Regno Unito: hotel con servizio colazione nella provincia di Derry and Strabane

I had a lovely stay at the Ebrington Hotel. I was pleasantly surprised to find a vegan breakfast option, which I really enjoyed, and the vegan curry in the Cornerstone Bar was also excellent. The hotel is in a great location on the waterside, just a short walk across the Peace Bridge to the city side. The staff were very friendly, and my room was clean and comfortable.

Purtroppo, la mia esperienza di due notti non è stata molto grande. All’arrivo, la mia stanza era stata pulita, ma c’era un bicchiere sporco sulla tavola laterale non pulita e un asciugamano con un tintore di sangue. Era molto tardi, quindi l’ho detto la mattina dopo. Il personale era molto scusato e disse che avrebbero parlato al custode e mi avrebbero dato un buono per un drink/snack gratuito. Poi mi sedevo a colazione e ho trovato un capello enorme nel mio bacon!! Ho nuovamente lamentato. Il membro del personale ha detto...“non avete un buon giorno sei tu”. Durante il giorno, ho avuto un evento, e quando sono tornato, la stanza era stata ripulita, ma il bicchiere era ancora li'! Il personale che mi occupavo era grande, ma questo è davvero inaccettabile per una catena di hotel come questo. Sarà certamente un po' prima che io scelga di rimanere in un Holiday Inn di nuovo.

Abbiamo avuto un ottimo soggiorno! Tutto era pulito senza spot. La stanza era spaziosa, bella e molto comoda, con letti accoglienti e un grande bagno. Parcheggio gratuito era un grande bonus. Il colazione era delizioso, e il personale era incredibilmente amichevole, accogliente e utile. Il centro della città è circa un 35-minute passeggiata lungo il fiume, che rende per un bel passeggiato. Inoltre, c'è un ristorante, un bar e un caffè all'hotel, rendendo tutto molto conveniente. Il prezzo è stato incredibilmente ragionevole per tutto quello che si ottiene. Rimaneremo qui e consigliamo molto questo hotel!

When checking in the lady was cold and unpleasant Informed me that there was £14 a night charge for parking which I thought was ridiculous.  There is works going on in the main floor of the hotel which  was aware before booking but I was on the fifth floor and was still awaken to drilling at 8.30. The room was tired looking and there was no plug sockets by the bed. Wouldn’t recommend here the only good thing about the hotel is it’s location

The owner of this accommodation is a humble, outgoing, and friendly gentleman,. Location is super convenient for tourists as the Artillery Street entrance to the wall is within 5 meters. The room space is enough that all facilities are installed in an organized manner. Sockets, TV, kettle, tee bag, coffee powder, milk, tea cup and glass are available. Bathroom is modernly designed and clean. Shampoo, body wash, and hand wash are provided by the owner.

We had a lovely stay. We went to a Motown show which was great. The room was lovely, everything we needed and the food and service was excellent. The receptionist on arrival was very welcoming. The pianist in the foyer was also a nice touch. Overall a very pleasant experience and we would stay again.

Ho trovato che non potevo controllare sul desk per ottenere la mia ricevuta per la mia stanza.Hanno detto di farla online, ma il mio hotel a Derry non era elencato, quindi non potevo controllare.. Questo era deludente.. Quindi non ho ricevuto alcuna fattura/ricevuta..

The accommodation was excellent, services 100% but there was noise throughout the night night. I don't know what was going on but I hope it won't continue. Thanks to the staff, I really appreciate their services.

It would be nice if they would also put even 1 bottle of water. And have some toothbrush even if the guess will pay. However overall is good the cleanliness the the bed is very comfortable.

Ottimo servizio, ottimo colazione e molto comodi letti. 2 minuti dalla città ... Sicuramente torna indietro, assicurati di prendere una pinta o due nel bar vicino alla porta 👍👍
