The location is the best in whole of Magdeburg, nothing comes close. They are walking distance to all the famous sights and the Hbf.
Its old and they dont supply mineral water daily. So have to buy.

I was staying in the hotel for one night and it feels good as the room is clean and staff are friendly. The breakfast is a good start for a visit to the Castle Church. I would recommend to others to stay there.

Hotel etwas abseits gelegenen mit Blick zum Schloss.
Zimmer sind zweckmäßig und Frühstück ist in Ordnung. Auf dem Zimmer ist Alexa installiert, der man jedoch mit dem Stecker den Garaus machen kann - heißt, den Spuk beenden. Parkplätze sind rar, deshalb zeitig kommen. Am Wochenende schwierig. Wer Abends wegfährt, hat beim Wiederkommen erhebliche Schwierigkeiten, einen geeigneten Parkplatz zu ergattern. Eindeutiger Minuspunkt.

La colazione è molto ricca, i bei ragazzi e le belle donne che lavorano alla reception sono molto calorosi e non freddi come il tedesco medio. C'è un parcheggio gratuito. L'hotel non è grande e molto caldo, ci sono dei souvenir da comprare. La posizione è ottima, a pochi passi dal centro città, molti ristoranti intorno all'hotel, molti ristoranti devono essere prenotati durante l'epidemia

The location of the hotel is good. The room is large and the bed huge, and very comfortable, although I would rather have had 2 single beds as was travelling with my son. The bed only had one pillow and one single duvet despite the booking was for 2 people. We found another pillow and duvet in the wardrobe but I do feel the room should have been set up for 2 people. The free drinks in the fridge was nice, but the fridge was not cold, there was also no way to open the drinks but we asked at reception and they provided a bottle opener. The shower in the bathroom was broken so you had to hold it to shower as it did not stay in the holder. The bathroom was clean but did smell damp. There was chilled water, sweets and pastries to help yourself to at the reception. The check out was midday which is great but it was rather a shock at 11.55am when just finishing packing in the bedroom someone tried to enter the room with no knocking or warning, this really is not acceptable.

UUtente ospiteA comfortable stay in the centre of the city and with affordable on-site parking, though the car park is quite small there is plenty of free on street parking and the area felt very safe for leaving your car parked on the street. The staff were very friendly and accommodating and the room was a good size. There are vending machines in reception and the prices were very reasonable for a hotel, with a bottle of beer only €2.50. The city itself doesn’t offer a great deal but from the hotel is only a short walk to the Dom and many of the sights.

SSimon001001La posizione ideale per il vostro soggiorno nel centro di Wernegerode. Un passo facile al castello, alla stazione ferroviaria principale e a vapore Brockenbahn, nonché a tutti i locali caffè e ristoranti. Il personale è amichevole e utile, anche se non si parla in inglese, quindi spruzzate il vostro tedesco prima di viaggiare. La colazione è abbondante e di prima classe, le camere sono confortevoli con belle bagni e c'è un frigo in ogni camera. Il Wi-Fi è eccellente. Rimarrò qui per il mio prossimo viaggio a Wernegerode.

KKanako TakayamaI stayed in room 2. There was not a microwave oven, nor a water cooker. No shampoo, no cup. There is a refrigerator, and the TV set is modern. The interior was not only clean but also very beautiful and large. If you close the windows, noise was not so disturbing. The tram station Wasserturm is nearby to reach the Marktplatz.I arrived on Sunday and had to make a phone call to the manager. The check-in time is from 17 to 20 p.m. If you speak German, there would not be a serious problem.

SSusanPerfect for a one night stop when travelling by rail. We were able to leave our bags at reception in the morning as we arrived early which was great. The room was fine with a bathroom bigger than the bedroom ! Plenty of choice at breakfast. Helpful staff when we checked in and out.
