Si consiglia fortemente di allenare il personale del servizio di camera. Il lampo di stanza è cattivo. Il lampo di stanza è cambiato temporaneamente dopo il soggiorno. Il soffitto è ancora in grado di capire quale proprietario ha lasciato la pelle secca. L'atteggiamento del servizio di ricetta è buono. La stanza è difficile da dire. Se necessario, specificare in particolare, Altrimenti, può essere suddiviso in una stanza solo con un po'di 😂, sentire che il cancello della stanza degli ospiti sembra molto basso e dirà il tedesco 🤣

La posizione è molto buona. 10 minuti a piedi dalla cattedrale. Le camere sono belle e pulite. Amichevole personale e tutti parlando molto bene inglese. In generale abbiamo avuto una molto piacevole esperienza. Molto consiglia.

Vive solo per una notte!Il vantaggio è proprio vicino alla stazione ferroviaria di Boozhen, la stazione di autobus di Boozhen è al centro della città. Fai tutto il possibile, non devi fare l'autobus!La debolezza è che in quale età, il WiFi è ancora pagato?La gente del bagno è più di un metro e otto e non vuoi tornare libero! Le camicie e le camere da letto sono tutti!Naturalmente, questi non sono un difetto!

When I was checking in, I was a little worried the staff would be unable to speak English. However the two receptionists who helped me were perfectly fluent and answered any questions I had. I did unfortunately have to pay a city tax on top of my room, but it wasn’t expensive and this is a common thing in most hotels in Europe. The room itself was pretty decent and had plenty of space for my suitcase and to walk around. The en-suite was great and had good towels and hot shower. The bed was comfy with a good mattress and duvet wise, but the pillows were a bit limp and didn’t have a lot in them. I spoke to another member of staff who spoke little English, who said he’d look and bring one to my room, but this never happened. Whatever the case, still had a good sleep, would have better with extra head comfort. As for breakfast, there was a great variety of choice from fry-up food (bacon, sausages, eggs) to continental pastries and drinks. I would say the only downside was there was not enough for fruit, as there was only a few apples and plates of sliced oranges. Would have been better if there was more to choose fruit wise, but everything else was great and was a good fuel up for the day in Cologne. When checking out, they also allowed me to place my luggage and bags in their storage room with zero charge which is great when you’re exploring for the day and have a later departure time. Overall, if you’re in Cologne for a day (like me) or two, this place is a great option and I would stay here again!

L'hotel è un po' fuori, ma c'è un fermo di autobus proprio davanti all'hotel. La ricezione non era più occupata di quanto siamo arrivati, ma l'iscrizione ha funzionato comunque super senza complicazioni. La stanza era molto spaziosa e tutto ciò che ci serve era disponibile. Ci hanno sentiti molto bene e piacere tornare!

Hygien, room, bed, quietness everything was great except that I got this problem with the receptionists. So I did explain to all the receptionist (that I saw-because I understand they work in shifts) that I lost 2 luggages due to the airline's mistake and airline will send them to this hostel where I would be staying (for 1 night only). I explained that if someone sent luggages here, please tell me asap because I needed to catch a train to Amsterdam the nextday noon. Imagine 35kg of personal belongs just dissapeared, I didnt have toothbrush, clean clothings.... I reminded them everything 3-4 hours when I saw a receptionist. After almost 27 hours of waiting in worry (which made me cannot enjoy the city), I talked to one receptionist to please check 1 more time becauze the airlines mailed me that they did send to the hostel at 4:30pm in the day I checked-in hostel, (only 4-5 hours after my flight time), she let me go it the luggage room and my luggages were there the whole time! So I waited in pain for 22 hours for nothing. I think it would be a bit obvious when 1 guy in delivery company uniform went in with 2 luggages and said ”this is from one of your customer.” But the receptionist just forgot it quickly and didnt tell me. I had to change a lot of my plan and I was feeling terible and stressful with the waiting and fear of lost luggages. Beside that, the condition of rooms, facilities, warm water, sound proof windows were great.

Wir reisten spontan und nach 0 Uhr an. Nach einen kurzen Telefonat mit der Rezeption versicherte uns ein sympathischer Mitarbeiter, dass er auf uns wartete und das Einchecken kein Problem darstelle. Sagte getan, ein netter Empfang, ein sauberes, modernes Zimmer und ein super angenehmer Aufenthalt!

Il miglior hotel di viaggio in Germania, il ristorante occidentale del secondo piano, è particolarmente sorpreso. È necessario prenotare in anticipo la notte.I dettagli del servizio sono molto ben controllati.L'hotel è un hotel ufficiale designato dalla Copa europea.Fortunatamente ho visto anche i giocatori in Inghilterra e Belgio.
