服务非常好， 气感也很好。 他们很关心食物的质量。 抹茶很好喝。 Really enjoyed my stay Manju! It’s an amazing place. You can tell they put a lot of heart in everything they do here. I loved the food, my body felt great after. They use good oil and salt, which is important for me as I have a sensitive gut. The energy of the place is great too. The tatami mat are very comfortable. They also have many different holistic healing services here. I have tried the sound bath, tarot reading, gong bath and private one on one healing session. All of them were great. The one on one session were especially awesome. I felt much lighter and more grounded within myself after. Highly recommend if you’re looking to experience ancient + modern Chinese healing arts and a wholesome place to stay!

La posizione dell'hotel è facilmente raggiungibile in metropolitana, un po' meno in taxi a causa del traffico tipicamente caotico di questa zona turistica. Il personale dell'hotel è molto gentile e disponibile e la posizione è comoda per visitare le zone pedonali dello shopping. Hotel are under renovation upgrading, the staff told it will be have construction sound start from 7.30am to 7.30pm, and hotel located at most busy street, after 10pm still noisy outside, but the hotel will provide ear plug, very good service. The room is clean and spacious, highly recommend if accepted the environments here are noisy.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel—the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and luxurious. What really made my experience special was the excellent service. The staff were friendly and always ready to assist. A big shout-out to the 11th-floor housekeeping team —they were incredibly thoughtful，paying attention to small details that made my stay even better. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again!

Questo è stato l'hotel più soddisfacente in cui ho soggiornato durante le vacanze per la Festa Nazionale! L'insonorizzazione era piuttosto buona; pensavo che i fattorini sarebbero stati un po' rumorosi al mattino, ma si è rivelato essere un matrimonio proprio accanto, quindi era molto silenzioso. C'è un grande centro commerciale proprio dietro, con il supermercato Yonghui, il che lo rende molto comodo per mangiare e fare shopping. Hanno fornito pantofole per bambini, spazzolini da denti e un asciugacapelli Philips! È stato molto comodo arrivarci dall'OCT (Overseas Chinese Town) e il prezzo era ragionevole durante le vacanze per la Festa Nazionale. Gli svantaggi sono: 1. Non ci sono stazioni di ricarica; bisogna andare al supermercato Atour proprio accanto per ricaricare, ma non è lontano a piedi. 2. Questo è un vero problema: se due delle attività – andare in bagno, fare la doccia, lavare i piatti o fare il bagno – vengono svolte contemporaneamente, è un incubo.

Il personale dell'hotel è molto cordiale e disponibile. Il personale tirocinante Sun Mountain Tiger è stato estremamente disponibile e paziente nel rispondere alle domande e nell'aiutare a configurare le app QR code della metropolitana. La palestra interna è ben attrezzata e dispone di sauna e bagno turco. L'hotel si trova nel centro commerciale di Hankou, leggermente distante dalle principali attrazioni turistiche. La zona turistica più vicina è la passeggiata pedonale di Jianghan, a tre stazioni della metropolitana. Da lì si può prendere un autobus gratuito per raggiungere Wuchang, dove si trova la Torre della Gru Gialla.

I am very satisfied with the hotel. I checked in early and the hotel staff helped to find me a room so that I could rest. The room was clean, spacious and the bed was comfortable. Walking distance to T3 and lots of food around. MRT station is below. Overall it was good stay and I will recommend to my friends to stay here

Siamo stati benissimo in questo hotel. Situato al centro di tutto. Il personale della reception era gentile e le pulizie facevano un ottimo lavoro nel prendersi cura e pulire la camera ogni giorno. È a soli 2 minuti a piedi dalla famosa strada pedonale. Non abbiamo mai mangiato in hotel perché centinaia di servizi di ristorazione erano proprio dall'altra parte della strada. Molto soddisfatto del nostro soggiorno qui e ci tornerei in futuro. Meraviglioso.

Our recent stay in a two-bedroom apartment with a fantastic night city view was enjoyable, with a few minor hiccups that didn’t overshadow the overall experience. Check-In Experience:** The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The staff greeted us with warm smiles and complimentary drinks, setting a welcoming tone for our stay. They provided detailed information about the hotel's amenities and nearby attractions. Room Quality:** Our two-bedroom apartment was spacious and well-appointed, featuring a stunning night view of the city skyline. The modern decor created a cozy atmosphere, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The kitchen area was well-equipped, with coffee machine, washer and dryer, making it easy during our stay. Amenities:** The hotel offers a variety of amenities, including a fitness center, sauna and jacuzzi. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast at the restaurant, with Wuhan noodles made to order. The subway exit in the basement makes getting around the city incredibly convenient. While the highway is nearby, the hotel maintains a peaceful atmosphere, making it a great place to unwind after a busy day. Service:** Overall, the service was excellent. Staff members were attentive and quick to address any concerns. A special shoutout to COCO who went above and beyond to assist us throughout our stay. She was proactive in ensuring we had everything we needed, making our experience even more enjoyable. Additionally, Manager APRIL deserves high praise for all the wonderful arrangements she made for our visit.  Conclusion:** Somerset Hotel is a lovely place to unwind and enjoy the beauty of the city. 酒店位處於漢街，旁邊就是SKP，離地鐵200m，出行很方便。前台小盛服務熱情，幫忙安排高樓層相鄰的房間，耐心回答很多問題並告知早餐位置和用餐時間。2樓有健身房和洗衣房。房間挺大，床墊舒服，整理乾淨，設施齊全，採光也很好。很不錯的一家酒店！值得推薦！
