at the front desk and the restaurant was lacking.
We took a long weekend break and were excited to try the beach club, however our experience was dampened by the service.
Being made to stand around for 5 minutes, whilst being told we hadn't paid (when we had) was unnecessary and frankly embarrassing.
The restaurant was the most disappointing part of the stay.
I'm the evening service was slow, followed by having our order wrong twice and also dropped.
Breakfast at the restaurant was lacking compared to cheaper hotels that offer continental. Small selection , nothing outstanding. When we ordered a cooked breakfast, it took 30-40 minutes to receive some eggs and pancakes although the restaurant was fairly quiet.
However, the room, facilities, and the spa were fantastic. Beautiful and comfortable rooms. The beach club outside was gorgeous. The spa was perfect and treatments were, to quote my partner, 'one of the best massages of my life'.
We're unsure if we would come back. Although the facilities were great, the service was mostly subpar and not what we'd expect from a harbour hotel.

The facilities really put the likes of Premier Inn to shame which generally charges the same or more with breakfast not included. The food was enjoyable but would benefit from clear allergen information and more plant-based options

UUtente anonimoLa struttura è stata molto attraente, ma l'hotel è molto stanco e ha bisogno di aggiornamenti seri. Purtroppo la nostra camera non era pulita, il bagno era sporco, e quando tirai il letto fuori per sganciare il mio telefono, ho trovato polvere spesso che finiva in tutto il foglio. La camera aveva anche un odore di vapore, che non era piacevole. Dopo aver camminato 15 miglia sulla strada costiera, eravamo troppo stanchi per sollevare la questione con il personale, ma era deludente. Con un'elevata necessità di riabilitazione e di migliore manutenzione, questo posto potrebbe essere molto meglio.
