Cina: hotel con servizio colazione nella provincia di Hubei

L'interno dell'hotel è davvero bella con forte cultura cinese. Avevamo attività a notte 7.30 pm, imparando sulla cultura taoismo e alcuni movimenti taichi. Ho anche provato a copiare scritture, davvero divertente. I sedili di lobby e tè erano davvero belli. L'hotel offre anche dessert serali come fette rosse cotte e altre bevande che non conosco il nome. Dalla finestra della mia camera potevo risalire il sole, ma il giorno dopo era nudo e il palazzo naniano era piegato in una nebbia di spessore che ha dato un misterioso, ma tranquillo senso. La prima volta che avrò la possibilità di visitare la montagna di Wudang, mi fermerò in questo hotel.

A good hotel with excellent service! The staff doesn't speak English, but they are very welcoming and friendly. They helped us with all our questions using a translator. There's a laundry room and a gym on the 16th floor. The only disappointing thing was the cleaning. The rooms are new, but quite dirty. The floor is sticky, and there was ash in the toilet as soon as we checked in, and it wasn't cleaned during our entire stay.

L'hotel ha un'ottima posizione, molto vicino alla stazione della metropolitana e alla strada pedonale di Jianghan Road. Abbiamo prenotato una camera con vista fiume, la vista era ampia e lo skyline notturno bellissimo. Le strutture della camera sono smart e facili da usare, e la pulizia era impeccabile. Il personale della reception e gli addetti al servizio erano tutti molto cordiali. Se torneremo a Wuhan in futuro, sceglieremo di nuovo questo Atour. L'unico piccolo inconveniente che abbiamo riscontrato è stato che il venerdì sera c'è stato un forte vento e, essendo al 55° piano, si sentiva un leggero tremolio; all'inizio abbiamo avuto un po' paura, ma il giorno dopo, quando il vento si è calmato, tutto è tornato alla normalità.

We had a really pleasant experience with the hotel especially some of the bellboys and front desk staff! :) Hotel staff were also very quick with our request of getting extra bottles of water and room slippers. The room had a good view and their place is really very spacious and clean. Special shoutout to front desk staff Ryan, who went above and beyond to help us resolve and coordinate our many parcel deliveries. He even helped us to contact the drivers personally. Also to Yuki, who was really helpful with assisting our checkout smoothly. We are overall pleased with the service, location and cleanliness of Wuhan Marco Polo and will be sure to recommend to others!

L'esperienza complessiva è molto superiore alle aspettative e è molto adatto per la scelta di viaggio d'affari. La reception di Xiao Ding è molto efficiente e il personale è moderato. Will I stay here again? Absolutely yes! It's flawless and by far the best hotel i have stayed in China and in my life. Firstly, when i stepped in, the front desk lady (小慧）was so friendly and patient to bribg me through the check in process smoothly and professionally. She patiently explained all the details and services available such as free meal services delivered by robot to room, free airport shuttle, breakfast timing and free laundry services. Secondly, when stepped into the room, the room was so modern, sparkling clean and hi-tech. There was no foul smeel and smoking smell. Fruits (banana and madarain oranges) and some snacks were provided for free. The curtain can be open or close eith a press of the button beside the bed. The warm pressure and temperature are just right and functioning well almost instantaneously. The toilet bowl is also high tech and equipped with sensor and remote control that can heat up your cold butt in cold winter and wash your butt after your business. Thirdly, there's a cute little robot that can accurately deliver meals to your roon! So cool! Lastly, the breakfast buffet was sumptuous and amazing. Also the best i have had staying in China. Many varieties from small xakes, pastries, dim sum, vegetables, noodles, rice, salad, tea leaves, coffee, fruits, yogurt, juices, porridge and etc. The dining ambience is also relaxing and nice although it will be perfect if smoking is disallowed there. Finally i also wish to extend my thank to the other frontdesk ladies who were on duty onthe night of 2 Jan 2024 and 3 Jan morning as they were also super friendly, polite and attended to my queries well. I offered a small tips of 10 yuan but they turned down as they insisted they are not supposed to accept tips. I am sad but still they are doing their job professionally and i am impressed. ❤️💜💖💙💛💚🤍 Truely a 5/5 stars hotel. Thank you.

1. La posizione dell'hotel è perfetta, poiché il Centro Turistico di Tre Gorges è solo diagonale all'opuscolo dell'hotel, e il centro commerciale Wanda è anche vicino. 2. L'hotel è nuovo, e l'odore dei nuovi mobili in legno è troppo forte e penso che sia per questo che alcune delle porte della stanza senza occuparsi (compresa la mia) sono aperti, che personalmente mi sentivo un po’ incomoda, come ogni indovinatore può entrare in qualsiasi stanza per fare qualcosa di stupido. 3. Ho soggiornato per 3 notti, e la 1a 2 notti era ok, ma la 3a notte, qualcuno entrato e occupato vicino alla mia stanza, ero nel mezzo del mio sonno e improvvisamente un suono piegato entrava nelle orecchie, il suono dura per quasi 1 minuto e non sembra finire e quindi ho contattato il contatore per cercare aiuto, il contatore ha spiegato che la posizione del bagno della stanza # 1310 è vicino al letto della stanza # 1309, possono mandare il pulsante dell'orecchio per il tempo di essere e lasciarmi cambiare Il giorno dopo, gli ho detto che andrò a controllare il giorno dopo e non mi sono abituato a dormire con un coltello d'orecchio, spero che il suono finirà presto e ho anche detto al personale di aumentare la questione. Durante il mio check-out, il personale di contatto aveva chiesto come fosse il mio soggiorno e io le ho detto anche l'incidente. Le ho detto che non sono felice soprattutto quando l'hotel ha detto che possono aiutarmi a cambiare la stanza il giorno dopo, il mio commento era se l'hotel già sa questo problema, quindi perché hanno ancora organizzato l'ospite per rimanere in camera# 1310?? Alla fine del giorno mi vengono date alcune tazze e piccole souvenir e due bottiglie d'acqua minerale come compensazione. La mia domanda all'hotel: perché rispondere alla progettazione/disposizione e non alla formazione dei dipendenti?? Perché sa che questo è il problema, ma permette ancora di occupare la sala problematica? Per la reputazione dell'hotel, chiudete la sala problematica fino a che non avete risolto il problema!

This hotel is wonderful, beds and rooms are very comfortable and spacious. The staff were exceptional kind, especially Claire Shang, who was working at the front desk. She speaks fluent English and a number of the staff know English as well. Every time I have family or friends visit me, I get them a room at this hotel. Can’t recommend it enough. Plus the breakfast is cheap but yummy, and you can order specific dishes you want like an omelette or scrambled eggs. Plus local Chinese dishes. Also they have a cute robot that can bring amenities to your room if you need them.
